Rocketlane excels in streamlining project communication, improving project efficiency, and enhancing customer onboarding experiences. The platform's task assignment and tracking features provide a consolidated space for all information related to the project and are also easy to setup given we deal with a good number of moving parts. The customer onboarding templates are a lifesaver and easy to use. We use it regularly to track all of our onboardings and the ability to integrate with popular tools and use them for various automations is a plus!
While it's a fantastic tool, it could definitely benefit from a more nuanced NPS feature!
We work with projects/onboardings that have a number of moving parts. The problem with such projects is that a lot of minute tasks and assignments tend to get lost and go untracked. Rocketlane helps me ensure that all of these tasks and moving parts are tracked in one place. It also helps me get insights into time taken and where more automations are needed. It looks crisp and neat enough to share with customers and gets the information across in a manner that can be interpreted with a glance.
Rocketlane's USP is definitely its user friendly experience while using the tool. My favourite features definitely have to be the docuement management features and inbuilt chat feature; its helped us have all implementation related conversations and files right at one place so that we don't have to search for these valudable materials in internals chats/emails ever again. We have unlocked a next level of collaboration with our customers with Rocketlane's chat feature. I am particularly impressed by its PSA features such as resource management, tracking time, which has given my team visibility into how their members are performing,
I sometimes experience some lags while uisng Rocketlane, otherwise there are no otehr downsides i can think of.
1) Customer Collaboration 2) Integrations with workato, hubspot, salesforce which my org extensively uses 3) Task and project level chats, which was missing in other tools 4) Time tracking
We use Rocketlane to manage pre production and post production in the form of various steps of a project- before it was not structured but using rocket lane we have got structure and also we handle new project onboarding for our clients.
We have to customise all fields - maybe have industry wise templates to implement.
We are in the production business - today there are many steps in production we tried sheets , then trello but for some reason we still could not bring that structure and have a turn around time for every item there by leading to huge delays costing us money. We started Rocketlane and built a complete process and have proper tracking of time for each sun item.
The ability to build personalised project plans and execute them in a structured manner ensuring key kpis and turn around time. We use it regularly to mark the progress on our projects and keep track of deliverable's .
Sometimes it's tooo detailed and it takes time to understand the product initially , but once understood can be scaled easily.
We used to use google sheets and tracking was all over the place - but I personally started using rocket lane to track my projects , insights and bring structure and improve my over all productivity
Easy to tutor the team about the product, Helpful in quick implementation by ourselves, Helpful support team
Implementation ongoing. nothing to dislike as it has a wonderful feature set.
It solves project management hurdles such as keeping a track of status updates, informing customers about current status automatically, Reporting and clean dashboards for stand ups.
Rocketlane helps me with project management and also with resource management part of work, since we do not have a seperate ops team to help. Rocketlane is easy to use, implement and also a great support team to help us.
Not so much for now duringTrial and implementation experience so far.
Resource management has always been a hurdle since we find it difficult to check calendars to allocate. Also in cleaning up the process with onboarding tasks.
The filtering and reporting capabilities have helped us hold implementation managers accountable for the tasks and projects on their plate.
There's almost everything that we need. It would be great if there was bulk import feature on the UI, we spend a lot of time in transferring data between systems
We have been able to run internal standups with the reports available on Rocketlane. The time tracking feature at a task level helps us save a lot of time and gives us more visibility of the time track at an individual project level
Clean UI, Quick and easy set up, comfotable to update tasks on regular basis, and the features it provides.
Not at this point. We are happy with the product and its workflows.
Identify the tasks stauts, KAnban view to prioritize and work on blocked tasks, project management reports.
REsource management and Time tracking is quick and easy to manage with Rocketlane.
Still playing around with features and understanding. Nothing to complain as yet.
Rocketlane helps in allocating people to projects and assigning the right taks to stakeholders to ensure data sanity in reporting for our Revops
We use task / project management extensively. Collaboration with stakeholders makes project owner's life easy
So far good. Looking forward to exploring more about the product
Streamline the process much better than it was.
