The pop-up builder allowed us to collect information from site visitors which then helped us and we also could create awesome contact forms.

There are some limitations with the elements when it comes to retricing file uploads.
POWR is cutting down on the number of emails and back-and-forht required from our team to communicate with customers as we are able to use the forms to retrieve important and crucial information upfront.
It has been super reliable. We have used it for many years now without a glitch. It just works. It's also elegant, sleek and sexy at a good price.

We actually don't use it for Online Form Builder. We use their Facebook feed on our start page as a news section keeping the website active and current all the time.

The upside of using POWR was one support technician who went over and beyound finding out how to solve my problem. He was patient, thorough and not willing to give up.
I had to read alot of basic troubleshooting steps that did not solve my problem. I wasted hours trying to find out why my documents would not load and it was a simple issue that the Support person, Timur found by sharing my computer's screen.
I use POWR Embed on my website to download documents such as Newsletters so my readers can easily see.
I really like how easy and intuitive is to set up the apps developed by POWR. I really appreciate the effort the customer support makes to attend to any issue very fast.
I really do not have any negative comments or thoughts about POWR. When using templates to design web pages, it can be tricky to update the HTML code manually. In any case, the support team helped us quickly.

Some bugs, like anything. The pop-up class on some apps, for example, use the same class trigger, so launches all pop-ups on the page. I complained and they say will correct in future.

I suggest improving the applications, specifically targeting the events app. This improvement entails adding a feature that allows events to be assigned an expiration date. As a result, once the specified date arrives, the events would either be automatically removed from the events app or transitioned to draft status. I desire an enhanced capacity to personalize the appearance of each app. This includes access to a broader range of font selections and improved event formatting choices.
POWR is assisting me by eliminating previous challenges, such as the need to manually code PHP forms directly into the website and improving the deliverability of online form responses.

I only used one of their plugins for a shirt while but the experience was a good one. The tools are easy to use, very intuitive. I woould still be a customer if it were not for the business closure.

I started using Powr in order to bring more features to my Jimdo website, and I have to admit that the easy to install/integrate features are a must have for me. Apps are flexible and powerful, I can't wait to see the result of a wider usage o my daily digital marketing journey !
There is not much to say about what I would dislike. Maybe I could ask even more plugins/apps ? I only experienced a bug issue when purchasing my Premium package, but this was solved in two emails exchange from the start by their very reactive support team !

Contact Form is professional looking and easy to use.
I had the free version of the contact form app and for some reason it defaulted to the "Create Form" version, which was embaressing for my clients to see on my website.
I am able to get more information from my clients so that I can better respond to them.
They stick with any issues encountered even when problems are created by the user (speaking personally)! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The only comment I would make is a suggestion to add an undelete function in the Form Builder App. Apart from that I have no dislikes.
Weve been using a rival form builder for our customer contact request form. Its become increasingly slow and has very limited design features. Using the POWR Form Builder has been a breath of fresh air and our contact form now looks great!
the support is #1- pretty easy to use, but when I hit a roadblock, support is right there!

I use the Online Form Builder for event registration and online payment along with general form requests.
Powr's amazing plugins have been integral to our web designs for years - especially the Forms Plugin! They are easy to use and flexible. In addition, Powr staff is efficient at addressing issues and problems.
The plugins have flexible design options! But we're designers and would love to see even more options along with additional new plugins to supplement the already large library.
Powr's form plugin is a critical component of our websites. It is feature-rich, customizable and easy to use for us AND our customers.
- The part that attracts is it's features to customise. - Easy to install . - Quick to understand and can custom coding - Helps upgrade the website making it very optimistic
- It is a bit on the costlier end. - Sync with web builder was little wonky but that seems to be web builder fault. - Some issues occur with plugin at times.
- Wide varity of plugin which are very beneficial. - Improves the asthetics appeal of the overall website making it more and more attractive. - No data gaps
I like that it integrates with my Bigcommerce store and that I can embed a form on any webpage. I can use my regular page builder for the webpage and then the POWR editor to match my brand colours for the fonts and buttons.
In the free version, you're limited to how many questions you can include per form and the POWR logo/info is displayed under the form on your site for your customers to see. I understand these wouldn't be issues on the paid one, but it's something to consider if you plan to use the free one.
I use POWR's form builder to gather information from clients interested in a custom order. Since custom orders require a custom conversation, the form saves a lot of back and forth if they can go through and select which options they want right from the start. It streamlines the process and lets me provide them with a quote more quickly. I think it results in a better customer experience and builds confidence that you have an efficient process in place.
