The interface is very intuitive and nicely done. The variety of different content elements (text, pictures, gifs, ratings, buttons ) and third party integrations is great. There are 4 different display opptortunities: fullpage (stand alone), popup, embedded and live chat. The free version is already a gift to everyone who likes to test out chatbots or for those who are satisfied with basic features (incl. Google Analytics and Slack integration) without big intelligence. Even a chat takeover by a human is available. That's great for more difficult support topics. The paid subscriptions are suitable for those who need a chatbot that interacts with more third-party tools like mailchimp, salesforce etc. and uses conditions based on data.

The integration via Google Tag Manager seems not to be supported. But due to the different display options the chatbot can be used as a fullpage experience and does not need any integration but the link.

We offer a more fun way of communicating with our customers in marketing. We like to present the company and our activities innovative which is achieved by using landbot. Maybe we will use landbot for other departmental topics (community management, support, HR) as well.

So easy to get started with your chatbot. Integration with email service providers, google sheets and Zapier make it easy to plug the service to our existing marketing stack.

While it's great to do test runs on your chat flow, it can take forever to figure out potential errors that jam conversations.

That there is a small number of languages that are supported and you have to translate all the custome responses every time again.

I have been using the tool for more than a year now. It is easy to set-up and use this tool. Also, feedback from visitors and customers is positive. Overall pleasant experience till now. The documentation is also clear and the support is quick. I have always got a quick response & the team has been helpful.

Facebook messenger connection was a bit of a letdown. I had trouble connecting it to the messenger. The documentation was also not up to the mark (only on that topic).

I used it for Marketing and customer support - as a live agent and customer support. It has been good addition to my website as well as for my clients.

Very easy to use once you get familiar with the interface, such a lot you can customize and support is very fast and always ready to help. We currently use the free version to see how it goes but plan to upgrade at some point. Much better than using traditional forms, allowing you to collect much more data in an engaging way.

The Landbot branding is quite heavy both during form interaction and especially at the end, of course there is an option to remove but for many users the cost may be too much ($100 per month)

Landbot is one of my favourite tool. It's really easy to use and powerfull. If you are looking for a new way to interact with your users, Landbot is the answer.

It would be great to have different display styles.

I really like the interface - everything is simple and clear. You can create a chat bot in just 10-15 minutes. A lot of intrigues including Zapier and webhooks that allow you to transfer all the information to my CRM system

I don’t like how chat operations are working right now, for this it would be ideal to have a mobile application. But it is already stated in the updates that this moment will be corrected
