The ability to create complex forms, with automation, and business rules that would normally be impossible with other software.

Not being a programmer by trade, it's sometimes a bit frustrating knowing what you want, but not being able to achieve it without a lot of jiggery pokery, but I get there!

Although it offers various conventional assistance and data analysis features, Zoho advanced Analytics falls short in this regard. Additionally, I find that the charting capabilities are somewhat restricted, and it lacks robust support for query engines.

Zoho Analytics boasts a remarkable capability to assist users in effectively overseeing their business operations and promptly pinpoinitng vital sights that driven them towards their strategic objectives. This verstality makes the software suitable for vitually any enterprises that requires data gathering, examination, and reporting.

The stability of the features utilizing the latest technologies such as cloud and Saas, making the user interface easy to use and understand by anyone including a non-technology person.

I have nothing to dislike, as I have found it to be very unique in how it supports all business processes in one place and makes the business management chores easier.

The Application has centralized administrative control from one single console. This helps in managing, connecting, and automating business processes across the organization.

I like the intuitive insights provided by Zoho Analytics. It helps non-technical users generate special reports without understanding pivot tables. As well, the visual reports are aesthetically pleasing.

It is somewhat challenging to create your data model within Zoho Analytics. The data needs to be prepared by technical users before the non-technical users can generate reports.

We are providing recurring reports to our users. Often they need to add/remove a column, and this allows them to have complete control as long as we offer the entire set of data.

Zoho Analytics is easy to get started with and once it is up and running, it is easy to automate. Creating reports, graphs and dashboards are relatively straightforward and exporting these is even easier.

We have not found much of anything that we have not been able to do thus far. We currently share our dashboards externally using private links, but it would be nice if we could control access to these private links without needing to set them up as users.

We were looking for a reporting and analytics tool to provide our clients with more robust reporting and customized reports based on their needs. Zoho Analytics has provided more than we had initially envisioned and improved our communication with our clients.

It was easy to use and you can get reports and data asap

It was kind of slow. But when you got where you needed it was great!

The platform allows users to query for great visualisations and dashboard through it's other core products. No programming is required to do any of this.

There is no easy way to export the data from Quickbooks. It still lacks the support to generate reports on any data source present in the system

No software is perfect; there are some management tweaks to be made. Seems a lot of reported issues take very long for any updates or new features to be developed.

Easily allows us to segregate our data to specific reporting needs as different arms of the business have different needs.

I love the ability to quickly analyze data in a variety of ways.

Sometimes you just want to do a quick analysis and it makes you save reports for some features such as exporting. This causes my reports tab to get overcrowded with reports I don't want. Also importing of dates does not always work properly and the SQL queries are little difficult to execute.

Sales analysis. We are able to make quick decisions on the impact of promotions on a micro and macro level.

If you are utilizing the Zoho platform for CRM or any of Zoho Apps, This tool will give you all the insights you would need. Your leads, Project progress, revenue everything can be a dashboard with complicated filters also.

It will be little difficult for a beginner to start using it, you need adequate data for a full fledge analysis on the rest of the zoho apps. Data visualisation can be better.

Analytics enables us to delve deep into all the areas we monitor within our business, specifically concerning our daily operations on projects like tracking the progress, individual user performance. We also use for the sales operations where we lacked an understanding of our sales team's performance. However, this tool has helped us gain insights into their behavior and performance like sales cycle, win rates by industry and multiple other things

I would say the best thing that I really liked about zoho analytics is that is a very user friendly analytical tool.I have enjoyed wot on this tool a lot,if you are a beginner also you can easily create dashboard learn how to integrate data sets

I would say there is nothing ver particular which I did not like about Zoho analytics but yes they can work little more to make user experience more better by giving more information to the user.

I would say Zoho analytics is a good tool or platform where it can solve the problem of analyzing the data in efficient way and also it is a great tool which can benift in creating effective dashboards

Zoho analytics is a great tool to analyze large datasets, easy to understand because of it's user friendly interface. Coming from a non technical background I was able to use it with ease. Highly customizable, wide range of features like data visualization, dashboard creation, data integration and much more.

One potential downside of Zoho Analytics is that its extensive feature set and range of customization options may be overwhelming for some users, particularly those with limited technical expertise. However, this can be seen as a positive aspect for businesses that are looking for a robust analytics platform that can grow with their needs and provide a wide range of options for data analysis and visualization.

It is easy to handle many functions in Zoho analytics

It is impossible to change the axis of the graphs.

You can forecast in Zoho analytics easily with your database.

It is helping to keep on eye on daily, monthly profit and loss, increase and decrease in sales.

Very easy to use but powerful at the same time, I really like the integration with Zoho CRM which makes it a powerful combination. I also like the google analytics integration so I can view all data directly from within the same browser window.

By mistake I deleted a query table and all views associated I wasn't able to undo... guess it's my fault but having a cached view window to roll back to would help.

Es muy sencillo usar, se integra con otras herramientas de Zoho, permite construir rápidamente, vistas, tablas y otras herramientas. Además posee un SQL que facilita la construcción de otras tablas. Me gusta la posibilidad de compartir con otros por mail o por links.

Los gráficos son muy elementales, podrían ser mejor.
