It is easy to integrate and gives me useful charts and metrics tracking out of the box. We looked at a bunch of other options and this was the best one.
I am still learning the program, so there could be issues but nothing I've encourtered so far.
I run a SaaS startup and we need a tool to track metrics like churn, retention, etc. Before, I was flying blind. Now, I can see!
It's easy to use and share access amongst your team. It plugs into Stripe which is where we process all of our payments through. It has the ability to export data as a CSV which is a big use case for us.
We sometimes run into bugs that make our reporting inaccurate. This makes it harder to count on for board meetings, diligence, and more serious financial conversations.
It helps us monitor MRR growth and churn on a customer level and can be shared across departments so everyone is in the loop at a high level on the business and sales performance
Baremetrics helps to get all the statistics required to run a business in a timely manner.
I do not dislike anything about Baremetrics. There are some metrics which we use other tools like Google Analytics or MySQL. Baremetrics can incorporate Google Analytics it would be helpful.
Baremetrics is used to get Monthly and Weekly KPI's which is used to improve business.
BareMetrics makes it easy to quickly view key and vital health metrics as a fast-growing SaaS business.
The only critique I would offer is to have a better way to export out certain cuts of data or comparing sets of data over time.
BareMetrics makes it much easier and faster to have key data points at your finger tips without having to run lots of manual imports.
Ease of use, it's so simple to come in and find what you are looking for.
I wish I could access easier on my mobile phone.
Visibility / Transparency into company metrics
Setup with Stripe is effortless, and you don't have to do anything to get great charts that show you all the essential SaaS metrics that help you understand what's going on. We use it to track sign ups, churned users, and metrics such as LTV, MRR, ASP, LTV. We also use annotations to keep track of incidents we had, changes we've made in the product and marketing campaigns we run.
I would love to have more control over what's considered churn vs. trial (e.g., if someone signed up and churned after a day, one company may count this as churn while for another, this is just a trial that didn't convert).
We are tracking our sales and retention with Baremetrics and we didn't have to invest any time in collecting the data and building the charts.
This tool saves our sales and billing team so much time. The UI is easy to navigate and the integration with Slack helps us keep track of customer payments and quickly react to any failed charges. The dashboards help us quickly get an overview of the start of our MMR and report this to team members. Overall, the tool has given our team so much time back.
Would be great if we could also include our Heroku-based revenue as part of our dashboards too. That could really help us get a more accurate picture of MMR and stay on top of any churn there too.
Having a tool that allows a quicker and more efficient reaction for our sales and marketing to keep track of accurate revenue current subscriptions and react to ensure consistent revenue month-to-month.
Love the ability to track our key metrics. Another feature our team enjoy’s is the benchmark feature. Positioning ourselves against other saas companies in our range is helpful insight.
If there were more accessible information on our AR for the month, that would be helpful. Since we use Stripe we just go there. Just a thought.
Tracking key numbers for goal setting and reporting purposes. Overall trying to grow and need a tool like Baremetrics to do so quicker and more efficiently.
Tons of value here - I would have been happy to pay more for this. Intuitive UI and easy navigation. ALL your biggest KPIs are covered - every type of MRR and churn, as well as ARR, and LTV.
It'd be nice to have the ability to manually add products/expenses to see things like acquisition costs.
I am checking/tracking my MRR daily and checking other key metrics as well.
