This website has helped my company erase the majority of wrong emails. We have integrated it with our jotforms and just so, very easily, we now have only correct emails whenever creating a new customer.
Sometimes it's not so easy to understand whether an email is valid or not. For example, for me it's not so clear what to do with the "unknown" output. Moreover, it would be very cool if the system could suggest the right email address when - for example - the domain has been misspelled (i.e. gail.com instead of gmail.com).

Taking away the bad leads which saves valuable time. Sale team isn't running down people who aren't really leads.
Clearout's ability to sit behind any lead forms with such simple JS codes is the best thing. We use the platform to filter out spam leads, and strict the lead flow to "Only work emails". This has been a great help to us

Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful with any questions or issues
Downside is that most times when using a new snippet, I do have to contact cusomter service in order to get it working properly, to my needs. But luckily as previously stated the customer service is good

Clearout.io was fast to scan. It accurately identifies the status of emails and their likelihood of spam and loads quickly into email software.
It doesn't have an option for my favorie email software, Constant Contact.
It ensures that my deliverability rate remains high and that allows me to experiment with lists that otherwise I might not consider.
The fact that the results generated by Clearout.Io are extremely accurate. I am running an email campaign and split test the emails marked as 'Safe' vs 'Risky' by Clearout and have seen a massive difference in open rates between the two categories.

I like the way that the platform allows us to check emails before sending, mitigaing the potential for being marked as spam. I also really apprecaite the integration with HubSpot that makes it super easy to upload safe contacts.

One of the issues we had was bounced email addresses from some of our doctors who are no longer practicing. We tried a few tools, but we still experienced quite a few bounces. Clearout was the best software we found. I have been impressed with their accuracy.
Everything has been good so far. We have only used the Email Verifier product so far. The UI when logged in a little busy and hard to navigate initially, but it didn't take long to figure out.
They are more accurate in finding valid email addresses. This helps us reduce our bounce rate and improve deliverability.

An easy-to-use dashboard that allows bulk uploads of CSV data to verify emails. The data is very helpful because it identifies risks of going to spam folders, bounce rates, or invalid data. I have used it quite a few times on my contacts that I have not been in touch with for a while. You can also buy credits or go on a monthly plan to use as needed. The service is very user-friendly and easy to use. The data reported back is very useful on creating segmented target campaigns. It is web based so you don't have to install anything or have a required add on. It doesn't take a long time to learn. The best part is the pay as you go.
Nothing really. The process after uploading can take a while to get the results back but that is okay because the data is very accurate.

Having not communicated with hundreds of my former clients and newsletter subscribers for over a decade while retired, I had to verify a lot of emails before sending off one. I started off one at a time, but realised that was not practical. The first hundred went pretty well in just 4 minutes.
It took a while to get underway because I didn't know my linkedin url. Some of the first 100 seemed to disappear into a no mans land between ok and not, and were then hand verified. Minor issues really.

My team sources emails from various sources for the email campaigns. They used to spend 5 min each to validate the email address, which means about 500 minutes for 100 email accounts. With clearout, we were able to cut these 500 minutes to 5 minutes
We are a nonprofit up and running for 2 years. We run a campaign for provide Gifts to Care Home residents each year. Every year so far we have approx 10% of Volunteers who place their emails wrong. The Care Home resident information is sent via email. If they dont have it , a number of things happen. Resident doesnt get any gifts , we have bounced emails , and our support crew has to go fishing every year for lost Emails. Alas no more. I used a Wordpress function to implement as Im using some custom forms for Checkout.
Not really a Clearout issue per se. I installed the Wordpress plugin and it didnt work for my custom form. I used their suggestion on Wordpress Function instead.
It is cleaning incoming emails to begin with , makes sure that they're entered correctly. In the past i had 2 email fields but some people still entered the address incorrectly. It reduces support questions for us later.
