Clearout is very easy to use and intuitive. Basically, we just upload a list and CO starts segmenting the email addresses into verified, catchall, disposable, unverified, etc. The process is efficient and fast, and we get a detailed report, with complete downloadable results. Pricing is very reasonable, and they are generous with adding extra credits.

No downsides. Very happy with the service.

Clearout saves us from sending emails to deprecated addresses in our lists that will bounce or are known spam traps, protecting our sender reputation.

Keeping my agency's clients mail lists clean and preserves deliverability. We use it in combo with MailPoet which has very strict policies to import news addresses, thanks to Clearout.io we don-t have to worry about it.

The learning curve is not newbie friendly, so each time I have to show my clients how to use it or create video-tutorials. But it works a charm and has an honest price.

I've been using Clearout for a while and it is the best email verifier tool. It saves me so much time checking emails because they're all verified. I honestly never thought I'd find a tool as good as Clearout for email verification. I was so tired of people signing up for my mailing list and never responding to my follow-up emails, only to have a high unsubscribe rate. With Clearout, the unsubscribe rates are low and the open rates are sky-high. The price is also really fair! I really recommend this!

We all know Clearout churns out very reliable email verification results but having to move csv files here and there was tiring. I was therefore pleasantly surprised and happy to dispover they now integrate with Google Sheet. It makes my life easy.

I would have loved to be able to queue verification in Google Sheet like I do for bulk verification.

It helps to clean up my cold email outreach list, which is very important.

I would like to confess that I have tried to cut corners on pricing before and regretted it, so I was initially hesitant to try out Clearout. One of the best things about this app is how accurate it is when verifying and validating your lists. It comes with the capacity to verify emails one by one as well as in bulk by uploading the email list. Essentially, Clearout helps you validate email addresses before sending your campaigns and this leads to significantly reduced bounce rates. I've been using this tool for a couple of years, and It’s getting better and better over time. They offer a nice, easy-to-use interface, as well as and fast customer service. The team behind knows what they're doing and listens to suggestions. By the way, When we acquired Clearout during an Appsumo campaign in June 2019, there were a very limited number of integrations, especially in connection with email marketing providers. But they’ve improved to the implementation of 15 new integrations including major email marketing companies such as Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc. I value the time Clearout helps us to save by ensuring that our Marketing mailing lists are always clean and up-to-date. Although the tool sometimes leads to some minor error rates, It is very useful to clean up old lists and detect catch-all and disposable emails. It is my best email validation tool and I would highly recommend using this tool for any emails you might be sending out.

Clearout is a very effective email lists cleaning tool. It's perfect for professionals who need to keep their lists tidy. I can't think of any negative points about the service or product. The only one complaint I used to have back in 2019 was the limited integrations of email marketing services and the lead finder tool which also needed to be polished. Currently, at the time of writting this they’ve improved a lot with 15 integrations so far. This boosts and helps to quickly engage with several projects. I think the tool is effective for what it's worth.

Clearout has helped to save our business money by providing accurate, high-quality results. That's right; it can save a lot of time and cost for email marketing campaigns. It reduces the bounce rate to a very negligible amount and it shoots your email campaigns' deliverability to a new height. On the other hand, Clearout comes with a convenient tool for email lookup which came up with usable results. The time taken for the result generation is also less when compared to other tools in the market and the notifications that arrive at the inbox are very helpful.

Our outbound campaigns bounce rate decreased from 10% to 1%. There are some lists that Clearout removes half of the emails. I don't even want to imagine what the bounce rate would be for those. And the integration with Hubspot is magical. It saves me so much time not having to deal with CSV files back and forth.

Hard to find something I dislike, but if I need to say something that would be there is no other languages available for the UI.

I needed to offer to my clients the ability to verify email addresses, I was able to connect my system to their API, it works smoothly.

High reliability of the results - so far 99%of 100% and 75% email addresses proven to be valid. Also, the system is very intuitive and easy to learn. The speed of the test is very fast, I get results for hundreds of emails within a minute.

I've been using Clearout for several emailing campaigns, and their results really helped me reduce bounce rate. Their interface is very intuitive. It integrates nicely with 3rd party softwares (Mautic coming soon). And the Google Sheets add-on is a must-have now. Flexible fares are perfect for me as I don't send campaigns on a monthly basic.

Scraping bulk email addresses is a nightmare, especially when you are dealing with ones that could be 5+ years old. Clearout makes it easy for me to know which ones are worth contacting and which aren't.

Nice interface and works well. I didn't realize what a messy list I had until I started using this service. Not only does it help delivery rates, it also saves you money since it will help you to get rid of old/outdated/bad email addresses within your list.

I haven't had any issues with it as it is. But I'll be happy with they add integration with ConvertKit. That is coming soon though...

Customer support is great, helpful and even 'looked out' for a coupon code that I had which expired months ago. The service is also awesome as I have verified thousands of emails quickly and automated with high efficacy. The help tabs next to email service terminology is very helpful!
