We just synced up out bulk email software (Moosend) and then the list was pulled to Clearout. After selecting a couple of options the list had been validated and push back to Moosend. This saves our email reputation and stops bouncebacks. Highly recommended.

Nothing, specifically. The UI could be a bit smoother, but it is really nice all the same. I have to say that other than the look, the software is really intuitive and easy to use.

We're keeping our business email list of subscribers clean and validated through Clearout. This improves our open rates and ensures that only real email addresses are being emailed to. It also keeps our autoresponder costs down. We've also heard about the telephone validation service of Clearout. We'll probably use it sometime in the future. Currently, we're focusing on using the email validation service.

It works amazingly well at validating email addresses. It was able to identify about 10% of the contacts in our contact database as being no longer valid (invalid). At first I thought it was wrong but it turned out it was right. We double checked most of them and it was correct in that most of those people had moved onto other jobs. There are other products out there for email verification but Clearout was by far the best price and easiest to use. We ended up building an integration to Clearout from our product SigParser using the Clearout API.

Some of the technical documentation could be a bit more detailed but that isn't critical.

I needed to validate the deliverablity of our email marketing list and also know which of our contacts at companies had left those positions. Since we've been in business for a while we wanted to clean out the relationships that were no longer valid. We also have used it to help our customers cleanup their lists.

Support is great. Pricing is also great.

I wish I could have two sets of API keys.. they just provide one, but I'd like to have separate keys on different systems.

I like Clearout because it's a fast and accurate tool to validate email addresses. I tried other similar tools, but no one of them was precise as Clearout. Also, Clearout permits to add the lists to check from variuos sources, like a local file, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaing, Moosend or Hubspot. When the validation process had ended, you can download the entire file with the results, or only the valid addresses.

No, I can't find any negative point in Clearout.

Clearout permits me to clean old email addresses lists from wrong, old and unused addressed, in a simple and effective way.

I work with businesses to help them generate leads. Small businesses dont have data so I spend allot of time researching target data and clearout enables me to validate if email addresses are correct.

After researching many tools, Clearout was the only one I could find that accurately detected over quota account. Other solutions reported that the account was deliverable, but Clearout got it right! I'm not an experienced programmer and I found the API and documentation to be excellent.

I'm a small company so we're price sensitive. There are a few others that are less expensive.

Our site is used for high school coaches to communicate to their athletes and parents. When a user is over quota, the coach needs to be informed that the messages are blocked and the user needs to know they've got a problem. We've integrated Clearout into the process so a user can be notified of the issue via text message and given them a tool to confirm that they've solved the quota issue.

I've been using Clear Out for about 3 weeks and I've found it incredibly helpful. When collecting leads I've found speaking directly to the business owner is improving my sales by about 70-80%. Also the ability to verify emails has kept my mailbox in good standing. I love how you don't need a contract and can just pay as you go. Due to the nature of my work this suits me a lot.

One minor drawback I encountered while using Clear Out that it couldn't find some of the email addresses that I was looking for. Also it can take about 5 - 10 mins to find an email.

Clear Out was great at email discovery and being able to verify email address that I wasn't sure if they would bounce or not.

Well first off the most useful thing was to buy the lifetime deal and not have to worry about paying for email checking ever again. But among some specific features - WordPress plugin that checks for bot/spam signups on my newsletter. - Options to either export the most sure and less sure email addresses after check-up. - the 99% check

Maybe more integrations with popular cold email tools...I think there are a few, and there are Zapier workaround but, Clearout is not as popular as some of the other email checkup tools. So it can make your workflow slightly more complicated/manual.

For one, it helps me prevent many SPAM signups on my website email signup form. And the other is a simple & super-accurate email checkup with a lifetime deal, that I don't have to worry about (purchasing new credits, paying monthly or godknowswhat)

I really like the speed at which Clearout verifies email addresses. I have used other products and they do not verify nearly as fast as Clearout.

Sometimes it seems to take a very long time to verify an email address, but that may be the price for thoroughness.

It does a very good job of verifying email addresses. I really like the breakdowns: valid, risky, catch all, etc.

It's software that took <30 minutes to set up and it's been helpful at doing what's required (blocking obvious spam software).

It does miss people at time and also has some false positives which can be a bit annoying - but rare.

We had a huge problem of spam emails signing up and they fixed it for us - for a very low cost.

It has multiple integration options and it returns multiple fields that are also useful to qualify leads.

We found no issues so far, so we have nothing to dislike.

It helps us to clean databases (like Apollo) , get rid of junk leads that have invalid addresses (people filling forms) and separate free addresses from business addreses.
