Ever since I started my career here in Blacklane, Confluence has always been my buddy. It has all the information I need for me to assist all of our customers efficiently.
I really love Confluence. It has all the information that I need for my everyday task as a customer concierge. It is really easy to use as well. With just one keyword, I was able to pull up multiple articles
It gives me access to all articles that I need for my everyday tasks as a Concierge. With just one keyword, you will be able to access many articles all at once.
Compilation of articles in 1 software and also being able to comment and send feedbacks or question is really satisfying.
I think the interface is a bit lacking in user design.
Some articles are hard to find without training before using it
The most helpful about Confluence is that I can easily find a topic that I am looking for. It is straightforward to use and efficient, especially when I am in a hurry on a case. So far, this is my preferred tool compared to other tools I experienced using.
What is least helpful about Confluence is that it is a bit overwhelming to use at first. There is too much going-on on the homepage. Maybe the team can lessen the features on the homepage.
Confluence is helping the business when it comes to efficiency. It is really helpful for us users to look for a topic easily. We can inform our customers accordingly and fastly with the help of this tool.
What I love about confluence is that we can easily check all our resources in one tool and that is confluence.

Confluence simply provide me the easiest step by step processes and how-to's about work-related stuff. It definitely make work easier with Confluence! Getting things done easy, making my customer happy!
The templates that it offers for documenting various activities/actions and the option to integrate within Jira makes it easy for project management

Documentation became easy as it has some standard ready to use templates instead of reinventing the wheel
I began to use Confluence after being hired by my current company. For the first months it was irreplaceable tool to find documentation and instruction. Everything was organized into question trees and folders.
I can't say it was really user-friendly, it was a little bit difficult for me to get used to the interface. I would propose to introduce an online automatic assistant which would provide some options if user is stuck.
Our team members have created a detailed tree of FAQ and it's really handy when it comes to troubleshooting. The powerful search allows us to find information quickly and most formats of data are available.
Confluence helps me to document the different projects I work on. It's great that it's integrated by default with Jira. Once you learn to use it, it becomes essential. It can easily become the most important repository of information in the company, you can manage access, share pages, it's really very useful.
I think Confluence can be really difficult to understand for someone who has never worked with this tool before. An effort has to be made to organise everything in a certain way to make navigation logical for new users. In some occasions, I have seen difficulties in granting access, you may need to work better on the way these are defined.

As far as I have used confluence I don't have any problem with any of its features. It is perfect place for someone to explain their thoughts
It is providing a platform for an organization to store crucial information about the standard processes it follows. By providing some privacy feature user can keep note of their or team specific infromatio nas well
It's a tool for work-life balance with simple access, faster response and load time.
All features are positive. If you ask me one dislike, I would say more macros must be available.
