Hostwinds rocks and remains one of the best. The most important aspect of any business is their customer service. Hostwinds has a premium customer service. It is mostly because of their customer service that I am holding on. They are always there to answer your questions, to support you with any issue regarding website hosting or whatever. They have many means set up for customers and clients to reach to them conveniently. I have never contacted hostwinds customer service anytime without my queries and issues being resolved. They update customers with adequate information and in time. I mean timely service.

No delay. I had a feeling that their renewal service is a bit high; I contacted them with the query and they explained to me about services they added to make websites run more smoothly. I do agree with that but still, think that they should consider looking into their renewal prices.

The customer service representative is so polite, pays attention to detail and very patient as well. This is how all their customer service representatives are and they will end up convincing anyone, as well as making the person heart to be at peace. The company will definitely not go down with excellent customer service.

I heard about Hostwinds from searching the top web hosting providers in Google. I had a bad experience with my previous host provider , it was expensive , a lot of downtime and the customer support was just average ( been with them for 12 years ). So in my search Hostwinds came out in the top 5 in a few sites based on the user feedback / reviews. Customer support in Hostwinds is 110 percent , it cleared up all my questions regarding the hosting services. I was worried since my domain name was registered on another site but they helped me through the process of making sure the migration is perfect. The site uptime or site loading is also very good.

Probably the best in what I have experienced so far ( I have tried the other companies as well ). As for value the price is justified. I was shocked it was even cheaper than my previous host even with all the additional features. Hostwinds really takes care of all clients and this is something I really admire. Fast, quick service to resolve our issue. Nothing new as every time I encounter an issue regarding a client's site the support team does a great job resolving the issue. I moved to Hostwinds some time ago, and I have not regretted it for a moment. This is Fantastic stuff - the back-end is great and easy to work with, and the support staff is absolutely without compare. Today was one such example. I've been trying to change the domain on two of the sites I own all day, but nothing I did worked; I kept getting errors, and both sites went down. To my joy, Ronald S. was able to help me. He figured out the snafu, fixed the errors, and got both sites working - AND even did a find/replace to change the internal URLs for me. This place is great. You really can't go wrong with Hostwinds.

As any web master I would like to have services from Hostwinds cheaper or with more discounts, they offer them from time to time but I would like to have them more often.

The chat line is well done and answer my problem around the clock. They know how to make their services more enticing for the web masters (their clients) and prices are also rock-bottom. Hostwinds Rock Music site has been up for approx 6 months now. After I signed up and registered my site and domain, there was immediately a billing issue for the domain name. When i contacted tech support, it was solved within 10 mins or so - really fast help center. There has been no server downtime, no problem with uploads, no other issues in any way. I'm extremely happy with Hostwinds and will continue to have them host our site.

Hostwinds is the best hosting company I have ever worked with due to their unmatched services which are provided on a high level. This is the 3rd or 4th company I have had hosting with and they exceed expectations and it is true. Our experience with Hostwinds has been superb. We host many web sites for our company, and for many of our customers, with Hostwinds. Unlike our previous host, they promptly issue notices if there are any problems with the service, but none of those issues have ever directly affected our sites. Up time has been very good and I have never experienced outages too. They even immediately alerted us when one of our sites got hacked! They are fast, reliable, quality support at a fair price. Not much else you can say as this hosting provider know how to make their services attractive for many webmasters whose budget is modest.

From time to time you may experience a little downtime but it does not influence my website anyhow. They should improve their services in this field. Overall all works not bad with them.

Hostwinds offers packages that are in my opinion far better then the other hosting providers have. Support is active for 24 hours 365 days a year. You don't have to worry about it being managed with another company or getting third party support. cPanel is fantastic, fully loaded with great features, uptime is excellent. Hostwinds is excellent! I am really glad to be their happy customer! Using them I have faced no problems at all.

While Hostwinds wasn't the cheapest plan I looked at, they were recommended by a colleague some time ago and I haven't looked back. I now host more than 2 websites with them! They're secure, reliable, and their customer service is second-to-none. You get even more than what you pay for. What re-sold me, most recently, was that when I switched from HTML to Wordpress CMS on my personal website. The features Hostwinds has (aiding with directory set-up, etc) made the transition fast and easy to understand for someone with only basic WP knowledge. Thanks, Hostwinds!

Their servers work a bit slow and I would like to them to work faster but overall I like them.

Their hosting packages are packed with many features and are VERY reasonably priced. They have always notified me about a week ahead of time when they are doing maintenance and the down time is about 10 minutes. They have been going through growing pains the last year or so which has injected a few glitches here and there, but they work hard to get them fixed ASAP. They did have a serious accident causing many of their servers to crash, but they did an excellent job of getting everything restored back to normal in a short time. Their tech assistance is excellent and they give you the time you need to ask questions and/or deal with learning their system. I highly recommend Hostwinds to anyone.

Last night I was totally stuck - I did not receive any emails and I could not update my web site. I made up my mind to just call their support. This company is very professional and they all know what they do. I try to contact them when I have a serious problem (it means very rarely), otherwise I cope with everything myself.

I like that you can have a free domain with your package and then add on as many domains to the account as you need. Since they have given you so much bandwidth and space, it is pretty economical to be able to have more than one domain running on one account. I have just had some months with Hostwinds hosting a site for a small non-profit group on a tight budget. I am very satisfied, there are no problems at all. I only asked for support once (about how to set up error pages) by email and got reply in 30 minutes. I cannot believe some of those dissatisfied customers are with the same company, and I am tempted to wonder if there problems are more down to not having a clue what they are doing than any problems with the actual hosting service.
