I personally don't have any negative feedback for miro. My experience was very smooth. Maybe the only reason I wouldn't use it frequently would be because it can get glitchy with too much information

It's an excellent tool for creativity, especially when conducting a virtual brainstorming session. The whiteboard possibilities are above all other competitors because they are so user-friendly. The possibilities for growth on the boards are limitless. Ideas can be expressed in many different ways. The canvas makes it so beautiful to collaborate and share your ideas during presentations.

The trial version offers limited functionality, which does not give the user a complete feel of the software before purchasing.

I loved the collaborative space where me and my time can work on ideation and flows together easily. It also is very intuitive and very accessible to even non-technical person. The ideation and flow diagram is easy to access, share and collaborate.

Nothing specific. But sometimes it is hard to load the board if it exceeds the content. But it is avoidable and negligible.

It was hard to collaborate on some tools, but in Miro board team members and stakeholders can collaborate extensively which helps in design thinking and Mind mapping in the Product design approach.

Its integration with various apps like Figma is really useful. You can also create a Kanban board or any other brainstorming diagrams by choosing from templates. It's really useful when you have to brainstorm ideas in a very short amount of time.

Its free plan only consists of 3 files. If you create more than 3 files in Miro, the rest of them will be on view-only mode. I wish I could still edit these view-only files.

Miro solves a lot of my problems regarding brainstorming ideas. I think it is also suitable for project management. So I don't have to switch accounts to another app to do both.

I like that Miro is easy to use for every employee, even though they are not highly qualified. You can use it in so many different fields, not only for marketing, PR, and finance but for mechanical engineering too. Moreover, it's very practical and helps you organize your tasks.

I do not dislike anything so far. maybe just the fact that is a little bit expensive for a person who wants to start his own business.

I want to start a small business as a mechanic engineer and it helps me a lot with organizing my "to do list". Very useful in highlighting my objectives on a short and long therm as well as the issues concerning a question/ task.

Miro sets the standard for remote work communication technologies. It is simple to use, feature-rich, and intuitive. It's a whiteboard collaboration tool at its most basic level, and it does it exceptionally well. With its virtual post-it notes, text editing, visual effects, and multi-user collaboration capabilities, this program is a standout among its peers. With some basic navigational guidance, most users can get up and running in Miro within a few minutes at most. Even yet, there are many more complex capabilities that make it a great tool for more experienced users. Miro's built-in templates are also a big plus for me. They're excellent places to get started when working with remote teams.

There are so many features in Miro that it might be difficult to keep up. There are a number of features that aren't as simple to use as the basic navigation. In addition, Miro largely depends on icons rather than language to describe the functionality. Many of them elicit a great deal of clicking as individuals try to figure them out for themselves. In order to develop super users, it would be ideal if Miro included more sophisticated, guided walkthroughs within the product.

Moder work settings, such as those that are partially or entirely remote, can't function without the use of Miro. Highly recommended for everyone who appreciates the importance of working in teams, especially if visual impact is critical for cooperation. Miro is one of a kind!

Interface and Icones. They are easy to understand and don't need training to be used. Open sidebar is very helpful to make a fantastic presentation. Mural and Miro haven't the same features and perhaps they can add them.

Tools are limited, and The UI is going to change every update. To make sure that the tool can be adopted, we need to have habits and use them without any effort.

I'm using Miro for presentation, tiny graphics, and Facilitation workshops. As a professor, I'm using it to make some demos for students. My benefits, free, easy to use and really do amazing works when we use frames.

I like how you have a space for everyone to collate their thoughts and ideas. The use of post it notes is a good way to show different sections or to identify different people on the board.

Sometimes when I try to move items around on the board, I find it lifts a lot of stuff I don't want it to. It would be useful to have a note or page which shows you some of the shortcuts.

We are solving collaborative, communicative and cooperative problems as a team using Miro. As a team we are more productive when sharing and talking about ideas and issues in Miro.

We needed a collaboration tool for whiteboarding sessions and flow charts that our team could pick up and use. Overall has been an excellent tool for consistent users, but adoption has not been consistent through the organization

I like that you can collaborate life with your colleagues on any project, brainstorm new ideas, create roadmaps, make marketing plans, website routes, and so on.

I always get frustrated with the app and the browser experience. The app is not working properly sometimes, so I use the browser and every time I open it, it suggests me to use the app. The UI is overloaded in general.

The platform could be faster. Sometimes, because of my internet, things take time to update. So maybe the platform could be lighter.

With the product I feel that I am closer to the people I work with. I can group several tasks on the same platform and it helps me to plan my weekly activities in sync with my co-workers. Miro changed the way we work. Doing activities collaboratively from a distance became fun.

I use this tool for brainstorming for design and product development. Miro has all of the tools and functionality to accomplish this task including charts, sticky notes, voting tools, etc.

Miro is a huge drag on my computer's CPU. The second I log in and start using my fan acts up, things shart functioning more slowly, and I've even had things freeze up on me. I am not sure what the solution to this could be.

This tool allows me to assemble multiple project owners and contributors for productive, streamlined brainstorm sessions. All users can interact with the board in order to participate in brainstorming sessions.

Virtually infinite whiteboard, light resource usage, versatility. I have used it a lot with my team, where we are able to collaborate simultaneously and have online discussions about the projects. The flexibility in creating boards and the way it is intuitive also helps us in workshops with clients. Templates are a very nice plus too, but we have created our own within our work needs.

I don't have much to complain about. The tool has some bugs, like every tool, but it has been so useful in this moment of remote work that it becomes irrelevant. Maybe making it lighter when loading a board with lots of images and information would be a good thing.

Miro be more flexible for people who want to create more complicated charts. Sometimes when you have a very large board, load time can take so while.

I don't have too many issues, but love how everyone can join in a few seconds without having to go through lots of onboarding or sign up.

We use it every week for our meetings because it allows us all to take part together and have everything we need in one place. It makes explaining stuff a doddle and I love the fact that it's such a strong visual tool.

It's easy when you know how, but the learning curve can be quite steep. Starting off with Miro can be really fiddly!
