nothing major at the moment but i have only been using for a short time
Keeping track of notes and other important information from meetings
Easy to use. Lots of support offered by their team for onboarding and introducing their various features. Also seems to have a solid product roadmap with more to come.
As a international remote-first company it struggled to accurately transcribe a lot of our team's discussions. Especially those with a strong accent. Also meeting summaries frequently failed to accurately match what the basic points made during the meeting were. It would lead to us needing to edit a lot.
We used it as a meeting minutes note taker, to then share out important or high-level mgmt meetings with our wider team. This was to help with transparency and also save us time.
Being able to review meeting transcripts and video side-by-side is useful.
I have pretty fast internet, so I'm not sure why my chrome browser slows way down while playing a saved meeting video. I have a lot of tabs open, but that never stopped any other video of browser based software from functioning properly. When playing a saved meeting video, I experience a lot of mouse lag and the chrome browser says it's not responding. That flickered on and off, but the video played smoothly.
Meetgeek.ai is helping us knowledge workers retrieve valuable information from virtual meetings--automating some of that process. I needed to go back and find a certain conversation had in a previous meeting. Meetgeek.ai helped me find it, saving me from making an unnecessary email to my boss.
Upsides of Meetgeek are literal translations, notetaking, automatic connection
Needs massive refinement. Does not pull out action items although they are noted very clearly in the meetings. The notes still take an immense amount of correction and modification to make sense or create the correct context. Needs work
Time it takes for meeting notes for the entire team.
After meetings with prospects or clients I come back to read the transcripts and I normally find some nuggets I missed during the live call. This helps me to understand their needs at a deeper lever a offer a better service.
The transcripts aren't 100% accurate and the highlights of the meetings aren't that reliable. They also did some updates to the platform recently and I have to link my gmail and zoom again. Which is something I haven't done in a few weeks.
I can review past meetings - so allows me to better understand my clients and prospects. Sometimes we do presentations, it helps me to get better and to turn the presentation into written content we can repurpose for blog, social media post or email marketing.
Very used-friendly, easy to handle, logical setup and screens.
Hungarian transcription is awful, they text received needs a total re-writing.
Right now it couldn't solve the Hungarian transcription I would need.
