There is a tremendous amount of video training courses available. The is a wide variety of classes, and they are high quality. Although the primary subjects are IT-related, there are several non-IT-related courses, including topics such as grammar and algebra.
I would like there to be a much wider variety of non-IT courses. I wish the price were a little cheaper, but I still think it is a good investment.
Professional development. Most of the courses I have completed or begun are courses related to the classes I teach, so LinkedIn Learning helps me to keep up with new technology as well as learn more about the subjects and software I've been using for years.
A variety of topics are available. I recently started my journey on LinkedIn learning. And completed 2 courses. I'm in mid of 4 more courses, they give the option to save and start from where you left. Also, there is an option to set career goals which is very motivating, I have set my goal to spend at least 1 hour on LinkedIn learning, and to achieve that target is so rewarding. They give trending course notifications and basic info about the same. They have partnerships with different colleges and have a mechanism to participate and get credits, and when we pursue that course from that particular university we would not have to repeat it. I got one certificate from HRCI which is a well-renowned HR certification institution.
Nothing as such, it's all about learning so what could one possibly dislike about it. I would however suggest adding more HR partnership certification courses and sharable content
I recently completed 2 courses- Performance Management: Employee Engagement and The data science of using people analytics. One is helping me build a better and more engaging culture. And the other helped me in understanding and forecasting and in turn talent management. I am now working to develop training modules for effective training and development.
The best it has is the variety it provides. It provides challenges and multiple skils which helps in growing
Sometimes it gets boring and quite long. They might have used some pictures to make the courses more interesting. Learn with Fun.
It helps employer to differentiate and select the better candidates for the company and also helps learners to improve their skills.
1. Easy to access courses related to specific technology with guided experience and Quizzes in between while completing the course. 2. Provides certification after completion of the course, which can be showcased in our LinkedIn profile to make our profile stand alone.
LinkedIn Learning offers courses related to low-code platforms, but only limited platforms are available, and unlike udemy, LinkedIn learning doesn't have significant reach in this Online skill development sector.
I have learned Business fundamentals and communication skills development through LinkedIn as our organization has a licensed association with LinkedIn. All premium features and access to every piece of content are provided, So when there is something to learn, I prefer LinkedIn learning.
Great content and industry wide accepted courses
Could have been more filters to drill down by stream in each domain
Instant learning partner to access courses dor skill development
1. LinkedIn Learning offers the best-in-class training content 2. Wide range of training available right from POSH to IT Security to Personality Building 3. Training programs can be customized
Nothing that I can Think Of at the moment
1. keeps you up to date with all kinds of the latest corporate training 2. Adoption is much easier as everybody is already familiar with the platform.
diversified courses on so many areas of knowledge Great Teachers Challenges to study more and the badges to add on Linkedin.
Nothing relevant! All areas of knowledge are represented.
Learning challenges Ability to learn
An easy to use interface, variety of topics, current and ongoing technology and their description aa well as industry focussed training sessions.
Though not exactly dislike, but more free courses should be made availaible.
Management of Time and resources. Have been more punctual and sincere henceforth.
One best things about Linkedin learning is all the courses available are self faced, we can learn whenever we want at our speed and interest and complete the courses. There is no time constraint or deadline to finish the course, which leaves learners peace of mind in finishing the courses. Even the course completion certificates are easily sharable and added to our linkedin profiles.
All the courses and certifications are not accredited as we cannot show these courses or completion certificates as credited courses in our educational institutes. The search option can be more effective, sometimes I search for finance courses but the results show Python courses. So, that can be improved.
As a business consultant, I strive for upskilling and upgrading my concept knowledge, and Linkedin Learning helped me to choose the relevant courses from top tutors and institutions at a self-pace and very much affordable cost with a course completion certificate. The entire learning package and flow is very effective and leaners friendly.
All the options for learning videos. They are very helpful! I have truly enjoyed the videos and they have been very helpful!
There is nothing that I dislike about it.
It has helped me with many different learning curves in my career.
I like the interface! It's easy to use, and easy to search. I can find content in French as well. I love that the platform is extremely enriched with various videos and topics. Also, subtitles are available if I want to follow a course in English. I feel confident in listening to courses from that learning platform. Also the recommended content is relevant and I can't wait for the next course to watch!
To be honest, it's hard to think about something that could be improved. For my weekly usage, I believe the platform is great and allows me to learn and upskill in various domains.
The lack of internal training. I can easily grow new skills with LinkedIn Learning. Also, I can select videos or specific topics I want to watch. No need for me to attend 100% of a course if I'm only interested in a small section.
It has a ton of courses that you can choose from. It covers a lot of fields like business, software development, testing, security, and a lot more. LinkedIn Learning also provides paid official certifications with a proper roadmap and structured courses and videos. If you have LinkedIn learning then most of the courses are free. It is a great hub for learning skills.
There are a few things I don't like about LinkedIn learning. Particularly in the software engineering field, since there is no built-in programming environment for programming courses, we cannot immediately test the scripts. It would have been great if we could have an environment for it.
LinkedIn learning has helped me a lot in boosting my skills so that I can showcase them in my profile. It has good courses and they look good on the profile. They are easy to follow and are usually short. The courses are also filtered according to the ratings and reviews. So, that helps in understanding them better.
Videos can be for absolute beginners. Step by step learning. Videos that teach code start from scratch, introduce a coding environment, etc. Can put certificates on your linkedin profile after completing a course.
Limit to the courses that are available. There are a lot, but you will eventually burn through the beginner courses.
Learning things from scratch. Many topics available that are related to my job (coding, etc)
How easy is it to find the right learning path for professionals and entrepreneurs
Monthly plans are not that flexible, and can be expensive for some people when you use only one course
Have an easy access to different courses and learning paths wherever I am
What I like the best about Linkedin Learning is that I can get access to all courses and able to get certificates if I pay the annual fee.
It is good, but sometimes it is not the best for particular courses because the training is not too much good as our expectations. Because of some courses, people may choose Udemy instead of Linkedin Learning. So, please make better content because Udemy courses is not affordable for everyone.
As I mentioned in the likes, it will benefit everyone to access all the courses if they pay only the annual LinkedIn Learning fee. I can say that this is the best benefit because we cannot access all courses on another platform; we have to pay for each and every course in another platform. So, Linkedin Learning is best.
We can learn all skills from LinkedIn Learning. Having videos, courses, and mainly their certifications for the course completion
Nothing is there for dislike. All courses and videos are great stuff
Knowledge gap and lacks in the required skills with certification
My experience with LinkedIn learning is very great coz I have just completed a course from LinkedIn Learning and that course really helped me a lot to get in the eye of recruiters the coach have cleared everything in the course in which I was not cleared and I also got a certificate from LinkedIn Learning so I really have a great experience with LinkedIn learning
To complete a course on LinkedIn Learning I have to take a premium on Linked then I can learn on LinkedIn Learning If there is an option to complete a course on LinkedIn Learning without Premium so I don't know about that but if there is not so it's not a great thing
I am learning on LinkedIn Learning and it helps a lot of recruiters to find profiles by skills Linked Learning I have completed a course that cleared everything in which I was not clear so that is the good thing I must say and the benefits of LinkedIn Learning is that You will learn by the experienced professionals which is a great thing.
Ad free experience. Each video you watch can be added to the linkedin profile as a certificate.Good content overall from the best industry experts
Lot of videos and content look incomplete..it will ve a great option if we have bundles with respect to certain skills like sql, python so when its added to profile it reflects that a person has mastered that particular skillset
Day to day technical problems ..short videos of sql and excel really help to get fast solutions. Frequent emails of new content that are added help in personal growth to excel
Absolutely love how many various courses are made available to the user. I have personally used this system to learn a number of new skills from business management to mindfulness meditation.
The system could use even more courses, and perhaps some courses which are not geared strictly towards business and the corporate office but also areas such as aviation!
LinkedIn Learning has provided me with nearly a hundred various courses which helped me gain new skills: both for coping with the current situation in the world and for becoming more organized and more beneficial in the office.
I like that I am able to choose what I want to learn and that I can pause the videos and return to them again once I have the time to finish them. And also there are so many options.
Nothing. I like everything about it because it's very convenient, I can learn even through my mobile phone, I can choose when I would like to finish the course.
Management and Leadership problems. I get to learn a lot of techniques for managing my team whenever I finish a course in Linkedin Learning and that helps a lot.
I like all of the options they give you. There are courses about anything you could think of, almost unlimited choices. People can benefit from using LinkedIn Learning by posting it to your feed/account. LinkedIn Learning can let your connections and future employees know that you are actively taking courses to improve. The certificates LinkedIn gives you will stay on your profile until you remove it; this may give you the edge over another candidate.
I'm not too fond of the length of some courses. With limited free time throughout the day, it isn't easy to complete some of the classes or videos in one session; I often have to come back to finish it. If LinkedIn added a feature to make the courses a little more fun, I would make it more enjoyable.
I can learn about different topics with ease. LinkedIn Learning has benefited my career and overall knowledge for many other aspects of the business world.
I appreciate the vast number of topics and details available on a single program or app. It's like YouTube for professionals and students, but you always find what you need without looking through multiple, poorly produced videos. It does compare to Lynda.com and just as affordable.
Not much to dislike. I will say the last few times I used it, the search was long because I was looking for a walk-through on a very specific feature of a program.
It's great for refreshing your memory on a program you don't use every day. It has saved me hours of research by keeping me from stumbling through an unfamiliar task, and that saves me money.
Courses tailored to our requirements, provide clear & detailed understand, easily accessible in phone & computers and certificates are recognized by companies
As far as functional courses are concerned, country-specific is not available.
Online Training accessible anytime without disturbing work productivity and its certificate provides additional value while seeking a job as it is recognized by companies
The best part of the LinkedIn Learning platform is its easy access, simple user interface, course content, and free trial. It has coursed for almost all domains, and they have it split in terms of modules which makes our learning plan trackable and straightforward.
There is nothing much to tell in this section, but if I have to say something, it is pricing. It is a bit expensive, and rarely some of the instructors are not much expressive in their content to make it simple for users to understand the concept.
It helped me personally to improve my skills in terms of both technical and professional. They offered a free trial as well for 14 days by which I can able to learn and get certified in courses offered. It helps me in the continuous improvement of my knowledge.
There are number of video training courses for a wide audience. For all beginners, intermediates and advanced players, there are courses for people of all levels who need them. Professionals offer video courses around the world and have great knowledge and insight. Available for all devices. The certification is the best feature. It is the best platform for those who want to advance their career.
Accessibility can be applied as an additional feature in favor of people with disabilities. Cost is little high making it slighty expensive. The classification of courses according to level can be more accurate.
LinkedIn Learning is a highly specialized application that helps individuals gain sufficient knowledge and understanding by participating in the training necessary for self-development and career growth.
Linkedin Learning has quality content about various soft skills and technical professional skills highly demanded in professional careers are recruitment processes. I like the range and course coverage of the courses on the platform. It is in high sync with the requirements in the corporate world.
The subscription cost of the platform is expensive. I would like if the trial period on the platform could increase or the subscription cost could decrease, or the back-end team could provide financial aids on a case-to-case basis as in sites like Coursera.
With Linkedin Learning, I have been brushing my soft skills like leadership and Negotiation techniques. Apart from that, I have learned new technical skills relevant to my profession like Power BI, Tableau, etc. The platform comes handly to maintain the pace with other professionals in my job role.
LinkedIn learning as wide range of learning materials and they have free course available as well perimum course You can select specific skills you like to learn and certification will be provided
Categorization part can be improved And content size can be minimised in few courses
There are specific skill for specific industry I have done few certification related to my work which is very useful LinkedIn learning as provided certificate accordingly. Learned tips and techniques for my profession.
I really like the lessons that I took with LinkedIn Learning because it helped me a lot in doing my day-to-day task at work more efficiently.
I like everything, you can watch it anywhere you go and it's really very informative.
I was able to learn a lot from building rapport, to working smarter to doing advanced selling techniques. It's really good.
LinkedIn Learning has provided an excellent, easy-to-use platform for training and educational needs. It offers a great variety of courses and subjects that meet all functional activities within our organization.
There is not much that I can say that I am dissatisfied with regarding LinkedIn Learning. If anything, it would be nice to see some personal interest items such as Language courses which could also benefit professionally.
Before LinkedIn learning launched, our organization had a minimal portfolio of training and educational courses. It was mainly dependent on the employee or their manager to suggest classes. We now have a massive library of educational tools.
According to my experience with LinkedIn Learning, I am very used to learning IT skills from LinkedIn Learning. I like the quality of the content which is present in courses. LinkedIn Learning provides courses with hands-on or practical knowledge that's why you can improve your practical skills as well. I like one thing also that is LinkedIn Learning contains various courses which are spread across different domains like Finance, IT, Business Analyst, Product Management, etc. If you have a expertise in some field so you can become an instructor of that field on LinkedIn Learning. The way LinkedIn Learning is designed is very easy to use and learn something from there.
I didn't see any feature which is not useful for me. I don't know the criteria for becoming an instructor but sometimes, some instructors give poor content quality or poor voice quality. Apart from this, It is a very good learning platform.
I am used to learning from LinkedIn Learning. I had developed lots of skills in the IT domain using LinkedIn Learning like Python Programming Language, Pandas, etc. Currently, I am learning ASP.NET from LinkedIn Learning and I got a lot of practical knowledge from these LinkedIn Learning courses. If I am talking about benefits, most of the courses are free of cost in LinkedIn Learning so you can learn free from that. In the courses, the Instructor provides a challenge so you can improve your practical knowledge from solving that challenge.
