When I started marketing, my computer knowledge was basically 'point and click'. With the training and simple system they have built, I am building funnels everyday. I was a lifelong construction worker who wanted more out of life but didn't know how to get it or what to do. Since I discovered Clickfunnels, not only have I found a new way to earn an income, but it has become a passion.
The only complaint I have about the program is the basic plan does limit what you can do. For simple funnel building it is fine, but in order to really grow your business to higher levels the advanced plan is not only needed, but necessary.
By releasing Clickfunnels 2.0, it has provided a more user-friendly and advanced program. But the integration of funnels and affiliate sales will be an issue that needs to be resolved. I will like to use 2.0, and as soon as the integration is solved, I will be ready to transition to the better platform.
I like the UI/UX. It is easy to set up and design your own sales funnel. They make it easy for you to select any type of funnel, and you can choose between various designs. All the features you need are there, such as pop-up forms, countdown timers, option forms, and sales forms.
The landing page designs are very outdated. They do not look polished or refined like other landing page builders. The tool itself looks older than others, but it is still easy to use, which I think is the most important part.

I have been using Clickfunnels since I first started out on the online space in 2015 and had zero experience in creating anything like a funnel. Since then I have personally created my original and first website (I had zero funds and was bedridden at the time) and have gone on to create over 28 funnels. They are crunching the OFA challenge with so much knowledge-consuming content combining this with a all-hands on deck work regime to get it implemented for a guy with a job. You need to take out 30 days of your life to match up on their speed with very little sleep. Worth-it!
Funnel building that I never had really comprehended until I started following Russel Brunson and Click funnels. The trainers are top class amazing professionals
it is easy to learn, build, understand, test, grow and leverage for multiple uses. This is not a product that you need to spend a lot of time training a team or your set number of users, it is plug and play, and you can begin right away.
There is a bit of oddness to the naming of certain features and additional functions that take away from the look, feel, and function of the tool for the sake of branding. Could reduce that and focus on better function instead of branding polish.
Getting leads from sales channels that need very little setup time. Instead of building a site you can have a lead magnet, funnel and database with alerts all in one tool without having to setup multiple systems.

I dislike that there is a limit to how many pages I can create with my level of account and the next level of account is a lot more expensive with a TON more pages available. It would be nice to have more available tiers for different price points and different amounts of pages.

Their sales follow-up for you to sign-up at times is too much & too many. At times the editor can act up a little/awry. At times I have found that there are tech issues especially with integrations and conversion tracking. Especially the recent Facebook Conversion API integration has an issue - if you are an agency - you can't select the one account, it automatically connects all accounts/clients you manage - there is no option to fix this. At times it may be expensive especially when you are a startup & need one tool only from the next level.
It lets me set up funnels very quickly & follow up (CRM like) to convert & retain customers/clients.
