It is feature rich but easy to use. User authentication, IP whitelisting, rate limits are all available and easy to use. As a MSP it makes easing client issues... well, quite easy! No need to create exchange based relays for printers, use SMTP2GO. One of the most underrated features is the auditing capability, it gets quite granular.

I supposed pricing in the mid-range of usage could get a bit pricey but I'll be honest, it is pretty difficult to pick out a real negative here and for me to not have a negative take on software is very rare.

Limiting the exposure to mail relays by using simple to implement and highly effective relays with SMTP2GO. No more mistake by techs allowing the "bad guys" access or exposing critical infrastructure by accident. Auditing for us as an MSP is very critical, there are situation where we need to validate deliverability, using an ISP as a relay for a printer makes auditing impossible, SMTP2GP makes this easy.

SMTP2GO has been seamlessly sending my clients emails for months. We tend to have issues with our servers sending emails so I use this as a platform to ensure all emails are sent. I also like that large companies use this software as if helps build credibility for myself and the clients. The software is also fairly affordable. I also like the API function, I have not used it in a custom software yet, however is something I would like to consider in the future.

Sometimes the verificaiton process with the Domain names TXT records don't work and I have to delete and re-enter the domain name.

As a web designer I need to make sure my clients contact forms are sending correctly. Often the server will not send the email, or it will end up in the clients spam folder when someone tries to send them an email. By using SMTP2GO emails are always sent and delivered to the clients inbox. The reporting system is also really good, I am able to see bounce rates of emails sent, of which my servers do not show me.

Fast delivery, high delivery rate due to their positive reputation, detailed reports that allow you to trace any submitted email at anytime. bounce reports are super important, it helped us find many security breaches on our email system for the past 4 years. customer service are very helpful, we never had a problem with them so far.

Technical support staff are a bit tough when you have high rate of SPAM, they immediately block your account without notice . Of course they do this to protect their servers reputation but it is a bit aggressive.

Our ISP was providing the worst IP addresses (In terms of SPAM reputation), we had many failures and bounced emails. we couldn't rely on our ISP to send our emails before. moving our business to SMTP2GO was the best idea to overcome this problem, it didn't only help our email delivery but it also increased our Email server's reputation.

Our several hundred users need to be able to reliably send 10000s of emails per month from our product. Prior to using SMTP2GO we had ongoing issues with both speed of delivery and reliability. SMTP2GO has given us easy to use tools to properly set up properly with DNS records etc so that now we have close to 100% reliability and has allowed us to offer a completely seamless email feature for our customers.

It took a while to fully understand the correct way to set up Sender Domains etc, but once we got our heads around how it was easy enough.

Our application is normally installed on customer sites and our customers need to send email to their customers and suppliers faultlessly. Prior to SMTP2GO we had endless headaches because too many emails were going to spam, bouncing, or being lost completely. SMTP2GO has been both excellent value and near 100% reliable.

This application really does what it is made for, offers email tracking feature which much needed for the business to run smoothly. They have good no. of They do have good costumer service and support which will resolve your queries in time . You won't any difficulty in settings and configuration as they can be easily managed from dashboard section, in other software you really a lot issues As they have many server you will always be running your business smoothly and they are system independent. Hence they are powerful.

All of a sudden sometimes quite large no of bounce back is experienced, and alerting sometimes fails to show up any notification. Spam detection feature needs to be worked on, as they sometime won't detect what is called spam.

We generally solve our booking, cancellation and amendment related problems. they help us in acknowledging the costumer about their transactions made on our site. They are updated about the recent offers and sale going on our site through this application.

SMTP2GO has a simple straightforward approach to email deliverability. Set up is easy and fast and flexible enough to handle differing combinations of domain implementation and server complexity.

To be honest I haven't found a downside as yet.

We had tried a number of solutions fr both transactional and information email delivery but consistently had issues. These have largely disappeared since using the service. It has also meant that even simple email accounts can avoid undelivered emails due to larger telcos using broad spam policies that mostly seem affect legitimate email.

I like the fact that I know with SMTP2GO I don't have to worry about whether my email is received by my clients, this is particularly important as once I send an email I know it will be received, if not SMTP2GO will send notify me of an error. I like the peace of mind it gives me.

Sometimes I have issues with SMTP2GO satisfying my Microsoft Outlook (on my desktop) security and at times I've had to reload my email to satisfy SMTP2GO requirements. This takes valuable time.

It is a pretty simple platform. there are no dislikes

using it as smtp relay for some internal communication of scanners, CRM, and ERP.
