Adobe Connect Pros and Cons
- Easily inegrates with popular CRM software such as Salesforce and Eloqua
- Option to create unique registration pages
- Provides extensive template options that are customizable for virtual environments
- Bad recording quality and audio and video issues espeically when used on mobile
- Requires extensive support to resolve issues
This tool is very user friendly.and easy to use .if you are not a technical person then you also can use this. There are some point. 1.easy to use 2.user friendly 3.light weight 4.easy to integrate in application 5.easy to implementation 6.this tool use very frequently to video conference 7.customee support is very good 8.no of features are : Convert to word file to PDF
Not as much but some time it takes time to launch.
It connects very easy where others takes time
- Adobe connect allows users to connect using the video capabilities and provides access to a lot of other features such as, chat with participants, breakout rooms, create groups. - It allows to share screen and share documents while conducting virtual meetings or trainings, which is very effective while you have a large audience. - Breakout rooms allows to conduct activities to engage your audience. - While the host has the rights to share screen, host can give screen share rights to the participants as well.
- You need to have a good and stable internet connection. Adobe gives you a lot of options to use, that means it needs a good bandwidth to operate. If you dont have one, then there could be issues related to accessing features and you could face lags. - The system configuration needs to be one of the latest ones or should have decent hardware installed. Adobe wont function well if you use it with old system or with low end configurations.
- The biggest problem it is solving is of Video capability: while conduting the virual classroom, it is important to see people, this feature allows me to see everyone and I could be assured that they are with me during the entire session. - Allows document sharing on the call. - Breakout rooms, which allows us to conduct some activities to engage people.
Adobe Connect excels as a web conferencing and real-time collaboration tool, boasting an intuitive GUI for seamless navigation, facilitating breakout sessions, chat functionality, and efficient poll creation. Its robust offering includes HD audio and video web conferencing with recording capabilities, making it a standout choice for interactive sessions.
I have yet to encounter any issues; Adobe Connect operates seamlessly and flawlessly for me.
Wanted to try something new
Adobe is best software all software tools is best
nothing adobe is best app i don't dislike anything on adobe
this is good app now the time i don't see wrong thing in adobe
Interactive GUI, due to which it is easy to find things. Like, the breakout rooms, chat with the participants, create groups. Allows sharing diff documents to different groups, this is super helfpul when you conducting an activity during the Training. Allows the presenter to pass on the screen sharing access to participants. This is again helpful feature during the training activities.
Some features looks to be available on a paid subscription/or higher package to use. It uses high bandwidth, so if your internet connection is not stable or low with speed, you might see some issues.
- allows me to give presenter access to the participants. This makes it easy for me to conduct group activities. - Video capabilities, we used to interact on bridge calls which was quite frusrating. Adobe connect has resolved this problem. - Document sharing on the tool itself. No more email sharing during the calls.
Adobe Connect is a Remote software where we can train people I like to connect here with Adobe and it was the finest software after all I got to know within a short time.
It was awesome to connect with people online but most of the time I was confused about using it cause the reason is the user interface, It was critical to get it as a remote software
mostly I get interrupted while training in Adobe Connect It was too irritating for me and the Icons couldn't not be work all over the time when we clicked it was slightly one of the disturbance
It helps deliver engaging training and learning sessions, highly customized, branded, and engagement-led webinars, as well as reliable, personalized, high-quality meetings.
Sometimes the video buffers and its not due to the interne quality. Often time its gets stuck midway and have to restart it. UI is tough for beginner.
Connecting our virtual team so we can collaborate on projects.
its very helpfull, since it help us what our team at.
when there is error and we cannot connect to our team mates.
If we doesnt have time to physical go to our team mates, atleast we can inform them through AC
Adobe is very useful in our daily work because by using this tool, we can communicate with each other. We just need to type what ever we need to say on our workmates.
As of now, I don't have any dislike about this tool. Because for me and for my workmates this is a very useful tool that we can use everyday here in our Office.
When we have questions with some of our workmates, we don't need to go to their station. We just need to type our questions here in Adobe and then our workmates will answer also using this tool.
It helps me to be mindful of the conversation we need to take. It helped me to have reference on what the topics that had been discussed.
None so fas as we all know what it was helpful to anyone of us
We allow someone especially our real -time analyst, to have information on what issue we have on our end.
It helps me most to have an easy connect with my colleague and have a better communication
There's no reason for me to dislike this tool.
well, we can connect as a group using this tool and also can have a private message to individual.
The best about Adobe Connect is that we can login as a guest without entering any login credentials.
It hangs sometimes but have gotten much better now.
It allows you to connect one on one and also it's very seamless for large webinars.
Adobe is becoming easier and easier, there are always new features.
Hard to say. I wish I knew how to permanently delete "shares" that I don't need.
I love that I can have multiple room setups.
It's such a streamlined platform! Very easy to use.
Because of the nature of my work, I don't use this feature often.
Sometimes connecting with folks with different technological platforms can be difficult with other connection platforms, which is better with Adobe Connect.
The option to upload a PDF and write on it, without having to download a separate program
There is no option to download a recording of the audio unless you sit on your computer through the length it takes the play the file, thus downloading it
Teaching to a large group of students without them having their cameras on
It is private and hard for non-participants to join since you need the room link to join. Also, it has plenty of features that help train and have meetings with large groups. My favorite part is that you can break people into teams to collaborate.
It can be a little tricky to create a meeting and have it link with existing calendars. I'd be a good integration if this could be added.
I use it for team meetings during projects and at the company we use it for training purposes.
Love that I can use it for team meetings. It's very easy to use & efficient.
Less reading should be required. Too many sections that can be made a little more clear but I still love it.
Team meetings for my work at home employees.
The product is extremely easy to use and intuitive
We have occasional connectivity disruptions caused by lack of support when attendees are also using VPN connections
We are able to provide technical training for clients that would otherwise be unreachable
We like the environment, presenter's view, Q&A, Poll, different layouts, whiteboard and drawing tools, controcl of presentation inside the application, ability to get help from the technical support team.
Not able to remove participants who misbehave. We need to do this on some occasions.
Online classes for students we cannot run face to face
I love having everything in one window, and having the attendees have the option to use the web browser or the app. It makes things good for our students who sometimes have security restrictions on their company computers. Love being able to have PPT decks and MP4 videos loaded directly into AC. Different layouts make our lives so much easier. We can easily set up different layouts with slide decks, videos, white boards, polls...everything we could ever need for a course. We don't have to worry about screen sharing or making sure our instructor pulls up the correct slides. Their support team, even though they may not always have a quick fix, is very responsive and friendly. They always find an answer, if not a solution.
There are some bugs and glitches in it. A little bit of difficulty with screen sharing (which is why we shy away from it!), and conversion of certain PPT files goes a little wonky from time to time.
We were able to take our in-person courses to online in a matter of a couple of months. It has been fantastic. We can have all webcams on so there's that face-to-face interaction without risking COVID exposure. It helped keep our association afloat during a time when we could have easily seen major loss of revenue.
The login process for me is the highlight of all the features that this product offers because first of all, it is quick and easy to use since it uses SAML-2.0 identity for authentication which is very common. The upside of this feature is that it saves the time required to log in and teach first-timers how to log in. Its screen sharing feature does not allow me only to share my screen during meetings but also my other team members can share their screens which is very handy mostly in our organization online workshops for presentations and demonstrations.
It is very expensive compared to products in its catergory and for the cheapest subscription plan it offers a small number limit of participants allowedf in meetings.
Complex implementation processes and costs have been the two most difficult issues to solve in our hunt for communication and collaboration software. Adobe Connect has managed to address these issues easily because it can be used through the browser and this has solved different devices compatibility issues as well. Moreso using the browser adobe connect required no installation process and this managed to save costs.
clear video call and voice multiple windows and customize option easy to way arrange a video call and meeting
This system opens like a mailing system, and the icons don't make an excellent impression on people
suitable for business and organization video call meeting we can arrange many people on same time calling
Adobe connect is used as a web conferencing software among companies and people for business communication. We are attending meetings from the comfort of your home and working more efficiently than ever before. We have been using adobe connect, and we don’t have to worry about anything. We can access the platform from our laptops, an internet connection and more or less that is all you need.
Many people who are MAC users’ complain about its compatibility with browser however it works really well with all other PCs. Also, during meetings, there are also some complaints about mic troubleshooting. These are some technical problems which can surely be resolved eventually
The software provides a premium web conference experience and it can be used for any type and size of business but, most frequently, it is used by large size corporations and government agencies. The software is highly secure and you need not to worry about sharing information on it. It really helps to build team collaboration and e-learning virtually. Integration with other software is also excellent.
With years working in the IT industry, I have used and supported every meeting software on the market at one point or another. Adobe Connect is the one that I can honestly say that I have never had any issues using, supporting or deploying. Video and Audio quality is excellent, deployment is a snap, and support is a dream, because IT JUST WORKS!
I personally have never had any issues at all with the software so I have nothing bad to say about it.
Able to take meetings on any device, and my end users are happy with it. Enough said.
Its when it is easy to log in and view the live trading sessions.
Sometimes it is not compatible with mac.
Sometimes its taking a while to download the app but when it is up and running, so easy to use.
Quality of presentations and videos which can be presented and promoted though adobe Connect
Takes longer time for connection at initial stage.
Participations with wife variety of people in meeting can be easily connected or modulated. Presentaions with online editing explaination with use of white board is best merit for using Adobe Connect.
I loved the ease and convenience of using Adobe Connect. It is a powerful tool for business.
Maybe I would only like it to be more intuitive, I feel the steps in the process can still be minimized.
When meeting with my clients, the ease and speed of Adobe Connect makes me feel so effortless in providing what's needed by them. This made me self-confident despite any challenges that came my way.
Easy installation. I didn't have to worry about downloading, etc. It started immediately.
I wish there were more instructions on features, etc.
It enables me to use my CPA software without a hitch. I do not have connections issues with the live classes.
because we have pools in it, can vote, and easily access everything in 1 app, also the recording functionality built-in is great
can use on 2 screens.like I record webinars on pc, I've 2 screens, we can't drqp and drop pools to other screen.
easy to use, just send the link and other person can join it, also web version is great as you don't have to install the whole software.
The most helpful part of Adobe Connect was the chat Windows that constantly stream hundreds of responses from other attendees and record the transcript for your chron files. Offering an easy way of finding answers to common questions.
The downside of Adobe Connect is the video streaming. Many live video streams were displayed at once but many videos were disrupted by the static.
The business problems that Adobe Connect is helping me solve is off-site remote virtual training sessions that normally take place in an office building at a workplace.
