What I really like about SE ranking is that the most basic plan provides absolutely everything you need for SEO. It's not mobile-friendly. Using the mobile web is difficult to use. The mobile app does not have so many features so it's not worth using. It would be great to either have a fully functional mobile app or simply make the website truly mobile responsive so I can continue working on the go.

i dont like that you can only extract 10000 backlinks per website. Would have liked to extract another 10000 backlinks from the same site instead of the first 10000.

I really like the Keyword Research Tool and the Keyword Manager feature.

I'm a little bit sad that my package has a very small keyword limit. I wish it was extended a bit more.

Keyword ranking and competitor analysis.

I am new to SEO and website optimization. I have been working with Seranking for several months and there is a definite learning curve. However, the staff has been excellent in reviewing my concerns and questions despite my beginning lack of knowledge. Yes there is sometimes a delay, however they are in a totally different time zone. There is always an answer the next day or if I post a question on a Friday, there will be a response on Monday. I had tried other programs however the learning curve was impossible for a SEO neophyte. I thought I would just try it for a month or two; however once getting into it I keep hanging on to it.
