I love the simple and intuitive interface and how we no longer need to worry about keeping records and personnel data. And the main thing - managers have access to much more insights and have tools to be more attentive to their directs and work with their development.

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. There is a functionality to fit every need of our company. BambooHR has been especially great for our onboarding process. The customer support team is also amazing.
Not much I dislike. It would be nice to have an option to direct message employees.

I like the ability to easily access most of my information and to see who is out for the day. I also like that I can see all of the employees in my organization and where they're based (since my company is fully remote, I don't have an opportunity to meet or talk to everyone regularly). I also find it really easy to book time off.
It would be nice if payroll was also accessible here, but I think my company does it via a different platform. Not sure if that's because Bamboo doesn't support it or not.

It is very well organized. I like that it is user-friendly when it comes to sections. You can find an employee and their direct reports and manager right away. Also, all paid/unpaid/sick leaves are easy to request.
The site is locking you out after a 10 min of not using it.
Requesting all types of leaves are so easy. Another thing is that you have historical data from years ago and you have organized sections. I use it on a daily basis. I like that there is a calendar with all missing employees for the day.

Time Tracking doesn't recognize alternative schedules

Allows us to keep all employee-related information and processes in one place. We use it for new employee onboarding, former empoloyee offboarding, payroll history, recruiting, and document storage.
TRAX payroll service, while convenient for the integration with BambooHR, isn't as user friendly as some of the more common payroll services.
All employee-related information is at my fingertips. If I'm considering a pay raise, for example, it's really easy to see an employee's salary history. If I need to post a job, it's easy for me to reactive (and edit) past job openings, and then manage communication with candidates. I also appreciate the automated promotion of open positions. New employee onboarding is also easy to execute with the tasks we've assigned in Bamboo.
