Pros: Easy to use Customer service is amazing very nice desktop customizable to meet the needs of your business I can email affiliates straight from the program

Cons: I wish the 97.00 program comes with an option to pay affiliates from the software I wish the software would alert you when its time to gift affiliates with products and not cash value

I like how ease it was to implement into our website. They also have amazing customer service to answer any and all questions.

I wish the reporting side had more features. I would like to more robust affiliate reports.

I am able to easily run an affiliate referral based business

The system covers almost everything you need, in our case, the core requirement was to have a system that can track the sales made against a specific coupon code which is assigned to a correspondent affiliate, in the market you will find the majority of the affiliate tracking software covering clicks, leads ..etc. so it was so challenging to find a system that covers the coupon codes as well. The system is very user friendly & very flexible at the same time!

The only comment I have that the integration is not very easy, however, they have a very good support team & they will assist you!

Several but not limited to the below: 1) Having a proper tracking software to track the commissions. 2) The ability to synch the sales from our ERP system using their APIs. 3) Having a public website to introduce our affiliate program.

some questions cannot be answered by chat and thus, sent to the developers to provide answers, this may cause a delay in resolving problems

Not having lots of start up funds allows a functional affiliate system. The benefits are a live support team to help and work hard for you, the support team dos your integrations so you don’t really have to no pay someone to vonfigure the system

Post Affiliate Pro is very intuitive, I've been using it for two months and the customer support is the best I've experienced for any software till thus far. There are many features available in the program which makes it future proof and very reliable, and it also supports features that allow great diversity and customization to create and grow your own unique affiliate campaigns.

The only thing I'm not happy about is the inability to communicate the same person that helps you with the program initially, though most of the support staff will be able to help you as they can view your program in real time and also update some features for you online in realtime as well.

No problems thus far as the support is very good, also the integration process is seamless and you recieve good support from the customer care team which is available 24hours. There many compatible APIs that allow you to tailor your business to exactly support your affiates needs and the user interface is simple and easily understandable with the provided video tutorials, both for the merchant and affiliates.

While setting everything up the help I received was amazing. It was fast and accurate! That helped me to set it up quickly. It is fairly easy to understand the software (for a newby) and with there help I was able to set it up without trouble! They also helped me connect it to my Clickfunnel site.

They were really fast to help with any of our questions. Takes some time to get used to the dashboard, but after that it is relatively easy to use.

Nothing significant. We had to translate a few things to hungarian for our affiliates, since the hungarian translation isn't perfect.

We needed an affiliate solutions that can easily be integrated with the e-commerce platform that we use.

what I liked most about Post Affiliate Pro was the way in which I used it to avoid any misunderstanding between affiliates, where affiliates can only see a banner with their respective commissioning, based on a campaign that includes groups of commissioning. The Post Affiliate Pro administrative panel has a simple way to see who is with us, facilitating communication between the merchant and the affiliate, being able to extend the commissioning to the affiliate if there is a great progress with the promotion of our products. Complex dashboard for simple integration, translation that is not complete in Portuguese, the fact that I have a totally different time zone with that of the support. I would think it would be great if the Post Affiliate Pro documentation was updated, as there are things that no longer exist in it. Making integration difficult, not because of a lack of information but because it is difficult to find or read it. Please fix it :)

Super easy to setup. Very well structured. Great Dashboard with perfect overview for all the vendors.

Unfortunately it's not open source and self hosting is only available through very high costs.

It solves our entire Affiliate process for the business. Many vendors participate in the program. Also we have introduced this software with many of our clients due to reliability and ease of use.
