The keyword tool is better than others I've tried, including Ahrefs. I love the relevant tab and column in which you can sort keywords in terms of relevancy to the specified keyword.
I can't comment too much as I've only just noticed it but the questions tab doesn't seem to ever turn up many questions.

The keyword database is huge BUT keywords data such as search volume or competition is not automatically updated on a monthly basis. I have to do it manually when performing keyword research for example.
Competitors software like SEMrush proposes a lot of features (Social media, content planning...) that go far beyond my basic SEO needs. And these features imply high pricing plan. I do not want to pay for something I do not use. Se Ranking do exactly what I need, at the right price for it. And their Customer Care teams are lovely.
