We love the ATS system of big Biller, and its RAS tool for recruiting. Big Biller is useful for email marketing, integrate calendars, and even carry pipelines. The extension of big Biller for google Chrome is a good tool to further expand our communication

We dislike that big Biller does not offer a good service of telephone calls. As for job posts, you need to improve your filter to see candidates. You only have up to 15 days in your free period, and the price of your annual plans is expensive if you try to add additional users

With big Biller we are solving communication problems with our clients and candidates, and now it is easier to streamline our workflows every day. Big Biller is helping us enormously with the recruitment of potential employees

The best thing about this software is that it is very easy to use. I am able to keep track of the clients, as well as the answers of the candidates. The entire recruitment process was streamlined.

There is nothing that I do not like about this software, but sometimes it does not detect the duplicate curriculums due to the updated contact information of the candidates.

You need to get used to understanding each follow-up activity. You need to have some time to play in the system so that the user knows what he is doing.

We use Big Biller for an ATS system and it is affordable, user friendly and provides us with an efficient database system.

Big Biller keeps me organized...plain and simple. I love that I am just a quick phone call away from any assistance I need. My day is organized in a neat and orderly fashion.

Importing Data can be clumbsy at times, not all the info I want is always included.

Daily organization. Running a desk can be insanity and Big Biller keeps me focused

Not enough interchange between one function and another...in other words, when I parse in a resume it would be great if the candidate was linked to the company he/she is working at.

After our antique ATS crashed, we grudgingly admitted it was time to upgrade to a new system. We researched and watched demos and participated in trials. We listened to sales pitches and read customer reviews. We purchased and implemented one expensive ATS, but it was so feature-rich that, while our managers were excited, our users were intimidated and overwhelmed and didn’t use it. Big Biller offered exactly what we needed with a user-friendly, simple interface, and excellent pricing. The implementation was painless, training was easy to access, and tech support is responsive. We’re happy to have found Big Biller for our recruiting business.

I would like to see an option to merge duplicate records. Other than that, the system meets our needs perfectly.

I love the tracking of data this program has to offer. And, IT is FAST to respond to technical issues. The support you get for advancing your knowledge and teaching you better ways to get more business and candidates has been so helpful for my growth. I would highly recommend using this program. The system makes me look smart. Keeps me on track and most of all keeps my candidate information in order.

Going to a new system now, and price has gone up a bit. However, I'm sure once it is leveled off it will be better.

Getting my jobs closed faster, due to tracking and notes sections of forms. This program really is like having very own secretary.

Good standard platform. But in the past few years, the Big Biller crew is always listening to feedback and providing updates that are real improvements to the service.

Nothing major. They've done a nice job the past few years of bringing the platform up to date and are constantly improveing it.

The biggest benefit is that we're able to save time and be more efficient. As a recruiter, time is everything. So the more efficient we can be, the better.

The software pareses resumes easily and accurately and there are fewer fields I have to fill in.

We use TE to post jobs to our website & TE gathers the results. Easy to use - all in one place.

It helps me keep all of my clients, job orders and candidates organized.

I wish that the emails were not outgoing but incoming as well so there is no reason for Gmail and everything was automatically logged and didn't need to be parsed.

Other than the email not being direct and needing a third party I have absolutely no complaints. Tech team is very helpful.

Big Biller is fairly straightforward to use—people, jobs, and companies are color-coded. You can configure how you want your dashboards to look. Working in a smaller organization, I think Big Biller absolutely got the job done without too many extra frills. There were some cool integrations and automation functions that I did not get a chance to learn to use, but that would've absolutely made recruiting easier.

Searching for previous information on candidates and requisitions can sometimes be difficult if there was not a clear and organized filing system. There didn't seem to be very much training or a point of contact for us to learn how to use Big Biller to it's fullest capacity.

Big Biller allowed us to centralize our candidates into an ATS where we can tag and add notes as they progress in the recruiting lifecycle.

I like the Linked In add on you can use to enter people with just one click. I like being able to attach the candidate's Linked in profile to their Big Biller File.

Not all areas are searchable. When searching you can search by people that have an email address, but you can't distinguish between a Work email address or a home email address.

It was customized for us, allowing us to continue using the same ATS type as before but with better features.

Big biller is widely customizable, and offers a good system for handling contingency processes, and staffing when reviewing each recruitment of staff, always looking for the best quality for the job. Big biller has a good job application function. It allows the user to post job offers on a constant basis, and has the ability to manage business payrolls quietly.

It does not offer any payment billing function, and does not allow managing human resources internally. Big biller is quite lacking in a scheduling manager, unlike platforms like timetap, so it is difficult to handle appointments, meetings or interviews from big biller. We do not like that the big biller technical support service only works during business hours. That is, they do not usually respond to customer problems overnight.

Big biller It should be noted that big biller has an excellent self-service portal, and its CRM tool helps us to always keep in touch with each client, and improve our management of relationships with them. The integrated ATS tool makes it easier to manage each applicant than other ATS platforms.

This ATS allows you to track all candidates and their history, location, activity and communications. It is useful to minimize our time, because your stream system provides the right candidate at the first opportunity. Communication with candidates is customizable, so it lends itself to breaking stereotypes

We do not like how inflexible is the integration of job boards, which is also expensive ($ 40 per month). It is too simple. It usually sends a lot of spam to the email, and it presents synchronization problems (the information of the desktop version is not updated at the same time as the mobile version does)

Thanks to big Biller we have solved a big problem: get a good mobile application for recruiting. Your web portal offers great benefits such as being able to receive job posts and abstracts of candidacy, as well as being highly customizable

Really enjoy the maneuverability of the ATS - lots of features typically found in more expensive models.

Not sure yet that I find the value in the external posting to the CareerMarketplace. Too many variables on whether my posting is "picked up" job boards.

Was able to integrated three disparate systems into one.

I like that BB is a web based database. It doesn't matter where I am if I need to access my database I can do it: phone, ipad, husband's laptop, etc.

I don't like that they don't have an app for it, that would be very helpful.

It makes being away from the office a breeze.

We like the practicality to our business which is permanent placement as well as their customer service and support. Very responsive support when we've needed their help

I like the combined ATS and CRM features of Big Biller, as well as the Planner function.

I rarely use the Reports features...they could use some work and further development.

The Planner helps be keep on track with busy day which often has shifting priorities. I have been able to stay more focused with this.

Signing up with TEN and Big Biller is one of the best business decisions that I have made in recent times. A user friendly data platform has made it easy to engage with partners on the network.

I do not dislike any of the features. I think the challenge is using it consistently and ensuring the data is up to date and accurate.

With Big Biller we have solved the previous issue of next to null documentation on candidate history and have organized all of our database.

Chrome extension tool work really well. Able to input candidates into both pipelines and hot lists from either LInkedIn or a Job Board.

Interface is a bit tired. Also, there is no API access (which means you cannot use your data for additional tools)

Big Biller does a decent job of managing Candidates through the recruitment process.

Decent price. They have another side that can be employer of record.

Too little customization. Did not really have enough orientation to know how to use appropriately. Basics intuitive but never really was told or knew what it could really do.

The only thing about Top Echelon that I miss is being able to mass email hundreds or thousands of candidates as well as sorting candidates by last meaningful contact.

Top Echelon is outdated and not user friendly compared to other platforms on the market. It is hard to train on, difficult to navigate, and not customizable. We need a customizable platform for the type of work we use.

Top Echelon solved a problem of ATS for us for many years, but it was not meeting our needs in many ways. The site is not up to date and also lacks customizations that our company needed.
