The volume of publishers and the commission management / payout
The UX is terrible especially filtering potential publishers
Affiliate marketing for a small company, getting new customers
Wide range of partner, trusty figures, easy approach, readable figures
Higher price based on different service level are increasing the costs
Realist track, publisher manegment
The platform's tracking and tech is solid as is the access to publishers. They deal with payments expediantly and the commercials are reasonably palatable. Would always recommend them due to being established in the market.
Not amazing account management but that's mainly due to being on the self serve problem. Mild concern about the performance of certain publishers sending such high volumes of traffic that doesn't convert and the origin.
Provides access to a wide range of publishers rather than having to deal with billing, reporting and tracking of partners individually which is not worth it for the overhead.
It's easy to use Good tracking There is a team who is willing to help you
The level of support can vary depending on the designated account manager Many companies do not know how to implement your trackings and they need more 1-2-1 support
The affiliate channel for the company I am working for.
1-Once the integration was live. Then adding or editing events was easier. 2-Easy to QA and approve the work done by affiliates
1-Integration is painful. Very low support on specific custom issues one is going to face. 2-Noise is high. Hard to pick the right player to pick. 3-No way to define what audience/persona you are looking for 4-Costly. I believe the cost is 40%-50% bloated.
Reaching affiliate for marketing my B2C product
I love that it tracks all sales and commission for affiliates, and takes care of their taxes!
I feel the Interface could be updated to be more user friendly
tracking sales with affiliates and making sure they have taxes
It's super easy to understand and use. Not much support or explanation is needed. The platform is self-explanatory
When support is needed, their team is not available for anything involving scaling up.
Helping me organize and keep track of my affiliate collaborations including paying the collaborators I work with.
Having the ability to manage all affiliates in once place is really easy. The ability to then segment for different offers and commission structures benefits our business greatly.
It is difficult to find the right affiliate at times. There are a lot of publishers on the site who frankly shouldn't be on there. More due diligence into accepting affiliates would be great.
Keeping affiliate management in once place has helped our business prioritise other marketing channels, knowing our affiliate scheme is being run in the background without too much intervention.
Publisher discovery tools, User-friendly UI and ease of reporting
No chat functionality for quick questions, Support lacking on some functionality especially setting up of product feeds, support should be able to get on calls.
Scaling and optimising our affiliate programs
Reporting interface, friendly employees, open to tech suggestions
Tech limitations e.g. commission groups and flexibility
Awin is helping us get a better understanding of APAC affiliates and this is helping reduce questions and concerns within the business
