Ease of use, beautiful UI, and great online support 24/7. We use Airmeet to create and manage Live corporate events and Webinars for most of our clients.
Airmeet provides recordings of live sessions, the quality is OK (720p), but it's in VFR (variable frame rate), making it difficult to edit in an NLE while keeping image and sound in sync. You have to reencode using software that can convert to a constant frame rate.
During the pandemic, we were able to create full-day conference events 100% online. Creating virtual booths for sponsors, round tables for discussion and networking, etc, and also being able to live stream all the sessions directly to YouTube.
Video and audio quality are great once it's connected All features are really good It's easy to set up and it's packed with great features to host online events
So far it's great I can't find any dislikes
Online fundraising
To be able to explore multiple features of Airmeet. Like tables, backstage, chat polls, & displaying question boards on-screen during meetings.Hide/show participants count etc etc.
It takes a little time to get equipped with Airmeet completely. Even if the host gets used to it, the participants take time, especially settling into tables during the meeting. It would be great if we could have a pop-up tip box whenever the user hovers over a specific feature.
The fact is that AIrmeet is not like any other video conferencing tool. To be able to feel the real meeting experience. Unlike other tools, I see Airmeet benefitting as it provides room for double-way conversation between the speakers and the participants more effectively and efficiently.
We love the features such as polls, alerts, emojis. The platform gave us an incredibly engaging experience with our audience.
There's anything I don't like about Airmeet.
Hosting a webinar with more than 300 people, more than 14 speakers could be very challenging. But Airmeet gave us the benefits we were looking for.
I love Airmeet as a platform. We have been using it for almost a year now and have our Global Workplace. The best thing about it is that it seems very real and the ease with which you can go from one table to another. It feels as if you are in a physical office space. It helped us in fixing accountability amongst our members and in fostering collaboration. It has also made our global workplace culturally diverse.
I dont dislike anything on Airmeet. I find the platform very comprehensive and intelligent. However, one thing that could be improved only a little is the speed networking feature. If we can have questions that the moderator can set up for speed networking, it can break the ice between strangers.
Through Airmeet, we are solving the problem of communication. Since our organization operates entirely virtually, communication is an essential aspect to foster. Airmeet has helped us solve that as we can see the person's presence on their table and have easy access to them. Before Airmeet, there was a time wherein we had instances of a person replying to a message after a day. Now all of that does not happen anymore. It has also helped us fix accountability amongst our members and fostered collaboration.
Speed Networking is a great way to connect one on one with other attendees, and allowing attendees to create their own tables is fantastic.
A little more flexibility with how tables work would be great, and allowing users to keep their camera and mic on instead of having to manually toggle it each time.
A great way to stay connected when in-person meetups aren't possible. Really keeping our Community strong.
I like the experience more than anything else. The experience that an audience member experiences is incredibly professional.
It is rather complicated to set up and actually run the events, and, it can sometimes become a bit embarrassing.
Running online events for varied groups and research organizations.
This platform is fantastic if you are thinking about creating interactive online events, your attendees will feel like they are there with all the tremendous features Airmeet has. My favourite is the options to create polls, the Live Announcements and the backstage to prepare your host and speaker before they go live.
I think it is a heavy platform. Even though some speakers have a good Internet connection, sometimes it is hard to have good video quality, even though Airmeet always prioritizes the audio, something that is good because the audience doesn't miss any part of the content even with Internet problems.
It helps us to feel close to our audience. In the way that we can interact and answer all the questions they have during a webinar. I love how we can keep an event organized and even do networking at the end using tables.
I like how easy it is to use and to navigate. Anytime I need to teach speakers how to use Airmeet, it's always a breeze and all of our webinars run smoothly and are better than competitors.
I have yet to run into an issue with airmeet. I have only been using it for a few months and have hosted 4 webinars but so far nothing seems to need fixing.
Airmeet solves problems of hacking like we have seen with zoom or other platforms. It also has made it easier for breakout sessions to be more meaningful and develop stronger leads.
Using airmeet, we can address a vast group of people in real time with educational and business content. The quality of the session/videos is also good, and it supports many other tools like Kahoot. It is one of the best platform for edtech purpose and other business purpose.
Please improve the mobile app. It has limited options. Mobile app should have options for controlling video and audio
With airmeet, many edtech companies are solving some real use cases. I, too use air meet for sessions and find it useful. We are using it for holding sessions.
