I loved the feature whereby when a person comes back to your bot, they are able to resume the flow. It's also easy to use with no complicated features. I love the free option which i use frequently. Am a student on campus with absolutely no coding skills , but i have found it easy to use landbot. The user interface is also good. I am always attracted by graphics and landbot pretty does that. It has also helped me get the job done...

Pricing is a bit high but i was able to negotiate a discount. I always feel that the message interface (chats) is a bit crowded. I also find it hard to use variables.

I was trying to make interviews fast and easy and enjoyable.... It's fast, its enjoyable and people find it more exciting than traditional forms.

* Easy to build the first bot and get going very quickly. No coding skills required to have a fully functional bot - so marketing can do this 100% on its own without a developer. * We trialed a few bots and chose LandBot because the interface was easier to use, and pricing was hands-down better. The interface is super-easy to use once you get the hang of it. * Support is SUPERB so any questions you have, they are there quite quickly. * Non-profit needs to qualify people for gov't financed services, LandBot makes this easy. More people will interact with the bot than a web form. * Compared to others Eg. Drift (super expensive) the price is right. For one user it is E30, for 2 users it is E40, yet for what we needed from Drift, that was about $500. So this is good for smaller and nimbler marketing teams. * Easy to customize the design for the brand's look-and-feel. We even have color-coded bots, and use the brand mark as the "bot" avatar.

* Not easy to integrate with Google Tag Manager (that feature is coming). I would recommend making this part of the knowledge base more clear. I needed a lot of help here and it was a bit confusing until I figured out it could not be done with the version I was using. * Not easy to add event tracking with FB pixel, nor where to add it, I needed help here. * There is easy to read straight forward reporting. But if you want something specific, it is not easy to create reports, sort of stuck with their "basic" reporting or need to sort through a massive Excel spreadsheet export, so add 30 minutes to your day. * LandBot works well as a pop-up on any WordPress website. When we wanted to install it as a stand-alone page on the website, we needed the website developer to upload the code via FTP, we could not do this in WordPress, this needs to be done. Not a "dislike" but letting you know.

Inquiry volume increased, and the resulting inquiries were a much better fit for the organization; people who would not be qualified for the non-profit service were provided with appropriate resources through the bot.

Landbot is very intuitive and easy to use and the customer support is amazing! If you have any question, the Landbot team quickly respond and follow up with you. We also love the huge amount of use cases you are able to develop using Landbot, chatbots are interactive and make any content more dynamic and personalized.

Landbot's product and customer service are amazing! We would like to have the ability to further exploit google sheets and intercom capabilities. For example, receive an user's input with the bot, create a graphic on google sheets and show it to the user.

We are using Landbot to launch new services, try out different experiments to innovate in our company and see their impact on our clients' financial wellness. We are using Landbot also to share financial content and help our clients to learn about finances in a different and fun way.

The drag and drop way to work, very usefull and amazing to create bot super customized.

Some features are limited in my plan and I'm not ready to jump to the next one.

I'm creaating an amazing interaction with the visitors of my website, and I create a complete product with their bot. I win a lot of time and money with one only tool.

Graphical chatbot builder and no need to code

I would like to be able to white-label Landbot and offer it to my clients as part of my services.

With Landbot, I can create simple chatbot conversations that my clients are happy with. The relative ease and pricing structure has meant that I see value very quickly

Landbot is not only a way to make a chat landing page. As you can set the workflow for your lead, once you have it you can get much more from it: more data such as telephone, new followers for your social network or even to make them a survey in order to improve your product.

The free version is enough, but only capable of 100 bots per month. To pay is not a problem once you test how powerful it is. The problem is integration with third party tools. If you want to integrate it to Getresponse as i did, you have to pay also for Zappier. So real cost is double and very expensive compare to for example Wordpress Elementor PRO. If you want to get only leads, too powerful. But if you want to make your leads customers... is a beast.

My normal landing page was not good enough to get mobile phone numbers from leads. With landbot i was able to get 50% of numbers, and its great. And then i could convert them to followers for my social network profile.

It has been around 2 years, I like their customer support and rich features. The interface and process of creating a bot is as simple as drag and drop. They would have to just optimize for speed so the visitors of our bot do not think the page speed is low.

I would like to see an even easier way to be calculator based bots for leads, games or pricing calculator. They already have great integrations but I would want to see direct integrations with various tools without Zapier. I would like to seem more templates as well. I would like to see WhatsApp integrations to be available at an economical price so we can try it for our communities and businesses.

Savings in customer support costs, being responsive to potential clients and lead generation. Landbot is also helping me in hiring too, making the process easy and automated by filtering the candidates.

I'm a Landbot user since the very beginning. I started with the very first release and Landbot is actually an essential part of my marketing agency business model. There are a lot of reasons for that: - Amazing UX for bot builders and users - UI is fast, tidy (and beautiful) - Knowledgebase and API docs are well written and constantly updated - One of the best customer support in the world! They're friendly, fast (In my experience about 2 hours for any kind of feedback) and proactive - A really serious development roadmap. In the last 3 years, the product (just good at the launch) was dramatically improved - A true omnichannel approach, one platform to manage a lot of channels (website based bots, messenger bots, WhatsApp bots and even 100% custom bot via API) - A powerful live chat feature (because bots are amazing, but sometimes human takeover is required!) Talking about platform features the list is huge. Focusing only on the main advantages of Landbot I absolutely love: - Strong design customization (by the editor and CSS) - Gsheet native integration. It's powerful and makes possible to build a solid CMS system for various purposes. - It has one of the best webhook features out there, allowing to easily integrate the platform with virtually any other 3rd party system while keeping the CUX consistent - Landbot dev team understand the importance of hyper-personalization and developed a full set of tools for that (URL parameters handling, dynamic data, NLP processing, built-in A/B test system) - A lot of other useful integration like Google Analytics, Slack, payment processors like Stripe and even advanced CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot - The capability to use custom code (like JS) inside the visual builder and different ways to embed a bot (like popup or website section) with zero effort

- native e-com platforms integration would be nice (but is achievable with a little bit of custom coding or with a connector like Zapier)

Landbot allowed me to totally replace any kind of web forms and to deliver 100% conversational based model for my customer's needs. It doesn't matter if the project is about selling physical goods, consulting services or simply provide a different way to automate the customer support activities: Landbot has the right feature or simply allow me to build the right system in an efficient way.

The design platform. They call it the "builder". It the most beautifully designed chatbot builder I've come across. I looked for so many when launching my edtech WhatsApp solution. This one is unique, user friendly and the support is fantastic. We can automate audio responses in the Landbot platform which was impossible with any other provider and that is why we chose Landbot. It was incredible for a user to experience a chatbot that delivered audio messages something that we would usually relate to friends and family. That gave our product the edge and gave a human voice behind the bot. The team at Landbot have been incredible when it comes to support. I know that I can use the in built support service at any time and they will respond quickly. They actually built a Facebook Messenger chatbot for me when I didn't know how. This was a huge help at the time and I am really grateful to the whole team at Landbot for their incredible solution. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you are considering building a chatbot, especially delivered over WhatsApp then Landbot is the place to go. If I had to say anything. It would be that you can't use GIFs in chatbot flows with WhatsApp but this is an issue with WhatsApp not Landbot as far as I understand.

I'm delivering micro-English classes over WhatsApp where users can record English pronunciation phrases and receive feedback.

Having the possibility to connect my chatbot to automate with a ton of apps has no competition. Another positive aspect is that the bot development is very agile, the diagram-like-workflow make it easier and logic to develop.

It could be a little bit cheaper for allowing a bigger user base.

I save time with the chatbot integrated with email sending.
