My company has been using Zoho Mail from the begining of our business setup for providing business emails to employees. Zoho Mail has very simple and friendly inbox for all my emails. It makes it very easy to manage users and domain for our company. It provides all the additional Zoho products and services from just one account. Their customer support is also quite fast.
Their plans are a bit expensive for a small business.
Zoho Mail has been the great decision for our company as it has almost all important features that we needed like simple and mulitask inbox and easy to manage large user base from one admin console. It has been very reliable Emailing source for our business as it provides 24X7 support and uptime for keeping our business running in all condition.
We evaluated Zoho Webinar for our social non-profit organization for a month. We run a actual webinar with multiple hosts and approx. 100+ attendees. We aim to continue with Zoho after comparing other tools for our requirements. The tool is easy to use by people who are not necessarily technical. In social service world we encounter with many people who are not tech savvy. In virtual event, the ease of use of the tool is critical for getting these stakeholders involved. The people from Zoho customer service and the account management team are very supportive and genuinely provide advices in the best interest of us.
The live streaming on Youtube may be added to standard version, which is currently in professional version.

It is a powerful application, incredibly intuitive and easy to use. When we talk about functions, the software integrates those necessary to connect work teams, connect with customers and suppliers, establish operating procedures manuals and distribute them among colleagues and work groups in the organization. I love how well it complements the other Zoho tools and third-party tools that we also use. On a support level, it has good staff.
Can't create new forum posts through the mobile app, this has put me off a bit.
Zoho has many beneficial features for our organization, one that we have benefited from the most is with the creation of operating procedure manuals, which in addition to being a much faster process than before, it is simple to share with other users or specific group. I like that Zoho can be a one stop shop for a multitude of things needed. Employees can clock in and out, request time off, create public message boards. Admins have the ease of approving all payroll times and requests in one easy system.
I don’t really have any dislikes, only thing that needs improvement is the Zoho videoing- otherwise I really love all that is offered.
Zoho Connect solves the problem of having more than one system. It gives me the benefit of that “one stop shop” site for many things.
I love the introductory pricing for Zoho Webinar because I'm not ready to commit to the huge monthly costs of the competitors.
