I want to point out their intuitive interface. Even without any onboarding, just by digging through the Knowledge Base I was able to figure out what I needed to do. They definitely have some talented designers carefully planning each section of the software. When I needed some help, I was able to get it from their Support service. Other than that, SEranking give me all the data I need at this point in time. Rank tracking, automated reports, backlinks. I would definitely recommend it.

I could use clearer messaging so that I don’t have to go through all available help documentation to find what I need. But maybe that’s just me. All in all, I’m happy with how the tool is growing.

There are a lot of tools and features in the platform and I’m still not sure I know about each and every one of them. I mostly keep track of rankings, analyze my competitors in organic and paid search, and do backlink research.

The software is top-notch, but I also want to point out the high-quality support team. These guys are ready to jump in to help at any time of day or night. It’s almost as if they don’t even sleep. Wish that every company provided such quality support that actually helped out.

Wasn’t able to find the keyword database for Slovenia, but I was promised that it will soon be added.

The amount of tools I get for the money I spend is insane. A worthy investment, hands down.

I had trouble with adding social media accounts

It's simple to use, includes many tools (including SERPs position checking, backlinks monitoring and site audit) and has a flexible pricing (for example, one can get a 20% or a 40% discount by reducing the monitoring frequency from daily to 3/week or 1/week, respectively).

I'm subscribed to the PERSONAL 50 plan (the cheapest plan when I subscribed), which includes monitoring for 5 websites, 50 keywords each. That's a total of 250 keywords per account. But since I only have one website, I can only use 50 of those 250 keywords. I think SE Ranking didn't understand that those who are interested in the very basic plan aren't agencies, and so offering 5 websites is pointless. I would rather have 250 keywords for one website (OK, even 100 keywords) that 50 keywords for 5 websites that I don't own. (Note: PERSONAL 50 was later discontinued)

SE Ranking helps me to monitor technical errors through the "site audit" tool, to check how the changes I make impact my rankings over time, to monitor competitors backlinks, to find keywords related to a query, to find new keywords from my competitor's page and to do check some elements of on-page SEO.

The up 2 date rankings, the ppc tool really is a great help.

Some times the software is a bit slow, and i can only select 3 parameters to check with my rankings

i like the clean interface and the way i can track all of my keywords. Also the report builder is very nice. Also the way i can see my rankings / search volume ans SERP features are very nice. I can also add my customers to there own dashboard by sending them a link. My customers like that very much. Also the custom build report builder and the marketing plan are nice add-ons! ohw, and off course the support is great, almost forgotten, but this is one thing i hate at other tools, no support!

if i must name something... Is that the SEO/PPC competitor research tool has a different layout then the rest.

With SEranking we can see for each keyword how high we score in Google. It also allows us to keep track of whether writing new articles on our website increases our position. In addition, the competition research is very useful. This way you can find out on which keywords your competitors are found and on which keywords they pay to advertise in Google. Very useful to distinguish yourself from the competition!

Every day you can see the position of your website. But this position is the average of all the keywords you entered yourself in SEranking. This makes sense, of course, but it's not very helpful. When you add new keywords this average will immediately go up or down again. This is not your position in relation to your competitors or in relation to all the pages found in Google.

You can perform a SEO audit on page. This way we can check every page of our website if we need to change anything to improve our SEO strategy or just leave it that way. You can also choose to perform a website audit. This way you can see all the 'errors' found on your page and you can see how this can be solved. We see our website grow a bit every day!

The main feature I use is the website audit, over time we have increased our audit score. It is really useful when creating new pages as it picks up on features we missed. I also use the on page SEO checker quite often, this helps me check the page against certain keywords we want to be ranking for. The rank tracking for keywords is also useful, this gets automatically ran for me every week, this helps me identify pages that might need some slight tweaking especially for those that drop positions.

There is not much to dislike at all. An improvement could be within the business listings, as a b2b agency a lot of the listings do not suit us, a section specific to b2b would be really useful for us.

Almost everything I need to assess and monitor the websites I manage. The speed at which the keyword rankings update is amazing. Unlike some other SEO ranking services, there are no issues with being blocked by search engines or having to use IP proxy services.

I really cannot think of anything I don't like. The product is constantly evolving.

The functionality provided with the entry level price point product combines practical rank tracking. Okay, we know rank of the KWs your're working on ALONE doesn't mean everything, SERanking integrates with GA. Consequently, in my dashboard I can see everything I need to be able to have sensible, commercial conversations with clients about the actual contribution to traffic overall, not just minor moves of target terms. The ability to monitor multiple terms, split out into separate projects by client or product or whatever you need, means that this has become a seriously useful tool alone. And THEN you've got all the strong backlink / competitor backlink tools, not to mention workflow management and even perfectly reasonable and practical website auditing AND YOU GET ALL THIS FOR (at time of writing obviously) £23 a month! Without naming the usual suspects, I wouldn't worry too much about being in a Rush to go elsewhere in case you miss out on a sliver of data. SERanking provides so much practical functionality in such an accessible way you will be free to do more actual SEO and bring in genuine, market-share winning performance.

If you're going to use just one platform - as either an in-house SEO, at agency or for your own projects - I haven't come across a downside to SERanking yet. I'll let you know if I do. What I worry about is what happened with another platform I was using from its very early stages at a sensible rate, similar to this, that decided to go to enterprise only pricing, effectively booting me out as a customer. THANKS, mentioning no names (Linkdex). Let's hope SERanking stays with this pricing model.

Keeping on top of multiple projects is easier, I like the cadence of updates for my particular projects and the volume based pricing is right for me. The basics even the best of us sometimes miss are handled elegantly too, what with the auditing features.

It has so many functions and different plans that even small companies or freelancers can afford and you can slowly upgrade as you need. The tool helped me to see what to do next in terms of SEO and see if the changes were being effective or not. Support is also very quick and helpful.

Been using SE Ranking for a few years now and it is great value, very comprehensive, easy to use and always being updated. It's great to have a broad range of tools in one place. As a developer, whenever I launch a new website, I add it to SERanking for a full website audit and going forward, easily link it to google search console to monitor its progress. It also has a great checklist for link building. Even when using a small number of the features, it still represents great value.

Business listings, catalogues and directories is great for physical businesses but not as useful for online only websites

Иногда не правильно снимает позиции в поисковой системе Яндекс. Иногда сбор позиций зависает на 99% и приходится долго ждать пока сервис снимет последние пару позиций по запросам.

Снимаем позиции по более чем 2500 запросам в 2 поисковых системах. Очень удобно, быстро.

Я давно занимаюсь seo-продвижением и перепробовала очень много сервисов для анализа позиций и тех. аудита сайта. У всех были свои минусы и плюсы, не все корректно считывали позиции, некоторые делали ошибки по регионам и приходилось перепроверять вручную, в некоторых не хватало анализируемых данных в аудите. Как правило, приходилось одно проверять в одном сервисе, второе – в другом и.т.д. Но это было до SE Ranking)) Когда я наала им пользоваться, счастью не было предела! Все, просто все, как мне нужно и все правильно. Теперь все сервисы забыты, остался только мой любимый SE Ranking.

Для меня минусов нет. В целом все удобно и понятно.
