we use confluence as a solution repository and articals management where everyone can contribute to knowledgebase. I like how simple it is to use and navigate around.

I do not dislike anything as I never had any issues with this software

As said, we utilize confluence for solutions management, write articals, place for nee releases, so we are doing alot with confluence.

Confluence is a very well designed tool by Atlassian, which helps teams to have common workspace with knowledge sharing.

Though pros can easily outweigh cons, I personally feel Confluence needs a better way of searching and recently it became little slower for day to day usage.

As said before, our team use it for managing multiple SOPs or Procedure documents which is commonly used by multiple vendors.

Confluence provides all the information related to your project, program, company, etc... in a single place and acts as a knowledge base, website or guide for your product or service.

The tool is a bit difficult the first time you use it and requires some digging before getting used to it. It needs to have a more intuitive UI for easier access.

It's currently helping our team have knowledge base articles, SOPs, and a process update portal. It's provided a way to centralize all the information in a single place with easy access for everyone involved in the project.

I can easily manage document versions, and comment and share with others. Can import docs, best searching options.

Need some categories document. Also sometimes problems when importing docs to confluence. It's sometimes give us unwanted search result

Documention library

Easy to use and author documents for my clients to read. Once they have reviewed requirements, they can sign off and i can create Jira tickets directly.

I would like the ability to assign simple tasks to more than one person, one person as the primary accountable, but others as responsible for a task

The ability to centrally house our functional requirements and technical documentation on one platform and tie that to development has made a huge impact

It is a great platform to centralize all our team documentation of our orpducts/projects. Ir is easier to find it and mention people to help contribute on our pages.

I think it is a good tool, and there is anything that I dislike at this point.

We use it to centralize all our documentation of our products, and we have it linked with Jira, what makes everything easier. It is faster to find what we are looking for and it is available fo all.
