SendGrid has proven to be good for integrations with other platforms for sending massive emails, with their dedicated IP I've been able to keep my IP sending reputation at a healthy level. Also, they have one of the best customer service I've ever used, they're quick to respond and they'll stick with you and even follow up until the issue is resolved.

Sometimes the setup process can be a little complicated, but with some guidance and assistance, it can be manageable.

I've solved all the email deliverability issues I used to have with massive email campaigns, their platform is robust enough to handle high volume.

SendGrid is one of the best software for improving Email Deliverability using Email API. It is pretty straightforward software, which takes way less time to implement. Especially when you are using plugins like Memberpress, LearnDash, etc. on your Website, you would want to make sure that emails are delivered to the Client. SendGrid helps in making sure that emails really do reach inboxes. And, it is one of the most affordable software for sending Emails out there as well.

None, except one small thing; sometimes when creating a sender profile in SendGrid, it doesn't load state names as per country i.e. if I select India as the country, it would still show me USA state names.

We used SendGrid for improving Email Deliverability for our Website using API. SendGrid Email API is easy to configure and comes in handy when you are using tools like Memberpress and other plugins that send out Emails from your Website install. I also implement it for almost every client for whom I develop Wordpress Websites to make sure emails for Contact Forms Submissions and Reset Password Request, etc. get delivered properly as well.

My product team has had a great experience with the Twilio and SendGrid API's. Their support does a great job and always has treated us well. My only regret is not buying stock back when we started using these two companies. We recently went to a multi-year contract with Twilio and got even better pricing then before. For our booking company Afton Shows and for our ticketing company, Afton Tickets, Twilio and SendGrid have been crucial to operations and we are thankful to have found them many years ago!

It is easy to configure sending emails using SendGrid API. Usually, website hostings don't provide an Email Delivery Service, so all the emails are sent from hosting servers which typically end up in the Spam folder or get blocked by vendors like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL etc. SendGrid helps ensure that those emails don't end up in the Spam folder. And, not to mention, it is way easy to integrate the API (with WordPress). And, it has a free plan for starting... so, if you are just starting your website, you probably won't even need to purchase any paid plans to get started.

There is absolutely nothing that I would dislike about SendGrid :)

We use SendGrid for improving Email Deliverability on our Website for emails that are sent through our WordPress Website Hosting. Personally, when I was working as a Freelancer Developer, I implemented SendGrid for each of my clients to make sure that their Website Emails reach inboxes. SendGrid is easy to use and kind of like Switch ON & Forget type of software, which helps make things easier for Email Delivery.

We use the SendGrid API for integration into at least 20 Wordpress websites. As well as custom deployments. The ease-of-use and documentation are matched by none.

Not many things, multiple user support would be a great addition for agencies.

Ability to send transactional email in a breeze. Great reporting helps us determine successful integrations AND ensures customers are getting the important emails they ask for.

The ability to customize the way I send my emails through our in-house software and the ability to sync the two together so effortlessly.

I like the flexibility and range of solutions that Sendgrid offers. I appreciate the Sendgrid platform provides SBMSCloud the ability to integrate email into our proprietary customer management solution as well as providing a suite of ready made solutions to assist with our marketing activities. To date, I haven't found any service or tool provided by Sendgrid which I disliked. Their tools and services have functioned one hundred percent and their pricing is reasonable. No complaints.

The API/Software Integration is a breeze and very easy to use. The reports are easy to generate and to understand. As well as the documentation and training information.

Marketing e-mails, Sending bulk e-mail from our applications. Allowing end user to send e-mails from our applications.

Easy setup was the primary factor for me. But once connected the deliverability was immediate. No more lost billing emails. This reduced phone support time due to customers not recieving invoicing and subsequent late fee notices. Sendgrid solved a big headache for us.

I wish the private IP option were a bit cheaper, but realize most may not need this feature.

Email reliability. Our billing platform now has 100% high open rates due to not being caught in spam filters.

The user interface that is very easy to use. Even without coding experience you can use it.

It doesnt have many ready made templates that can be used straight away but you need to upload yours.

We are sending Transnational emails with Email API

Ease of setting up API integrations with my client's WordPress sites. I do not have email services setup on my server for security reasons. SendGrid makes it easy to send mail from the sites on my servers and easily track deliver-ability when my clients say they haven't received something (which is 100% of the time user error).

I have found the SendGrid service incredibly reliable. I have not yet had any issues.

Sending emails from contact forms on my client's websites has always been unreliable. SendGrid has 100% fixed this issue and it's incredibly easy to setup.

Everything about the platform to be honest - I find it so intuitive and straight forward.

SendGrid makes it easy to put together rich email marketing campaigns - since using their platform I have found open rates and click through to be much higher than on my previous platform. Additionally, the ease of putting together really good HTML email templates is fantastic.

I prefer sendgrid to use for marketing campaign for any business. It's functionality and deliverability makes me more confident.

I like the various options how to implement. From SMTP to modern API. Management of users, campaigns and stats, it's all there

Missing some basic features like dynamic forms to get subscribers. But this is not a critical. It's simple to create own workaround.

I'm sending hundreds of emails a day with order or payment confirmations, invoices etc., pllus monthly newsletters. To create and maintain own server that will not be compromised or blacklisted it's very difficult. Sendgrid is providing solution for me.

I have always had my queries/issues resolved at the earliest in a Chat session

Right now I am not using their marketing campaign API to send out email marketing campaigns, instead I use their default email sending API since Marketing campaign API is a very big hassle. Also Lack of an alternative to webhooks is a catch here but I guess their Tech Team will soon develop something.

We send out Email Marketing Campaigns based on Retargeting to get conversions for our clientele who are basically mid and large size restaurateurs and retailers in India.
