in the absence of dialogue between the team, with the aim we have more focus and managed to pass the correct message to the employees, its very good
The realtime experience of collaborating in a seemingly infinite 3D whiteboard space is hard to beat.
Some of the iconography has a whiff of mystery meat. But mostly it's clear.
Bringing us together when we're remote
This is a versatile solution for individuals or teams when putting together ideas, sorting out issues, or visualizing thoughts and topics within the meeting. - Intuitive and easy to use UI - Preset templates and diagrams - Interactive features that support group work - Great connectivity with other collaborative platforms like Slack, Confuluence - Works best with iPad
Overall, I and my team is very satisfied with Miro and have little to complain about. - Auto format in the text input, font setting does unnecessary formatting while editing the text. - Nice to have more collection in the object library
- Discussion, workshop note - System and data flow architecture - Brainstorming and ideation - Visual diagram, presentation - Project management, meetings - Personal notes, drafts, and creative discussion
Easy and straight-forward when creating app wireframes. Clean and organized UI.
Requires acquiring a premium account to enjoy a lot breadh of features. It is a good product in generall though.
Creating app wireframes.
Has many feastures and the free plan covers a lot of them for you to get an essence of the product
Perhaps the laod time in rare cases when there are a lot of content but to be fair when you have that much conetent on any app it's gonna take a few extra seconds to load
Working on various projuects in different forms in one place.
The flexibility that it offers in terms of creating a workspace.
Its not easily apparent what all advanced features are availabe.
Its solving the problem of working collaboratively with my team mates at the same time in the same workspace. It is also very useful for organizing and synthesizing a lot of information visually.
Miro is easy to use anyone can easily use it by just checking a few online guides
I am yet to find what I dislike about Miro, I hope to have an opportunity to mention it when I see one
Miro is solving the problem of communication gap and confusion among the team as to the right way to implement an idea. It provides the platform to clearly describe what is needed for the execution of the idea
It supports multiple languages allowing team members from different countries to communicate and work together seamlessly also it provides data visualization features that enable users to create interactive graphs ,charts and tables. These tools make it easier to present and understand complex information visually.
It's a great tool for staying organized and getting things done.No cons.
It offers data visualization functions for creating interactive graphs ,charts . Great export methods of the dashboards which can be easily shared between the team. The best tool for collaboration between them.
Great accessibility, very practical advantage, a great app, with great possibilities, up to date with new technologies, and stands out among many, highly recommended
A little complicated, and sometimes hard to get into, but it's a good tool, with a few tweaks it would be better, and would appeal to more people on a larger scale
Identify and analyze the root cause of a problem that your company is facing and generate effective and foolproof solutions to solve it.problem your product or service solves for your customers
Interface, practicality and design simple
Some slowdowns when we are browsing the miro
Organization, ideas and innovations
My favorite part about Miro is how intuitive it can become for a team. I spent very little time onboarding new team members about the main functionalities and then people decide to continue using it for their personal projects and they get more involved with the tool.
At times, I wish it was easier to replicate boards and lock functionality. It is easy to get lost and sometimes it is hard to remind people how to design in a specific board. Additionally, although I fully love the zoomability, at times there is no easy solution to resize something if created in the wrong zoom/scale.
I work with multiple clients, and they all come from different industries and have different core businesses. I like that Miro can facilitate storytelling design, and at the same time, I can do full business plans and client acquisition diagrams. Lastly, as a professor, it is a great way to be collaborative in the classroom.

It's user friendly. It enhances team collaboration and communication. Real time collaboration for instant feedback and decision. Stimulates creative thinking and visual ideation.
It relies on stable internet connection. Limited offline functionality.
Facilitates remote work and flexible collaboration. Accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Prioritizes data security and privacy. Customizable and versatile digital whiteboards.
I value Miro's templates library which offers a wide selection for different purposes, from product roadmaps to user stories. It helps in streamlining the planning process and focusing on the content rather than setting up the structure.
The export options in Miro could be improved. The lack of flexibility in exporting boards in different formats or resolutions occasionally makes it less convenient when you need to share the content with external stakeholders.
Miro excels in project planning and management. The visual boards help in keeping track of the progress, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.

Miro is very user-friendly and fun to navigate. The ability to create different boards, whether for personal or professional use is awesome.
There is nothing I dislike about Miro. I would recommend it to any professional.
My team uses Miro to share ideas and to design process flows. This tool saves time by eliminating the need for meetings to get things like this done.
Conseguimos identificar falhas no nosso time com o Miro.
The collaboration for our remote team is amazing. We won't go back to using real stickies ever again. And you can write a lot more on one virtual sticky anyways. It is impossible to get people in a real room these days and Miro has solved that for us.
The only thing I would say is that some of our clients who are less technology savvy, sometimes have a problem navigating it
Collaboration for our fully remote team. We can keep the boards and always have them as a source of truth. Not the PLO with real boards and then having to take photos.
- the ease of creating the graphic version of the prepared documents - a multitude of templates that have high cognitive value - AI assistant that helps to solve various problems and suggests unconventional solutions
It's hard for me to find something I don't like in the system.
- Lack of graphic ability to present your ideas - Accelerates conceptual work by a rich source of templates
