Has really streamlined the outreach processes within content marketing (link building, guest posting, HARO responses). It combines what you used to have to use multiple different apps and tools for (Ahrefs Content Explorer to find opportunities, LinkedIn to find people, Hunter to find emails, Reply/Gmail to send emails) into one system and makes the entire process a lot easier to do at scale.

Having to use the shortcode stuff when searching for content is kind of annoying, instead of it just being built into the search itself. Still in the early stages of development right now though, so I imagine little things like this will improve over time.

Doing outreach at scale, while still being somewhat personalized and non-spammy. Results in more backlinks and relationships with other content people.

The prospecting feature is my favourite aspect of Respona - it selects the most relevant contact on a website for your outreach. This is a clear advantage over some of the other SEO Outreach tools that I've used.

Creating highly customized emails to build relationships takes a lot of time. Respona helps by eliminating some of the most time-consuming parts, including easily importing prospects and searching for contact information.

We've been using Respona for over a year now. The platform is intuitive, beautifully designed, and powerful for all aspects of outreach and content building for a fast-growing brand. The HARO feature is incredible, and we've netted a couple of PR opportunities that otherwise would not have happened if it wasn't for testing Respona on top of day-to-day affiliate outreach and link-building activities. Customer service is top-notch, I can't stress this enough. Both the founders and our support teams are easily accessible and go above and beyond to promptly meet our needs. Product updates are frequent and valuable, and so is the support community.

Honestly, no issues with Respona. Fantastic product and team all-around. There were very minor UI glitches when we first started using the app in its earlier stages (keep in mind this is still a fairly new product!) but those were fully addressed. I was impressed with the level of resolution the team provided - almost always including a video walkthrough and live chat. Many software companies tend just to go back and forth over an email thread... not when it comes to Respona!

Scaling our affiliate marketing efforts - using Respona in conjunction with our social listener to engage high ticket bloggers. Most recently, we found success outreaching to local and national publishers for a press release, using Respona's PR tools to fulfil the gaps of a PR agency.

I like that you can manage the entire outreach process from one tool! (Except email replies), and the free user seats.

It doesn't have an intuitive way to navigate through the steps of sending a campaign, at least between steps 3 and 4. Other than that, they don't have a referral program :(.

Before Respona, I was subscribed to about 4 different apps and had a team of 10 people doing outreach! I've actually cut costs by a good amount thanks to it.

It is easy to use and has capabilities that other tools don't, saving me tons of time. The new feature called "Press Inquiries" is a cool addition as well. Oh, and the support is super fast and helpful.

I cannot say that something comes to mind. In my experience using the tool so far, I have been satisfied using it, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build links and relationships.

The simple user interface makes it easy to understand, and you do not need to search scratch your head to learn Respona; it's just simple and user-friendly. One of the best features is the emails. Respona has been a lot more effective than other tools in the follow-ups for the email chains. We use them to contact potential partners. The team supporting Respona is excellent--they are very accessible and super helpful. I also like that we can upload our target lists and then build sequences.

I like how simple and easy it is to use to create email sequences. I was previously using HubSpot for outreach and email sequences, but after using Respona I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If you are looking for a simple and cost-effective solution to create email sequences and a platform with tools to help you prospect, engage, and drive more revenue. then Respona is an excellent choice for your business.

Respona needs to improve its database for the tool that gathers B2B contact information from URLs. It mostly works well but I did notice a few times I could not find email addresses. Luckily the few I couldn't find I went directly to the website and was able to find at least a general contact email.

No problems to resolve. The benefits are that you can have a great solution for a great price!

A clean and easy-to-use user interface. A well thought out content finding engine. You can dial in for specific words in the SERP title and body text, so your campaigns are super targeted. Also, next to SERP results, they show domain authority and ahref rank, which I find useful to be able to clearly see and determine if I even have a chance to get a backlink from such a site (saves credits). Email sequence creation is a breeze. You can save it as a template and later only make minor changes for different campaigns. It is very straightforward and easy to work with. After you select your target URLs, Respona will go out and find your name and contact information, along with obvious things like post title and URL!! Remove that feature, and to me personally, you would lose most of the appeal. It’s not perfect, however, and my success rate has been about 50%, which I’m happy about. In the last step of campaign creation you can personalize each contact/email. For example if you wanted to mention something specific from the post. Best tool for backlink outreach to date that I’ve seen. Enormous time saver. With Respona one person (not a team) can pull off an effective backlink outreach campaign and actually get somewhere with SEO. Very responsive, helpful, no frustration customer support.

I wish it tracked campaign link clicks. I find it a missing step between an email being opened and a conversation is initiated.
