It is a straight forward LMS building program with almost every feature you would need.

I wish there some better video functionality built it, like editing videos, having multiple on a single slide, etc.

Creating consistent and easy to view trainings that were just text based in the past. Also the ability to make application demos is incredibly useful to help teach our systems to new staff.

Above was a very well made cool learnig platform which helaped me to clear my full stack cource with ease it had a easy to use features which helped us to complete the courses as soon as possible will recommend adobw conned to my friends too for their future use too

Everythung was fine but in some cased we were not able to access the attached file in the cases which can be rectified in future users

Im now able to work as an full stack engineer which i completed on adobe

I love the social learning aspect since it's very trendy right now, as well as the gamification and badging. The reporting functionality is also really helpful.

I dislike there is not a built-in eCommerce feature.

Better microlearning and my Millenials are taking advantage of the material more often since it's great on their cell phones and tablets!

I like the GUI specially timeline of captivate, It's much similar and easy as Power Point, I think after using captivate everyone can develop LMS easily. I also like the recovery feature of captivate.

I dislike the advanced action, Need to improve the GUI Interface of advanced action and Script window, and also need to add more features in advanced action like copy/paste or import/export the whole action.

the main benefit i realized, I don't need to carry the any presentation for LMS with me.....lol.. I just share a link with my boss and my client.

I love how easy the interface is to use and how familiar the functions are to other Adobe Products that I have used in the past. I like that you can publish your project for so many different kinds of devices and their custom resolutions.

This may be an isolated issue but since I have switched over from the trial version to the Captivate 2019 subscription version I can't seem to put my application onto the Samsung Galaxy Tab A's that utilize the end-product of the Adobe Captivate LMS software for fish identification in one of our aquariums. I talked to customer support yesterday July 16th, 2019, unfortunately, to no avail. The woman I spoke to said she had to speak to a senior support specialist and would send me an email so maybe they are still working on it.

We solved one problem by not having to outsource some of our educational media production. We have realized the benefits of being able to customize our own identification displays on the fly when something in the exhibit changes such as a new species being introduced to the collection.

Captivate Prime is the most coprhensive tool for HR managers, and people that provide training inside companies.

In order to buiild the best exercises, and get the results report, it is necessary to develop everything on Captivate. Captivate is a good tool, but is also very detailed.

All the automation features: email, course controls are very helpful. Reports are specially usefull inside companies.

I love the analytics that can be gathered about each course, each learner. Tracking engagement and completion is essential to the success of our learning programmes and this makes it quick and easy.

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps package. Captivate and Captivate Prime does not form part of this. I have always wondered why.

My learners are often travelling across the world and this makes it easy for me to track them and manage their learning journey, no matter where they are.

I love the fact that I no longer have to have our users to download software or apps for use. This is really important since the majority of what regular users would like is to simply go online and take care of all of their work and their business there, in the cloud.

At this point I don't think I have anything that stands out that I would not like. Perhaps the more I use it I can find item that I dont like in the program. I can say that the wide variety of options they provide are amazing and I can see why this is the future for online schools, seminaries, private and public education.

This particular program will be very helpful because he type of clients I use rely on this type of usage that allows the client to have a live and interactive experience. From profit to non-profit I work with several organizations who need this type of service.

I like the ease of use across many platforms. Our volunteers are all over the US (and world) and have many, many personal technology platforms, including some that are older. Most everyone can access the system without issues and when there is a difficulty, Adobe Captivate Prime help staff contact our volunteers individually to get them connected.

The least helpful aspect for me is that the reports tend to be fixed. I would like to be able to generate reports that I need by pulling only the fields I need.

Our volunteers were receiving different levels of training and support depending on where they lived. By creating an online system that is accessible by everyone, we are ensuring that our training is standard across the board. This ensures that the children who participate in our educational experience have equitable expericences no matter where they live. We have more than 14,000 volunteers who have access to our system; 4,000 participated in the 2018/2019 competition season. In 2019/2020, all US-based volunteers will be required to take a child protection course, so we are planning to reach nearly all of our 14,000 volunteers.

Training employees a lot faster but also having them understand the information a lot more.

I wish it was more interactive at times but it’s not a deal breaker. Still love it!

Because of its integration and automation capabilities, the learning managers and admins work gets easier. There are additional content catalogs available for Captivate Prime which include work, business and softskills. Additionally, users have control over their data and privacy.

It has a monthly subscription pricing option with annual commitment and option for perpetual license only for exclusive courses. Options for perpetual license will be good.

A good choice for learning managers and administrators. Course content availability is an added advantage. More pricing options required.

Very User Friendly we love the ease of use because who has time to learn a completely new program and still stay on top of our daily requirements. with Captivate being so easy to use we were able to keep things moving and not hinder the company at all

Color layout is little rough on the eyes after a long period of time. Other than that is is all good experiences from us so far and cannot wait to see if we can really use it here

Here are the areas that could need a boost from the Adobe folks:  Shopping cart integration is needed to sell courses.  Learner analytics are mostly unformatted, downloadable excel sheets.  Leaderboards and social homepage widgets need a boost.

Having used the Adobe Captivate course authoring software for the past four years, I had seen through enough trials and triumphs. The headache of uploading the SCORM package to my personal server to share with the client. And the heartache of waiting for their feedback, making changes, deleting the previous version from my server and then uploading the current file. The very memory gives me an aversion! Enter, a cloud sharing solution, exclusively for Adobe Captivate, aptly named the Adobe Captivate Prime. This learning management system offers a robust option for sharing and version controlling the files uploaded and tested for the client. The “getting started” videos are great for a newbie to learn the ropes and get themselves familiar with the environment. The application is divided into four primary roles: Administrator, Integration Administrator, Author and Learner. Users can toggle back and forth between roles they have been assigned to, with appropriate permissions. All four areas are guided by the much-needed tutorials. We also have the option of a 30-day trial to explore the system.

Great place to build and locate courses and build them into Learning Paths for users. Easy to assign courses for large group of users and excempt certain users based on many variables.

Managing the user profiles is not as user friendly as other parts of system. Example, removing an user who has left the company makes it very difficult to add back if rehired. Cannot edit manager on users who self registered.

Centralizing traininig for certain psotions in the company by giving them a learing path to follow.

What I like best about ALM is the responsive team. If I have any issues that I have not found on the community or help site, they are more than willing to walk me through the steps needed to overcome my challenges

I know that we can pair reports with third parties like Power BI, but I think that there should be a native tool to provide great reports. This is one of the major items I think Adobe should improve to make it fully exceptional in the LMS field.

It has helped us organize corporate learning in a sleek and orderly manner. Moreover, it has allowed us to jettison redundant programs so that we can have all of our corporate learning under one roof.

Content creation an uploading, sharing with others is benifiting us

Good ,friendly ,easy to use, simple, self explanatory.. this saves a lot of time and make it easy to explain everyone thanks adobe for this amazing application.

Nothing as such it is good the way it is.. its super easy and fun just if you can make the editing a little easy as well that will help alot.. otherwise everything is good!

It's a user-friendly platform that easily allows us to upload and schedule trianing content for our employees with very little technical issues or difficulties.

Nothing at this stage. My only diffculity has been getting some of our company details updated. It would be beneficial if we could easily do it without the need to import through a csv, but this isn't a major issue

I like how easy it is to use, how easy it is to create content in multiple languages, the ability to set who has access to which content, the reports are useful, adding users is easy with the upload of csv, enrolling users in courses, adding and managing access to attached files, and more.

I really don't like the Learning Plans, Learning Paths, Certifications. Maybe I just don't fully understand the hierarchy or how they are related. I don't like how I need my IT team to create course/certification certificate templates.

It allows us to provide customers and internal teams access to comprehensive self-paced training, so our trainers can focus on creating new content, instead of repeating the same training over and over.

I work as a HR executive in L&D and i am the administrator, author, instructor and leaner and for me each role is different and is very easy and conveninet. We can prepare as many programs and contents and their updates are super that each day they will intiate something and we can try it out. This helps in the learning of all the associates and all over trainings are happening through Adobe Learning Manager

There is nothing much but the one thing which i found is that we are not using its fully. Thats is they are providing so much but we are not using every facilities. They can promot some more about all their facilities
