Plus, its automated follow-ups ensures no prospect is wasted."
It would be nice if the default backlink data was coming from Ahrefs. Right now, it's from Moz, and you can only use Ahrefs if you already have an Ahrefs account and connect it to Respna. In my experience, Moz backlink data isn't the best, but at least it's free for all Respona users.
Respona resolves the often chaotic and fragmented nature of link-building by providing a cohesive and user-friendly platform to manage all aspects of email outreach. It has cleared our desk from the multiple tools we previously required and the endless searches for viable link prospects, streamlining our workflow immensely.
Respona's real-time email verification system eliminates a lot of guesswork, and the automatic contact searches save me tons of time. All I have to do is check the results, where as previously i would have to do all of the prospecting myself. The same applies to finding link opportunities - the content search engine is fully automated as well. Again, I just have to check the results - and I can run countless queries at the sametime. I also like the campaign templates - they automatically set advanced search operators to find the exact opportunities I'm looking for.
I wish there was a way to view all opportunities in a campaign in a single list. Scrolling from left to right isn't the best, but it works.
Just how much time outreach used to take and manage.
It's handy to have everything in one platform as opposed to multiple different tools. The prospecting search engine, the contact finder, the shared inbox, the campaign analyitcs - I can't even describe how cumbersome our previous approach felt in comparison to Respona. It's like switching to a ferrari after riding a horse for 20 years. Yes, it did the job, but now it's so much faster.
My main dislike is the pricing; as a start-up, the Standard plan isn't really worth it on its own - either get the Unlimited, or pay for extra sender emails and credits.
Having everything in one place saves us valuable time and allows us to achieve our targets more efficiently.
I'm fond of Respona's shared workspace feature - it's fantastic for collective brainstorming, especially when you're part of a large team like me. With everyone having access to the same campaigns, insights, templates, contacts, and the unsubscribe list, it's really easy to see what's going on. Also, for example, I can start a campaign, launch a few opportunities, and my colleagues can pick up where I left of with no hassle - very handy. In the same way, when I'm not around, someone else can answer my leads (we're all working on link building anyway), boosting our efficiency.
However, I feel there's scope for improvement in the SEO metrics. A more in-depth and detailed report would be nice. Right now, you have your basic domain authority, traffic, and spam score (which is enough for link building), but a little bit more depth would be appreciated.

I love the podcast search feature. It's very niche, but works great for us. I have yet to see another email outreach tool that can put you in touch with podcast owners so quickly. And when you do a podcast search, it already comes with pre-defined contacts that are pulled from listen notes, so you don't have to sit there and wait for emails to be found. It even pulls the podcast audio into the personalization stage so you don't even have to leave the tool to listen to it.
At times, I find the real-time email verification slow, and working on larger (several hundred emails big) campaigns seems to lag a little bit. I believe a speed upgrade could greatly enhance this, but it's not a dealbreaker.
Instead of juggling multiple tools and platforms, we have a one-stop solution, increasing our productivity and overall effectiveness in campaigns.
It's extremely easy to navigate and the comprehensive analytics provides deep insights into campaign performance. This applies on both individual and global levels. For example, we can set up two separate campaigns with slightly different pitches and see how well each performs to find out what works best. And it's not bloated with unnecessary features and UI elements, everything is laid out in front if you exactly where you would expect it to be.
The support team is in diferent timezones than us, so sometiemes I have to wait a few hours for a Response. But most of the time, I get a reply within a couple of minutes at most.
Respona solves the problem of scattered outreach efforts by bringing everything under one umbrella.
The best thing about Respona is that it's so user-friendly; everything is well structured and easy to find. I had an onboarding, and three hours later I already had two campaigns locked and loaded. And on the next day, I was already getting backlinks from it.
I feel the default email template designs could benefit from improvement - they are pretty cookie-cutter. But it's just the default templates anyway, you're supposed to come up with your own.
Respona has been particularly effective in eliminating the toil of manual link-building and prospect searches. It has increased our productivity and resulted in more success overall.
The dashboard and account are insanely clear to use. Respona provides its users with a great variety of content and contact finding. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have all the useful email templates and spa checks I need for my work. One more thing I am happy about is that they have a dedicated team who presented to me a detailed onboarding session and answered all my silly questions. Moreover, if I have any troubles, the support team answers fast.
If it is time to pay for your account, unfortunately, all the sections of Respona get blocked until you pay. You need to keep it in mind that you won't be able to check who of your team has the access to the account.
Here I have some things to share. * I don't do spamming any more and my email doesn't get blocked becase I sent a lot of letters at one time. I am a Partnership Manager and sometimes I need to send the same letter template to a lot of people. Now I can do that without any worries. *The process of finding any source is flexible and I can set extra tools to find what I need. *Also, if I don't need any help with looking for contacts or sources, I can just upload my own list and work with it inside Respona.
I love how Respona provides so many templates for various campaigns and contact search automation. This feature is particularly helpful for beginners who are just getting started with email outreach. Plus, having these templates really helps save a ton of time that would otherwise be spent crafting emails from scratch. The time saved can then be dedicated to other essential aspects of the business. Overall, Respona's user-friendly interface and ready-to-use templates make it the go-to tool for efficient email outreach.
One aspect of Respona that could use some improvement is the inbox management and organization. Currently, when I receive a second or third reply from a respondent, the message remains marked as read, so I missed some important responses. It would be great if Respona could enhance this feature so that the inbox automatically updates to display unread messages when a new response is received. Having this minor issue resolved would make it even more convenient to use Respona for handling all email outreach tasks smoothly.
By automating my contact search and streamlining the outreach email process, Respona saves me a substantial amount of time and effort. The time I save can then be allocated towards other important aspects of my business, such as relationship-building, strategic planning, and generating new ideas for future campaigns.
Automation features where you can get the contact info in a quick and easy manner is a very good feature
There is still no link tracking feature for the ones who give us a backlink but do not respond
