Compare Zoho Analytics with other popular tools in the same category.
its simple and easy to use with other zoho products.
Outside zoho products isnt pretty restrictive to use not to mention sluggish. Its Query support is mediocre at best. you are better off with grafana or metabase
Zoho provide analysis solutions what can plug into zoho workflow and creates a mini data pipeline.
I like how they are informative. They tell a lot.
I dontiek how the emails I receive don't have visual data.
I am only solving my personal business data issues where I don't know how many people are using my website.
Seems it has too many good features and uses
Too difficult to set up when interacting with other sources of data. requieres an expert and the cost goes up
have not seen that yet
It is okay nothing which can excite you comparing what is available in the market.
Almost everything, too many restrictions in query, pivot, graph, etc. And you won't find anything on google you have to go to their customer support and irony you won't find anything there as well.
I am handling complete data and analytics department of mid-size organization. Used to create report, dashboard, combine query tables which help organization to take business decisions.
we can connect to Xero & zoho CRM. Other than that we don't like much to be honest.
Not easy to use and the support is totally useless. Very slow to reply and charge extra to help build any reports. Once you do manage to get them on a call they really struggle to explain anything to you, potentially because of the language barrier. Definitely wouldnt recommend.
It was meant to be automating a lot of our reporting but so far hasnt proved to be benefiting us.
You can create any kind of report you can dream of, in any format. The possibilities are endless, especially having it integrated with another Zoho product to pull data from.
It's difficult to learn and not intuitive at all. Customer service via email is absolutely atrocious.
We use Zoho inventory, which has its own reporting that is lacking, so we integrate with Zoho Analytics to get a better scope of inventory/sales information, in clearer formats.
Like more robust reporting capabilities than available in CRM.
Not particularly intuitive or user-friendly
Sales and installed base reporting
To be honest I am very disappointed with the capabilities and its limitations are forcing our business to look at a new CRM / business reporting vendor. I think you’ve done a good job configuring some standard reports that are useful to most companies My understanding of Zoho reports was that you could point the reports at any data-source within the CRM system, in any module. But this is not the case. Therefore the reporting I wanted to achieve, particularly using the Sales Order section is not possible. I think you’ve done a good job configuring some standard reports that are useful to most companies but have not provided the mechanism for companies with bespoke requirements to build custom dashboards in a flexible enough way. Sorry it not better feedback
