What I like about using BambooHR is it is very easy to use. Easy to navigate and I've been using this product to manage my employee status and information.

I do not have any dislike but I believe BambooHR can be improved when it comes to its design and more features.

One of the key business challenges that BambooHR effectively addresses is aiding employees in monitoring and enhancing their performance. BambooHR offers a unique feature that enables colleagues to provide feedback anonymously, which in turn helps employees gain valuable insights into their performance.

Bamboo HR is Simple, Easy, and Well designed. Learning it was very user friendly & intuitive.

I cant think of any dislikes of BambooHR, it works ao well for my use.

Bamboo makes my onboarding duties easy and quick, able to see the current status easily.

It would take too long to list everything, but: Ease of use, Reporting, Hiring, Performance Mgmt, HR Summits, emailing, and signatures.

Can't think of anything........I guess that it is mostly for small-medium sized companies.

I love the New hire Onboarding Packets that it sends out to New Hires, I love that you can get documents signed digitally.

BambooHR is extremely intuitive to use and contains so many useful tools for our organization all housed in one platform. Even the least tech-savvy on our team can understand it.

BambooHR does require an additional fee for use of certain features like time tracking, payroll processing, and performance management. We would love to see these features integrated at one price point.

BambooHR solved so many problems by moving our organization from paper employee files and clunky spreadsheets to streamlined HR paperwork in an easy to use platform.

Right from onboarding BambooHR right through to day-to-day usage, the system has been a breath of fresh air, especially compared to systems used in the past (including some of the top-most rated systems with all the bells and whistles). The support team is fantastic and the regular updates that are added to the system keep it exciting.

There's not much I can say that I dislike about the system itself. While set up was easy, I did feel the timelines felt a bit rushed. Being the only HR person, I felt there could have been an extra week or 2 added to the provided timelines to gather and cleanse data, etc. Though I will say the implementation overall was quite simple.

The system streamlines our processes from job posting right up to creating employee profiles (we have not yet implemented the full hiring process but that's on us, not BambooHR).

I love the onboarding process. I fill in a few things and the employee does the rest, but it's easy for them as well.

I wish that on the template forms that we create we could directly edit from that page rather than having to upload another document and redo the template. The templates can take a while

I don't know of any issues they are solving to benefit me

BambooHR makes it easy to organize onboarding tasks and easily request time off.

When I first was onboarding, it was sent to my personal email and it was a bit tricky to make the switch to my work email, when those accounts were connected.

We started using BambooHR for all our HR needs. Its very user friendly for everyone in the company to use It keeps all our information in one place making it a great source for all information. We have many locations and it keeps a directory and org chart that is easy for all locations to look up employee contact information. It makes onboarding super easy and it is all done before a new hires start date! There are lots of templates to use or you can create your own and send announcements to the entire company through this platform! Implementation was super easy and a smooth transition. Customer support is great. East to communicate thorugh a chat feature to get assistance. As the HR Manager, I use this platform all day every day. There are lots of programs that integrate with BambooHR. In addition, the hiring process is awesome and you can post job openings, communicate with canidates, send offer letters and hire all through one platform.

There really isnt a downside to it. I wish I could send employment anniversary announcement cards or "high five's" to employees when they have done a great job. That is a feature I would like to see. They do have E Birthday Cards that you can create and send to an employee on their birthday!

It is VERY easy to navigate and you do not need to have a lot experience with HRIS systems to be able to comfortably navigate Bamboo HR

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. I think it is a product that was carefully thought through and is constantly being improved to enhance the experience of the users.

BambooHR makes it easy for me to manage employees in different parts of the world all within one platform.

Puts all the HR info right where we need it

It can get pricy with all the extra add ons
