Hostwinds is the best hosting company I have ever worked with due to their unmatched services which are provided on a high level. This is the 3rd or 4th company I have had hosting with and they exceed expectations and it is true. Support is skillful and quick, they have features you would normally pay other hosting companies for and ones that you will not find elsewhere and that is great indeed. Uptime is high. Their web site speed is excellent. And support is quality here, they win for me.
It is very good when a hosting provider offer a wide range of coupon codes on their services, it attracts more customers to the host IMHO. So I would like ti have them as many and as often as possible. I appreciate it. Just my two cents.

Excellent support, if you need it at all. For the last year we have been renting dedicated servers and everything just works. And if something at all does go wrong, their technician updates keep us informed including detailed post-event analysis. Support tickets are answered in the middle of the night (we are based in Luxembourg) - within 10 minutes. The support staff is very friendly & capable. They try to think with you to provide a work around if possible to minimize impact. Planning a hardware upgrade or replacement in the weekends? No problem, they will do it at the agreed time. I want to say that we are really satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone!
Even though I'm somewhat proficient in web hosting management activities, I like that Hostwinds has a strong team on hand to address and odd issues that might come up that are difficult for me to resolve on my own. There are often settings that can be set up more easily through the technical support team, so being available for customers is critical when we are on a deadline. I like the best at Hostwinds - their server stability and reliability! Using them I have not experienced any downtime, my websites are online for 24 hours. They load fast, I would say even faster than at many other companies. In terms of their pricing policy, it is simple and straightforward. Support is helpful indeed. I contact them even at night and they answer me fast and qualitatively. If I have a problem, they try to solve it as fast as possible and it is an indicator of their top-notch services. You know there are no many companies which may provide such level of delivering hosting services.

Hostwinds services are reliable and great for me. I have been using epesi application and it works well on my side. This application is compatible with many browsers and Hostwinds makes its work easy and fast. Their servers have no outages and their pricing policy is simple and everything is understandable for me. When I have a question, I put it and get the answer very fast, I may say even in no time. And it doesn't matter what time it is! And I have never faced the same level of services elsewhere. I purchased Basic Web Hosting hosting packages from hostwinds on last 30/5/2019. Then I request to migrate my website. But the migration team failed to do that. In such a situation, I immediately canceled the hosting package and requested the billing department to refund me the refund value 37.59 USD. In the context of this, the billing department told me about the last June 01, 2019 (GMT+6) refunds can take upwards of 5 banking days to settle in your account. Which has already passed. But I did not get back $ 37.59 USD. I think this kind of behavior is harassment to the customer. But still (June 20,2019) 'abusing' or 'harassment' to refund the money. I did not get refund. This behavior is contrary to customer's interest, tragic, unexpected and offense. I think, the hostwinds that have been done with me are the attempts to suppress the money, it is hostwinds declared anti-refund policies and customer harassment levels. All customers are advised to be careful about hostwinds' misdeeds and dishonest practices.
