The convenience and ease of use are two factors that make this application an excellent tool for many different departments in my company.
Being locked into a contract with a higher price tag is one negative aspect, but it would only be an issue if the application weren't serving our purpose and providing a return on investment.
We solve response time issues, lead and customer engagement, sales, customer service, and internal communication with leads and customers.
CUSTOMER INQUIRIES THAT GET INSTANT RESPONSES TO CUSTOMERS WITH OUT ANY CALL IN TIME HAS MADE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE RATINGS GO SKY HIGH BECAUSE WE ARE ABLE TO REACH OUT TO MORE CUSTOMERS AT ONE TIME. IT ALSO GIVES US REVIEWS OF OUR EMPLOYEES OUT IN THE FIELD SO WE CAN GIVE THEM THE PAT ON THE BACK THEY DESERVE FOR EXCELLENT FEEDBACK.

Podium's user interface and consolidated text reply are amazing to use. We have had a lot of incoming client messages and Podium has done them justice by gatekeeping and assigning it to the right person. The feasibility to send text messages is very good Great overall experience.
Inability to integrate to the crm to send over the leads automatically. Everything else is good.

Gain reviews. Super user friendly & easy to manage. Easy to engage residents of all ages as well. Podium does the hard work for us. Love the templates & manageable internal features like assigning the convo & etc. Also allows for all user to interact flawlessly & find messages quickly. Last but not least assigning the convos allows for us to track who is not responding quickly & get with them.
We engaged this program to attract investors, but our tenants keep using it. Not yalls fault. Also the notifications dont come thru as quick as we'd like for our internal users so sometimes we dont respond as quickly as we could. has BUt overall we cannot complain much. The software has sold itself over & over based off the benefits we have received.

ITS VERY EASY TO USE! IT EMAILS YOU WHEN SOMEONE WRITES YOU BACK WHICH IS A PLUS JUST BECAUSE SOMETIME I CLOSE OUT OF THE PAGE AND I GET BUSY AND FORGET TO CHECK BUT WITH THE EMAIL ALERTS I AM ABLE TO KNOW WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS WRITTEN ME BACK! I LIKE THAT EVERYONE IN THE COMPANY CAN SEE THEM, BECAUSE SOMETIMES WE DONT KNOW WHEN A CUSTOMER NEEDS HELP AND OUR MANAGER WILL COME TO US AND ASK US TO JUMP ON AND TALK TO CUSTOMERS.
THE LAYOUT COULD BE A LITTLE BIT BETTER! I FEEL LIKE AT TIMES IT COULD LOOK OVERWHELMING WITH ALL THE CHATS ON THE SIDE. BUT TO BE HONEST THERES NOT MUCH TO DISLIKE!!! OVER ALL THIS IS AN AWESOME WEBSITE!!!
WHEN CUSTOMERS DON'T ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS WE CAN REACH OUT TO THEM THRU TEXT FOR A QUICK RESPONSE! PEOPLE PREFER TEXT THESE DAYS SO BEING ABLE TO TEXT THEM IS SUCH A PLUS!!!!
The ability to text and email requests for reviews for our business. Also-the direct link to the platforms for the reviews has been helpful all in one stop. Primarily the text feature is the best since it's easier for the end-user and easy for us to send requests for reviews to our current/past customers.
Reminders to follow-up on a previous unanswered request that had already been sent out. Adding that ability would be friendly and helpful.
No problems with Podium. Benefit is how easy it is for us and the end-user, our past or current customers.
Since we moved to podium we've been able to gain many reviews, communicate with our clients in real-time and send text messages to them. We love the software.
I would prefer to be able to all see all communication for all locations on one screen.
