First of all, its design, and user flows are captivating. The functionalities and control that the software provides to an organizer are excellent. Especially the hand-in mic, remove user, call backstage, run sponsor ads, and moderation facalities.
There were broadly two things that were a reason for disappointment to us. Firstly, we were getting much feedback that the application consumes a lot of data because most of the Indians have a 2GB data pack, air meet lasts for really less time even on lowest resolution mode. The second was it's the price we felt that it's the price was high and led to prefer zoom or Microsoft teams sometimes as well for the very same reason
The online event, meetup sessions, orientation programs, Research Meet and Guest Appearance lectures are being conducted on this platform. It helps us manage all of them very eficiently
This application provided the best event management experience; we were allowed to have backstage, reception, sponsor's backdrops, networking table, workshop table's, etc. It offered a complete feeling of the actual offline event being created. I would recommend it to others.
The only issue which I faced with this application was with its screen size. Our participants raised the subject again and again(there was no full-screen option), and along with that even on a very low resolution, this application takes in a lot of internet data.
Our organization is using Airmeet as our go-to event conducting platform; all our orientation sessions, team events, the flagship event, speaker talks etc are happening on air meet only
I liked the professional interface, the many networking opportunities, and the fast and friendly support service.
The fact that tickets could only be sold via Eventbrite (by the time of our event). Since we didn´t use Eventbrite, we had to check-in attendees manually.
Expanding our audience while keeping the same onsite location.
Easy-to-use, nice interface, brandable, so many useful functions such as uploading videos, ability to stream in and out of the platform, as well as HD recordings of webinars. I think the exhibitor booths are well-made and the speed networking is appealing. It is also easy to customise and works smoothly.
You can't change setting to stop people seeing the names of everyone present at an event. This would be a cool feature. Also, participants can't download the chat.
Easy to use platform for networking events, webinars and online conferences. I like how there are different areas and it can last for as long as needed for an event.
It has the best in-house team support and the backstage option is just wow. We can interact with guests backstage and allow them to enter the stage once they are ready and also allow participants to have the mice. Moreover, the reaction floating system and lounge/reception system is what makes it a unique platform
The main issue with airmeet was that it consumed a lot of data. I got this complaint from all my viewers they were not able to attend the full event just because of this factor. AS airmeet consumes a lot of data and has a small window for guest
We are conduction all our flagship meets/events and PAN-India competitions on airmeet. We invite guest speaker for guest lectures, workshop and online sessions
The platform is really great. The ui of the platform is very impressive and all the participants loved it. The lobby feature and also the tables in it are very helpful for small groups who would like to interact among themselves. The backstage feature is also really great which helps make the speaker comfortable and familiar. Login attendance of all the participants and also recording the statistics about the participants like the countries of participants, no of participants in a particular event, etc are really good.
The software is a bit heavy and consume a lot of bandwidth. There is also a small bug which does not show the participants who joined using mobile. The software is also a bit difficult for first time users with no on-screen instructions.
We are able to conduct an international level fest in the covid era without any difficulties because of airmeet. We are able to gather participants who weren't able to join us online and feel like we're meeting in person. Login attendance of all the participants and also recording the statistics about the participants like the countries of participants, no of participants in a particular event, etc are really good.
The sessions, the backstage, how you can invite multiple speakers and hide the host
The registration limits, but it is understandable. Guests also asked for mobile phone support just like Zoom.
Problem of hosting large scale online events.
Easy to use, significant to collaboration
So far, so good experience. I want to see it working seamlessly on all the web browsers.
It helps to bring communities together, which allows us to share knowledge with the district.
The experience curates for the attendees. It's a really well thought out product in terms of how offline events take place. There's networking, chat, tables everything that an offline event has. People love to attend and we love to host on Airmeet.
It's slightly heavy as a platform so attending from a mobile or using host features from the phone is currently not possible but I can see that coming live in near future.
Hosting online events, it collects the registrations, sends them reminders, the joining link and everything by itself. And it's so easy to get the recordings directly or stream the sessions on YouTube from Airmeet itself.
Airmeet is intuitive, simple to use and easy to explain to attendees.
Finding your way backstage can be confusing so I created videos.
We needed a platform for real interaction in a virtual setting. Airmeet is that platform!
It's simple and intuitive for folks who have never used it before. Simple extra features allow us to make our webinars more interactive.
Like any other new video platform, it's another non-zoom think to introduce people to.
Airmeet allows us to deliver a unique, interactive webinar experience for our community without much hassle.
The Q&A function. Questions are shown and it helps
None at the moment! I'm happy with airmeet
Details of people joining the event, aesthetics of the event
This is such a powerful tool for webinars, and I was able to give my attendees a unique experience with the multiple sessions, the networking lounge, and the exhibition booth. I was able to host my first webinar with airmeet, and it was a breeze, thanks to their easy-to-use tool. Everyone loved the video call, screen sharing, and the multiple sessions; I could even record the session, which was a huge plus for me.
Some users have some difficulties subscribing to the webinars. They have to create an Airmeet account. I wish they could attend without this, just with one click or with some password. Some clients dislike the process of creating a new account. If there is such an option, there should be more visible.
for Webinars and to create an immersive experience for my participants. With airmeet I can easily link to my prezi, have different layouts for my event, create multiple rooms for my participants to move freely, etc. You can even create quizzes and talk to individuals. You can pair various members in tables so they can work together. Airmeet is very intuitive if you are teaching or coaching. There is also a backstage option where you can go, just like in a real live event, to close deals or more expensive offers.
I like the design of the platform. It looks so classy. Moreover, I loved the fact that you send analytics reports after every event that really helps to understand the insights of the event and help to plan more events according to the data.
I do not dislike anything specifically. I love the whole system.
I am solving the problem that I had regarding session recording and doing it live. So there are options to record the session and steam it anywhere I need. I love the fact, and it is reducing my job to worry about recording and live to stream.
Airmeet has a fabulous team that delivers beyond expectations on event days. The software is superb, has all the key capabilities that I was looking for running the IBS Cargo Forum as an online event. However, what delighted me was how the whole event team came together to support IBS on the days of the event. On-the-ground support on the day of the event makes it a success or disaster. I can vouch for that, having executed so many events in 5-star properties in India and abroad. Airmeet scored 100% on the day of the event and with the features of its software.
Honestly none on software and support. My only concern was a lengthy sales cycle!
I have done 16 editions of the IBS Cargo Forum as a face-to-face event. All of these were done in 5-star properties in India and abroad, once every six months. Last year we went online, forced by the pandemic. We did it through MS Team, as it is our corporate collaboration tool as well. We could do the event very well in MS Teams. However, we could not replicate any conference capabilities like a lounge, booths, etc., with MS Teams. Airmeet transformed the IBS Cargo Forum experience for us, the organizers as well as the participants. With Airmeet capabilities, we had a virtual reception, a lounge for networking (video chat capability), and virtual booths. Everyone could visualize being in an actual event with the layout, how the sessions ran online. Another vital element of the overall event experience was the lounge area. All of these together elevated the virtual experience of the IBS Cargo Forum to a new level.
My favorite feature of Airmeet is the Lounge. It's so inituative. Guests sit down, converse, stand up, and move to another table as they see fit—such a great way to network in a virtual environment.
I didn't dislike anything, but I do have a wishlist item. I wish you could choose which participants attend sessions rather than having all participants automatically attend. If you are hosting a drop social type event, it would be nice to provide an intro to those who arrive when the event starts but then take others in a session to give them the information they missed while having others in the lounge simultaneously.
We could not host our annual firm event in person due to covid restrictions, so Airmeet was a wonderful substitute. We realize now that we can host virtual events with more of an in-person feel than we thought possible and will be using this platform more in the future, even after the pandemic has passed.
I really love how it allows me to create the events the way i want and the ability to add sponsors.
I would love to have more advanced share screen features, like the ones on Teams.
I'm creating massive events in which people interact and do networking. Also, I can have Booths for different clients and sponsosrs.
From the moment we engaged with Airmeet, it was a positive experience. From the intuitive platform build-out to the round-the-clock customer service, we couldn't have asked for a better virtual environment to host our events.
There was nothing I disliked per se. I do have overall recommendations (i.e., ability to play music within Airmeet, ability to upload PDFs into the exhibit booth vs. links).
Airmeet solves the problem of active engagement. For those opting to do virtual events and want to ensure users engage with one another, this platform meets the need. We experienced so many incredible benefits from sponsorship recognition, event branding, excellent audiovisuals, etc. The best use (and certainly one worth the investment) was purchasing Airmeet credits to support stage management and having dedicated customer service during the event.
