The user experience is really good, you have a backroom chat option which helps in collaborating during live session
Need more add ons support like adding QnA live
We are using to conduct the townhalls where the joiners are greater than 1k
The upside to using Airmeet are the different functions available that allow for different programming structure, all while keeping an interactive + engaged audience.
The downside is the lack of flexibility across platforms/browsers (must use google chrome + laptop/desktop computer). Mobile is okay to use but sometimes finicky.
Expanding company reach/services (not limited to local areas). Expanding awareness + ease of virtual programming. Analytics POST events + storytelling recaps.
I have attended a bunch of learning sessions held by communities on Airmeet! Love the interface and the slick design. The chatting experience by taking seats at tables is too good. Also, customer support is quick in resolving queries. Would highly recommend :D
Nothing at the moment. Will let you know if I come up with any :)
Attending sessions, networking with folks
The Airmeet platform is very dynamic and helps you create virtual events at your organization. My favorite Airmeet feature is the Lounge space and how dynamically it can be used.
I particularly dont have anything that I don't like about Airmeet. However, one thing that could improve is the speed networking interface. They can make it more customizable by the organizer.
The biggest problem that we are solving through Airmeet is to provide a unique virtual experience that mirrors physical venues. It is an interesting platform to host large events online.
I liked the style and overall look of the platform.
I was an organizer of the event; I did wish that automated times for sending our news announcements would be helpful.
Airmeet was a great way to come together and discuss the various topics in the webinars.
The tables given in the lobby....Also the backstage part was good.... The best thing was of uploading pre recorded videos... The timing to use airmeet is also good...........................
Not much but the number of attendees for free must be increased.....The amount of session and session time must be increased for ease of the user....As it require more time
Benefits for airmeet are that we dont need to enter details of each attendee just have to upload the csv file....Also one good thing provided is of recorded session
The highly interactive interface for users
Airmeet has yet to disappoint in any way
We needed new ways to connect with our audience, which is primarily high school aged students. They live their lives online, so having a platform like Airmeet that feels more like social media than a college event is a great way for us to engage with them.
I happened to attend an online conference on Airmeet sometime back. I was incredibly impressed with the overall experience, especially the lounge for networking and backstage feature for speakers. The fact that they have created a total virtual experience very close to an in-person conference is highly innovative. That made me switch from Zoom to Airmeet and I have been delighted with the team's support and experience so far.
I don't remember anything I didn't like, actually...
Because of the pandemic, we had to make a shift from in-person events to online events. Airmeet has helped us give a very close experience of offline events to our audience. The analytics that we receive post-event is quiet helpful.
Airmeet is always available and they have never failed to answer a question or address a concern. They have a great platform that is continuing to grow and improve.
There are few growing pains as new features get added, but overall the platform is great and we will continue using it for our conferences.
We are able to reach our virtual audience and give great exposure to our sponsors.
UI is amazing, was very natural and friendly to use
Nothing much it was pretty smooth to use I didn't find any issues
have used it to attend lot of corporate events and webinars
