Eleven Labs comes with a lot of pre-build great voices. The quality and the speed is outstanding. Besides the standard functionality, you can create your own AI voices or modify others in the voice lab.

The only "issue" is the pricing. When you create longer audios it can easily become a bit costly as the plans are based on volumes. Besides that there are no negative points.

Text to Speech for videos and short audio files. It´s beneficial, that instead of recording traditional you simply write/copy down the script and the AI creates the rest. The quality even in non English languages is great - so the tool saves me time.

It is very easy to create new voices and use them. I use the tool almost every day and i often see new features and improvements, which means they are very active with it and this gives a lot of trust to continue using it.

With created voices (especially the Fine-Tuned one, you really have to keep the number of characters low or the iterations change a lot. Perhaps the character limit is a bit annoying, as even if you dont reach it it gets reset and they are not saved, but I can understand this as their business model. I would like to have more models in different languages, as right now all the ones in the library are in english with different accents, so if you want another language you must create your own voice.

I do content creation and it really helps speed up the process of creating videos, helping avoid the need to do several voice recordings, especially with the Fine-Tuned

ElevenLabs came to my notice from some Youtube videos that complained how this app was used to clone the US presidents voice. Apparently the app did its job very well. And that is the best thing about ElevenLabs. It does its job well. Converting text to speech is done very accurately. If you choose one of the 100s of voices available in the app, the quality of the output is superior to all its competitors. And the interface is very easy to use.

Voice cloning does not work accurately everytime. I am from India. The voice cloning tool gets my pronounciations right about 90% of the time. But it americanises certain words. Another issue is in how the number of characters are counted. It is important since the credit is based on the number of characters used. Each space and paragraph is considered a character. Ensure to clean up the spaces and additional characters before you generate the audio.

I write a newsletter everyday. Some of the subscribers wanted the newsletter in audio format. The newsletter is a series of articles coveing a topic in depth. This requirement led me to Elevenlabs

The major problem ElevenLabs is solving is the time consumption in creating a single video.

Love the premade voices, a good range of options to select from. I had a couple of issues with using the Project option but got onto customer support and they very quickly explained and solved my problems I have been using everyday to provide voices for my social media videos and the process has been very simple.

I would have liked the ability to edit projects that can be found in history tab. Also, a breakdown of my usage in projects will be helpful too. The ability to assign certain emotions to phrases/keywords.

Providing the voice of narrator which although can be recorded by professionals it would be very expensive.

I've used several narration services, paid and free. As an aspiring author, it helps me to have my chapters read back to me. 11lab is by far the best I found so far.

Could be a bit pricey. Doesn't have merge function.

The quality of the voices is outstanding, dubbing with cloning is very fast and acurate although still buggy.

Sometimes when text are over 30 seconds reading time, the voice distorts so if you have a long text might have to explit it.

I build apps and currently building one where user create stories for which then a reading outloud voice becomes an option, eleven labs is my go to for this sort of work.

Very high quality for how short it takes. A super functional way to prototype courses is to give the narration to ElevenLabs

Wish there was watermarked previews. Not being able to hear mispronunciatons until I henerate (and am charged) makes me nervous. That's a fixable workflow.

The absence of a "remove breathing" feature. Some cases when we are needed to remove the breathing from the voice-overs, a feature would be amazing.

Nowadays, finding the right voice for content creation seems more and more complicated, ElevenLabs solved this problem.

Elevenlabs made my life simpler. I now just dont havr to chase my VO Artist for delievring the VO's on time. The cloning feature of elevenlabs is just way beyond imagination. The VO generated through elevenlabs just fit into my workflow very swiftly.

Downside i felt was that at times the emotion needed when pronoucning a certain word was'nt there.

Elevenlabs is helping me generate VO's for my videos without the need to run after my video editor. It's cost effective & saves a lot of time.

Dubbing fee per minute, Project part has a problematic for using a different setting of a same voice in different paragraphs counts again, didn't remember the last version of the same voice

I like that ElevenLabs uses cutting-edge AI and deep learning to create incredibly natural-sounding speech synthesis and text-to-speech. The voices generated are lifelike and emotive.

I don't have any major complaints so far. The only small issue is that it can sometimes take a little tweaking to get the voice to sound exactly how you want.

ElevenLabs solves the problem of generating natural human-like voice recordings without needing to hire voice actors. This saves me a ton of time and money in development. I can iterate quickly and test different voices.

I think the quality of translation is the best part of ElevenLabs! It is the best I have seen on any platform and their pricing structure is reasonable.

As with any AI translation, it is not perfect and many times there is many gaps in speech or mispronunciation of simple things. They generally make things right if you reach out to them though.

Making it simple to make videos that have a personalized feel without having to record an actual actor.

I enjoy the reliability and documentation of there API as well as the solid rendererd perforamcnes.

Account management including remaining balance would be useful.
