Most reliable SMTP service we have ever come across with immediate customer support. Their online portal is much more responsive and feature rich when compared to other competitors.

Had a couple of minor problems with email delivery. Used their excellent email tracking feature to prove that emails were being delivered to another third party who were at fault.

Can use the port 25 directly. some applications or appliances do not let you use custom ports, other services do not offer this capability. Also some services requires you to use https, configure certificates, and in that case for this data that is not that sensitive and is for home, do not need so much features.

Nothing, in general the current features are good and work as intended

Surveillance. I have cameras of different brands at home and also have some products of different brands that i made work together with some scripts, then i need to receive emails with photos, sound clips or videos of what is happening. SMTP2GO helped me to simplify everything using emails instead of notifications or custom applications. Only configure to send an email using SMTP2GO and can receive the data from the cameras or my scripts.

Good integration with Azure SaaS

Its no-nonsense approach to allowing outgoing mail in tricky situations. We have used SMTP2go on a range of devices and software applications where getting a regular SMTP service fails.

There is very little to dislike with the SMTP2go service - I can't think of anything specific.

Where customers have legacy or outdated systems, we find SMTP2go faultless with allowing us to send out email without specific security requirements. The ability to add their servers to the SPF records means we have very few issues.

If you need reliable email sending, this service is the way to go. Never had a problem, easy to configure and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for anybody sending automated or high volume of e-mails.

Email sending problems, gmail, hotmail, outlook... always blocking my email sent by my sever.

Th sign up, setup and configuration is very simple. Getting started was easy. The reporting is very good too. The support team are very quick to respond to any issue or question.

Sometimes the billing through Fastspring is a bit flakey. Changing billing details has proved a little cumbersome on occasion.

We find it very simple to integrate into our ERP system. It is somewhat easier than using MS365. The biggest benefit though is the reporting on success and failure. We can respond to failed email delivery very quickly which in turn assists to maximize our billing recovery.

SMTP2GO is very scalable; such that your team can start small and ramp up a plan as required. Monthly billing is very reasonable. SMTP2GO offers this service at a higher level than most Internet Service Providers.

We been using SMTP2GO since September 2017 and not observed any dislikes of their service

SMTP2GO allows us to send emails through their SMTP Server regardless of the internet provider. It will verify the company domain, reduces chances of your email being see through a flagged spam SMTP server, and optics into usage of the service across the organization.

It was easy to setup and was up and running within a few minutes. No problems with delivery and love the weekly reports which are useful to see the delivery success rate.

I like the search functionality of it and I'm able to find what I need very quickly. I have to monitor it constantly for our business and it helps me ensure that their aren't mistakes on our end, and if their are I can track them down and fix them. It also helps by letting me know if something maybe wrong on our clients side of things, and by being able to offer them assistance and guidance and really go the extra mile with customer service.

Honestly I don't dislike anything from this product. I find that it meets my needs and that it works exactly as intended. If there was anything I wanted it would be the ability to view the charts in different formats, for readability for myself and for meetings, some people respond better to different visual charts and If I didn't have to take the time to generate my own that would save me more time, which saves money.

It helps our business confirm that our messages are getting where they need to be. As a business that is all about messages, emails, texts etc, its absolutely vital that our customers are getting the message as intended. This program has helped me track down bugs on government clients after they have updated their systems. Being able to see in real time as our messages go out and are confirmed properly brings peace of mind to my boss, and our customers know that we are ensuring nothing is being lost along the way. I like how easy it is to set up on WordPress sites and how quickly it starts working. It really helps with our entire business, it helps keep our clients connected, and it is very easy to use throughout hundreds of different websites with dozens of different industries across multiple countries and parts of the world.

I dislike having non-secure connection as default. It would be great if by default they forced you to use TLS so to discourage sending unsecure mail. Or just offer the API version as the default and make sure everyone is aware you can use a API version. The interface is also a bit off if you're searching for sending domains to add. If you type in the box to add a domain and it already exists, it just goes to that domain but it's not clear if it just added the domain or if it was already added.

I use itas a gateway for my Exchange server. And I get reports about every single email. Great! It is also really worth the price. Ive been using it for years and will keep on using it for years.

I have been using this service for my existing project where email delivery is must for smooth running. I can go without any overhead work, send mails to the customers. They do send mails with unsubscribe options for the customers, if they don't want to receive mails that option will surely help them.

When I am sending emails using SMTP2GO I am sure the mail will be received (if the recipient is ok)

Our mail server is constantly having problems with blacklists and other that result in mails of our business clients being rejected.

We migrated from an on premise email server to SMTP2GO a couple of years ago now. We write town and parish council software and wanted a cloud service that allowed our users to email out documents and files from our Software as a Service solution. Keep up the good work SMTP2GO and we look forward to the seeing new features and services moving forward in the future.

At the moment we are struggling to find to many issues with the service. One think that was a little frustrating was the changing of the records that needed to be adding. We deal with various IT Departments, that are not always willing or helpful. Once we'd got them to update the domain records once, which in some instances takes a while, to get them to go through the 2nd lot of changes for the same service has proved difficult for some.

With the solution that we have through SMTP2GO, this has allowed us to easily manage and setup existing clients and have also now included the email delivery service as standard with new clients moving forward. Another huge benefit that our customers are experiencing since we moved our service over, is that the they now have the ability to send emails from their own domain. This has had not only a huge impact on the providing professional email functionality within all of our modules, but it with users being able to use of their existing emails to now send out from has been very well received from our previous clients.

This platform is really fast and reliable, viewing your delivered report is really well managed. These business emails have inbuilt unsubscribe me option for the costumers, who receive such mails.
