We use it for monitoring any mentions of our neighborhood here in Sao Paulo, and it helps us understand how it's being enjoyed and gives us a heads up on things.

Brands24 has a very simple and easy-to-follow user interface. Its organization of data and details available are exceptional.

Daily emails that give me a run-through of where my brand has been mentioned are super convenient. With other software, I always had to go through and scroll myself. Brand24 provides all of the info that I need in one place when I need it.

Nothing - there are different tweaks that I could make to have it be more useful to me specifically, but that's on me, not Brand24.

Negative keywords can be funky sometimes and still get the type of information that you don't need, but after talking with the support, they helped us to make it better.
