Need better insights on the email ID which are neither valid nor invalid.

It is helping in finding the right and correct email ID, which helps in reaching out to the right prospects.

Utilizing the clearout.io plugin with WordPress eliminated massive amounts of fraudulent account creation. Saved tons of server resources and time with clean up.

So far we haven't encountered anything we dislike. Install was easy, configuration was easy... Nothing bad to report.

Easy to upload the CSV file and takes very less time to validate the email addresses. Also, its very easy to integrate with our marketing automation tool i.e, WebEngage.

Sometimes it takes too much time to validate and we need get in touch with support team to check what went wrong.

It is automatically removing the duplicate email ID's which is really a benefit. It also displays the number of credits available so that we can recharge whenever its required (if its prepaid).

Their support team is very reliable, the plugin easy to setup and their credit system very reasonable in price.

Their plugin interface could be modernised a bit, but that's just nit picking!

Before we used Clearout, we had people signing up to our platform that weren't using real emails or typing their emails with mistakes, so our sales emails wouldn't get through. Since Clearout, we've been able to reduce our admin time and sit back while our site gains new members and new sales without worrying about email notifications not getting through. It's a great help!

Intuitive to upload files and get the results we needed.

The location of the bulk upload is not 100% clear. ould be labelled or simply be an option next to single validation.

Two problems solved. 1. Validating to make sure we only send to valid emails and don't end up on cyber black lists. 2. Finding emails for potential clients. Gold!

It has one of the best user interface of all the email verification tool's I have tested. It not only has downloadable reports but nice pie charts visible on dashboard.

Clearout lacks in few services which their competitors offer. Like IP reputation verification, domain verification and few other services. For this reason, I have to use their competitors tools as well.

We are into business where we send lot of emails for our clients. With clearout we get to know exactly which emails are not going to get delivered and what is the reason. This helps us to go back to client with confidence.

Clearout is an awesome tool I'd found to verify my list of potential prospects and overall email deliverability.

There's nothing I'd dislike about Clearout, but it can be improved as sometimes it's "Catch All" shows verified and vise versa.

It helps me to reduce my email bounce rate and with this, my overall email deliverability got increased.

I love the fact that this tool allows me to verify newsletter signups quickly and easily. This is a huge time saver for me, and it allows me to make sure that my signups are legitimate. Without email validation, it's very hard to judge the success of a campaign if your newsletters are being sent to spam email addresses. The combination of WordPress and Clearout's email validator ensures that the email addresses you receive are accurate and that your emails are going to actual people.

Not applicable to me, but installation may be a little more challenging for someone unfamiliar with WordPress plugins. Thankfully the team is responsive to any help that might be needed.

We are using it to verify email addresses.

I really like that this particular online application extremely helped me clean up my customer's email list to avoid bounces from some outreach marketing promotions I want to perform. We can easily identify the fake and bogus email addresses and can remove those from the mailing list.

As of now, there is nothing to dislike with the tool, I found this tool perfect for validating email addresses.

I have already been using this application for a few emailing marketing promotions, and the results truly helped me minimize bounce rate. Their user interface is extremely easy to use. It integrates properly along with Third-party applications.

I send both cold and warm emails and it is vital that the emails are correct and Clearout REALLY helps with this.

I think it is a good tool to verify emails. It is also good if you have a list of names which you're looking for their email addresses

It is not integrated with Woodpecker nor Vincere which makes it a little cumbersome for me. don't think the list finder worked well for Asia market

We have been considering an email review for some time. After looking at options we selected Clearout because it was simple, easy and a great value.

The biggest concern is the minimum size package requirements.

With Cleanout we are able to make our marketing campaigns have less bounces and a greater open rate. This is going to reduce time sorting through old names and the ability to focus on the contacts that matter.

The UX/UI, pricing point, effectiveness of the technology

nothing really at the moment, but I am digging in to find something!

I love validation system they provide for us to manage our old subscriber.

For the feature i love it.. but for integration it should be integrate with all ESP

API access and easy to use, straight to the point, easy to onboard anyone to, easy UI/UX, just all around easy clean email validation.

Would be nice to find more platforms integrated with clearout, where other tools are convinient within other platforms like email senders.

Clearout solves the problem of having to think too much about email validation. If I have a list, I know I can go to Clearout and validate that list in minimal clicks, quicker than any other platform.

The user interface is very clean, which makes Clearout easy to use. The results of processing your email lists are also very clearly shown using pie charts.

So far I can't really think of any downsides

When we send out email lists we are not always sure if the email addresses are correct or still in use. Should we send out our emails to every email address we are most likely to get flagged as spam. Clearout helps us verify our email addresses before sending out our emails.

Respond quickly compared to others plateroms.

Hopefully you cannot charge me when showing role-based emails even when I have input correct First name and Last name.

I can't say dislike but I would sau a suggestion; 1- make it easier to integarate with Hubspot 2- find some solution for free generated emails that are not considered as spam by default but they are.

Easy to install using the Wordpress plugin and is one of the very few email validator to work with Elementor Pro Form.

Athough the plugin was really easy to setup, more information could be provided on plugin end without logging into the web interact seperately.

The ability to validate if a lead is a real lead or fake lead with a fake email address as email reputation is at risk.

Clearout is a really useful product for our sales team. It has helped us to improve our email deliverability and health by only cold emailing addresses verified by Clearout. It is very easy to get to grips with and start using.

Only minor things, like having to format a document weirdly once.

It's solving a problem we had of a large volume of emails bouncing because we were not sending to verified mailboxes. It's helped us knowingly reach people's inboes.
