It is a great plattform.

Adobe Captivate allows non-technical people the ability to create visually appealing, easy to navigate, accessible, and instructional course content.

That I waiting so long to try it. I spent far too much unnecessary time fretting over my courseware development.

am now able to provide team members with extensible knowledge transfer in a concise, structured, traceable, and repeatable process.

Product is easy to use, similar to PowerPoint.

Updates take forever on my computer but it could be just my machine.

I enjoy the seamless integration with Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Experience Manager. Customer service has been excellent as well.

Captive Prime doesn't have some of the high functioning tools that some of the richer learning management systems that we use have.

We're all always in search of that unifying center for learning.

The LMS is feature rich and really an all in one LMS solution. Its affordable and offers the Lerner a place where all of their education comes together in one place.

There is a bit of a learning curve, it's not that I dislike it, but it will take some time by my self to get everything set exactly perfect.

Oh geeze! This isnliterall an all inclusive LMS. I do wich Adobe Connect integrater a but more seamlessly but all in all its oke.

I like that I am automatically informed when new updates are available, and I can set it up so that they update automatically if I want--not to mention that the Adobe programs are just outstanding as well.

I don't really dislike the programs, I just wish I knew how to use them more effectively. I can just barely brush the surface of their capabilities.

No real comment here... I manage a graduate academic program on a university campus and use the programs to make all sorts of materials.

Great for beginners and advanced users. Love the available templates that allow for a quick start to any project.

The best thing about Captivate Prime is how well it works with Captivate. I use this for all of my e-learning modules. I love that Adobe products are easy to navigate and that the UI is very similar among all the products. It makes life easier when you are using many Adobe products to produce your content.

The o my real downside to using Captivate Prime was that we had to move things over and “learn” a new LMS. Once we got in and started really using it, those problems were that big of a deal.

It helps to bridge the gap between all of the people using the training. The benefits are in the flow of work in using Captivate Prime and how the social learning helps our people want to continue to advance their knowledge through the modules. The ability to add in third party content is amazing.

Easy to learn, easy to use, traditional pain points eliminated. Nothing to download, no need to convert or optimize content - just load it up. Learners can go from home to laptop to phone or tablet to office computer and just keep making progress.

'Gradebook' would be nice. In-product assessment creation/question bank would be good.

We save time because so much has been simplified into a couple of clicks. The user experience is fabulous.

It was very easy to create and maintain my curriculum. Furthermore, it includes digital and custom module content for all types of Learning.

There are some hurtles to learn, but they had great resources for training. Very good program!

We are utilizing it for universal learning across the edu system. We use it for courses for students using our curriculum. We have run into no snags thus far, and support has been great for assisting us with training and overall use of the LMS.

I like how easy it is to use. You can simply drop a PowerPoint into it and work right off of it to make it into a video. This is the primary reason I use this software.

It is probably just a user error on my part but if i need to make a change to a part of my PowerPoint presentation I have to change the single slide, delete it and re import it. I am sure there is a way to make the change on the PowerPoint itself for it to update in Captivate, I just need to figure that out.

The benefits are great. We utilize video training so much here at the City of Tulsa and this software has helped us tremendously in doing so.

My technology space is constantly evolving, I need to keep on top of my training so that I can always present an expert opinion on the topics I'm responsible for, Adobe Captivate Prime LMS makes that journey easy for me.

It is very easy to use and was one of the first LMS systems that I used. I like the user pricing model as well. Lastly, I really like the reporting capabilities and the badge system.

It would be good if Adobe offered a way to sell courses online. It would be nice if Adobe offered a single user pricing model so that I could justify it for my business.

I like the fact that Captivate was easy to learn and use from the stand point that I don’t use this type of software often.

I didn’t like the choice of file formats when saving. We need more saving options.

What I liked best about Adobe Captivate Prime was it's easy to use and user friendly software. I must admit it was a bit challenging at first, however every thing began falling into place once I started watching the tutorial videos. I like how easily one can navigate as a learner and view the Learning Calendar, which assists with scheduling my courses during training.

What I disliked was the presentation of the software and the manner in which you toggle between being a user and an administrator. I believe there should be more restrictions when accessing software as a Learner. As a learner it was quite easy for me to gain access as an administrator which I believe should be controlled by our Team Lead or Operations Manager.

I am currently solving our customer's subscriptions issues with Adobe Captivate Prime LMS, our clients need to be properly informed and updated about their subscription status and orders. Since the dawn of adobe's new software I have been able to resolve countless Return queries that come in on a daily basis and urgently need to be addressed.

The UI efforts, seamless browsing, ultimate support system, and the amazing tutorial repository.

Expensive for some, important for some.

A great learning team and enthusiastic learner's finally could coordinate better. The results were striking for my company.

Being able to pull content from multiple sources. It is important because we are a state-wide organization, and because our demographics change according to the regions our content has to reflect the varying degree of resources at our disposal.

Haven't found it yet. I am still exploring the different functionalities of the program, and thus far, I've not come across any feature that I "dislike."

Learning plans are the most effective tool within the Captivate Prime toolbox. Set up training paths for multiple groups and reuse for new hires or promotions.

Needs to have a built in LMS for smaller organizations to use it to sell their services and products.

We help organization solve problems everyday with effective training for new hires and continuous training. Social learning is a plus that I see many organizations liking because it shows true engagement in the system.

We can use any relative content type to be posted through the LMS and Adobe captivate software also helps to design contents to this platform with easy user interfaces. Reports are good and executing the programme can be done with less effort.

The transaction time has to be improved. In certain browsers we have issues in rendering the training content due to session issues. Also we had issues in connecting right people at right time to sort out the SSO(Single sign on) and after the escalation to multiple level we finally resolved. The support team should be little effective w.r.to time in getting back when queries are raised and resolving it within a defined SLA rather than allowing us to chase them for timelines. Also the User interface can be little colorful as it is for learning, having it in light colors might also add to users to get bored with the learning platform contents.

It helps us to demonstrate compliance on the mandatory training session and the reports & dashboards will help from the evidence perspective. We had challenges in running the training sessions and this platform gave the comfort of running sessions with the defined contents to ensure employees complete it within the stipulated time.

I love the reporting that Prime offers. Not only can you see level 1 and 2 results from your training but can easily capture level 3 (utilizing the knowledge and skill back on the job). Let's face it, that's what really matters with an LMS.

I would like to see the option to not use the fluidic player for some content. Especially elearning content when delivered to mobile devices.

I have worked with about a half dozen or more LMS over the years and Adobe Captivate Prime was the easiest to set up and continue to use. The simple interface is intuitive and the flat menu design makes finding infrequently used features easy. It's so simple to switch from author, administrator to learner that anyone can use this LMS.
