Integration with the CRM makes it easy to keep everything in the one place.
There were a few small glitches at the start with my email address not syncing properly.
Calling international clients with a local number makes it feel a lot more personable.
You can almost do anything with this program (conference, transfer, hold) also ZERO delay, you can also record and track your statistics. I would recommend this app to everyone!
How can you dislike such a good program?
We're in sales, inbound and outbound calls and also we do some tech support.
Cloudtalk works on any phone and as a regular line. You can make and receive calls anywhere in the world! You can even choose your number! Very good connectivity.
I have not had any issue with Cloudtalk. I can check what my team does, I can listen to my calls if I need to check details. It is really useful at a low cost. I wish I could download the app in my computer (Chromebook)
We are a recruiting company and have had very few issues that were immediately solved by someone in Cloudtalk. It's great to know there is someone 24/7 to help out.

I love the fact that integrations are on point, and that changes are easy and intuitive to make. I was particularily stunned by the team's reactivity and proactivity.
I would have liked to have a real-time status bar concerning the status of my number requests, but support is so reactive that in the end it's not really needed. Pricing could have been clearer, but that's a small thing.
We are implementing touchpoints on multiple continents and CloudTalk is a great solution to do so. We love that we can track absolutely everything that come to our minds.
Can shift country code easily without having to remember each country code
Maybe an easier login without email or via intranet.

The quality of sound, I hear the person well and the ability to have a number I can give and be called back on.
Sometimes the other person can't hear me. I can't use the application from my phone (realme7) only from the laptop or an iphone
I am avoiding the costs of international calls as I live in Egypt but my clients and work is in Germany
Whenever I use cloudtalk, I can hear the other side clearly and don't hear any noise.
The app does not automatically pops up whenever there is an incoming call.
I can track all the received and missed calls. All information are accurate.
