The avatars and voices/selection are excellent. I also love the clean but powerful UI/editing platform. So easy to use!

I use the application a lot and appreciate the extensive choices of media from Shutterstock to help enhance creativity. The absence of traditional filming also saves time, allowing AI trainers to flawlessly execute scripts. In addition, the wide variety of templates and tutorials definitely helped us to get it up and running immediately. It has also been a pleasure liaise with the Synthesia team as they respond promptly and helped us to set up the account with ease. This is indeed a top-tier AI video creation platform.
Synthesia's drawbacks include high cost, limitations like one avatar per screen and lack of a zoom in feature for the screen recording. The application is also resource-intensive, causing the computer to lag when editing. Despite these, it's generally excellent.
It helps me to create e-learning modules for our company swiftly with the use of AI avatars and reduces the time needed compared to if we were to conduct physical training or film trainers for each topic.

I love how easy it is to add to my learning design scripts and customize the templates to my represent my company's brand. I also love the look of the videos and the sound of the AI avatars. Out of all the software I have access to, Synthesia is the most affordable and easiest to use.
The maximum minutes that come with each subscription is difficult for me because I don't know the amount of time I need in advance for most projects. This took me a bit over budget during my last project and I had to stop designing until I received approval from my leader to purchase more time. I am also not a big fan of having to generate and publish videos using multiple clicks. If there is a way to do both with one click that would be helpful. The small amount of time saved would add up for me.
Synthesia saves me a lot of video design time and the realistic look of the AI avatars is a favorite for my SMEs and project stakeholders.
We have been using Synthesia for over 4 months now. It's been a life-changing experience. We have been able to create marketing and educational videos faster than ever. We have also tried heygen.com. Although there are some features that Heygen is better at, we find Synthesia to be much easier to use compared to Heygen.
So far so good, there's nothing to dislike about.

Synthesia's final products look very professional and bring a positive impression to our clients. We are about to move all our training sessions to digital and multi-language, so we are counting on Synthesia to grow and expand. Overall it is easy to use and understand.
Initially, we did not like the revision system, but now I understand their times and plan accordingly. We also understand a product like Synthesia requires some moderation to be a clean space for us and others.
It solves the problem of creating a video in high quality. Good enough to market Training Programs for companies and individuals.
Avatars, languages, personalization: everything is present. But they have really put some extra "brain effort" in making an editor that is a "power point-grade" one. Simple, intuitive, with the right features available WHERE and WHEN you need them! Congratulations.

En general, el hecho de que no exista una versión de la plataforma en español, dificulta un poco su entendimiento. Sin embargo, realmente no puedo decir qué no me gusta, porque aún no conozco bien la herramienta.
Hasta ahora creo que resuelve todo lo que yo estaba buscando. Espero que al conocer mejor Synthesia encuentre muchas más ventajas.
