I have been using Cloudways for two years and the available dedicated servers you can choose from (Digital Ocean, Vultr, Linode, and so on) and the performance of them is amazing. You upscale when you need more capacity when your website grows and receives more traffic, or when you expect to receive more visitors like during Holidays. With a few clicks, you can clone your server to a higher capacity one so you can be sure your website's performance will be up to the task to receive more visitors. You can easily downscale too. You also have a very complete knowledge base where you can find all the information you need to use Cloudways or if you don't find the answer, you are a few minutes away to get the help of a tech support agent. In the two years I have used Cloudways, I have noticed that the waiting time to receive support has been reduced, which is great if your problem is urgent. Overall, I have had a great experience using Cloudways and I highly recommended it.

The small downside I find with Cloudways is the fact that you need to pay extra if you want email accounts with your hosting, the good thing is that is very affordable and easy to implement.

It is easy to use and set up a WordPress site. I don't want to manage infrastructure; Cloudways provides everything to me. I need only set up the server and add a domain for my site. Cloudways provides different hosting services along with different hosting packages. It is accessible to scale servers.

Cloudways only provides three days of the free trial, then onwards if you are planning to go forward with Cloudways minimum starting cost for a month is nearly $10. When comparing others starting costs for beginners, this cost seems high.

They are in the process of solving everything website owners would need regarding their hosting. Here are the challenges I need not worry about when using Cloudways; Backup, Speed, Server logs, Customer support, Premium Cloudflare & security, and many others.

My favorite thing about Cloudways is the Flexible pricing plans. I have been blogging since 2018 and have used 3 different hosts. Cloudways has the best value for the price!

The only thing I can really think of is that it took me a little bit to get used to the platform. I had come from WPengine, and the setup is just very different.

Again with pricing, I like that I only get charged for what I use. I feel like WPengine and Cloudways have similar benefits and I like that they are not shared hosting, but I like that Cloudways gives sites just starting out a better price, and you can pay more as your site grows.

Cloudways was recently bought out. I felt since then a lot of products have been failing and more outages have been happening. Also, sometimes you cannot run a simple Linux web app. They told me I need to run it on Digital Ocean (which cloudways supports already) and migrate it to them... There is no GUI to manage the servers. I was used to CPANEL.
