It has captured the logs which our PRS couldn't track.
It doesn't show the device name and sometimes doesn't fetches the details at all. Seems like stores too much cache.

Easy to learn and use by non-technical people, and easy to integrate for the engineers. We like the fact that we can also deep-dive into specific users/events to capture their user journey.
Some parts of the report-building are powerful, which also means it can be quite tricky to learn. Need to allocate time to really learn about the feature. This is quite tricky for small organizations like ours that may not have dedicated Product Analysts.
It helps us understand user behaviour on our app, allowing us to make data-driven decisions on parts of the app that work / doesn't work.
Very easy to handle, too handy, huge range of charts, multiple charts in a single view, easy dashboards creating feature
Way too expensive for smaller organization
Solving all my data points requirements and it benefits me in a lot of ways
Being able to view key events tracked on your product into Mixpanel. Being able to see metrics in charts. Being able to see cohorts of users. Given the insights to make decisions on how to improve your own product using the metrics provided.
The product needs lots of onboarding and lots of explanation on how to use it. At times not very intuitive as it's so complex with what you can do with the tool.
We can make improvements to our own product using the key metrics your product provides us. Easy to share the dashboards with other users who are involved in making decisions.
Chart analysis is phenonemenal. In-built properties are also great. Love how easy it is to see user journey. The interface is the best part to me. That's why I switched from Amplitude.
SDK needs to improved. Currently using Rudderstack as a workaround. Nothing not realized as of now, fulfilling all requirements. Would like to see improvements in a lighter SDK.
Gives me an in-depth analysis of my product and what features are being used most. User behaviour has become very easy to track. Business decision making has become easier.
Easy access, customizable insights, data
Not much to complain, it is going well. Not encountered any issues with the data and insights or customizations.
Mixpanel is helping us with product usage data, and retention. It is helping us track key metrics and specific action points on what we can do to improve. Very valuable.
We get real-time insights about who our customer is and what they are doing on the Interviewer.AI platform. This insight helps us make better product decisions.
I wish we could slice and dice data more easily. Collated insights based on the type of audience personas instead of just filters to narrow down on the set of user behavior would be awesome.
It's helping us dive deeper into our product and how it's being used. We determine the health of the product by user behavior. Any significant deviations are looked into to make additional upgrades.
Event Management, cohort grouping and persona inspection in usage
The learning curve for new sales team members
Product analysis and user adaptation
Being able to set up events that correspond to actions that your users take has been a game-changer. Mixpanel has given us a real insight into actions that our users take and how they progress through their journeys in our application.
The UI has a learning curve to it and can sometimes be frustrating. Once you understand the principles though you can quickly get answers to whatever questions you need to ask.
Mixpanel allows you to understand actions that your users take in detail, it allows you to segment your user base in different ways that are extremely valuable. Creating cohorts of different user segments is a game changer.
Definitely the visualizations - you can take the same data and visualize it in various ways very easily. When the visualization fits the data, extracting insights becomes much easier.
I couldn't find a way to automatically exclude test users from my reports, so every time I manually cross off specific email domains and test environment URLs.
Product analytics. It benefits me greatly by allowing me to gain insights from my app's usage data.
