Dont really have and down sides when using Murf.ai
The requirement of having voice actors on staff not needed is wonderful and a saving of money
Easy to use. Lots of tools to adjust voices and many AI voices to choose from.
Some of the features like the ability to adjust speed of the AI audio can't be applied to all the other blocks simultaneously.

I didn't like the limitation on the free trial. 10 minutes was too short to purchase a subscription. I used around 10 free acounts before deciding to buy the subscription ^_^
Murf is providing me with capabilities to record AI generated voices
Easy to use, sounds infinitely better than programs that just read a PDF to you, and it's very customizable. PS the pro voices are surprisingly worth it.
Needs more editing ability, such as an undo function. Also has re-occuring problems with pating large blocks of text.

What I like best about Murf AI are the authentic, natural-sounding voices in various languages and accents, which you can tweak more to get the renderings just the way you want them.
In some of the pronunciation samples, some enunciations are not available, such as words with stress (such as accentuating a given word in the sentence, like "see us for THE ONLY solution you need")

Ease of use made getting products up and running extremely fast. Learning curve was low as the platrom is very intuitive. Despite a wide array of features, the platform is easy to work with.
Sometimes the layout of the projects, folders, and such can be confusing. If there's supposed to be a folder structure, make it obvious. If the layout is only by projects, make it obvious. Visual groupings are just as important to make things easy to use. Some voices are very, very mechanical.
Rapidly getting voice-overs into product with a variety of voiceswas huge. It reduced our overall turn time and gave us additional variety and flexibililty.
Murf has multiple languages support. It even reads Hindi script and has Hindi speaking male and female voices.
Nothing as such. Used it for around 50 hours of recording. So far so great!
Murf solves a biggest problem that is cost. It saves lot of human audio recording cost. Another problem it solves is the availability of the same artist in case of future changes.
