I have used this app for a range of projects including a cartoon series for which vocings for a large number of character voices were created using murf. Easy to work with. Pitch and speed variables valuable to get character variation. Emphasis notches add extra nuance and variety in expression. Very useful that text, and chosen voice for each project are saved in entirety, so you can go back and edit, export script variations, and always have access to wav files previously produced. An excellent tool for creative content creators and guerilla film makers.

No real down sides, but we hope in future there will be more emotional range in the voiceovers that can be achieved - eg sad, angry, ecstatic - would make it an even more creative valuable tool for conent creators.

you can adjust how cetain words/ phrases are pronouced , which is helpfull when the ai takes the words to serious.

it gives a nutral accent to my content , i am natively a afrikaans speaker, and sometimes you will hear it in my voice, however this ai illiminates that. it also speeds up production since i dont have to retake a voice over multiple times.

We need big script voiceovers, for our simulations. Your voices are better than the others we have been using and easier to edit.

Some of the voices don't sound authentic.

I can generate an interesting sounding narration to my videos. I can also generate an audio track with zero background noise. And there's no need to buy expensive audio recording equipment.

It has multiple options like - comedian, narrational, conversational with human like voice gives 100% value of money.

I like how simple and trouble-free Murf is relative to other options I have tried.

My biggest dislike about using Murf.ai is the cost of having my voice cloned. I am using Murf to record audio files in Spanish. Although the voice choices are great, I do not want build an audience around someone else's voice.

Murf reads the content I provide in Spanish which allows me to potentially reach a different segment of th emarket.

What I like about murf.ai is the ease of use, good and timely response to issues, customer support. They listen to their customers and work to improve on their complaints and concerns.

I'm yet to see what I dislike about murf.ai for now.

It is such a game changer regarding time saved and cost savings. Being able to have a professional sounding recording, without the expense of hiring voice-talent, coordinating schedules and being able to change messages with ease... amazing.

Downsides.... voices aren't unique, can't control inflection and that's about it.

It is saving me time and money, as I create the automated attendent recordings for my company. It removes the hastle of coordinating scheudles to record the audio, removes cost of hiring professionals, allows me to experiement and update recordings easily and frequently.

Can easily have scripts read to incorporate into my learing module for students from great sounding voices.

I think the voices are very natural sounding. And it is really great to be able to adjust pronunciations and emphasis. This is very intuitive to use.

I was excited about the video track, but disappointed that I coudln't add my own video. Do this would allow me to more easily synchronize my voice overs with the video.

Producing voice overs is cumbersome and aggrevating. Hiring professional voices is expensive and has slow turn around. Murf gives me full control of the process without having the be a professional voicer or audio technician.

I like the the variety, it makes it easy to fit voices and details to my needs. It saves the time of human error when you're limited budget and staff. The changing of pronunciation is the best feature on the whole software.

everytime I change a minor thing it regenerates the audio and starts me off from the beginning of the whole audio clip. I'd like for it to start me from where I edited.

Murf is very intuitive and easy to work with. I was amazed with how quickly my project came together. I actually ended up several days ahead of schedule and way under budget. Ill never use anything else.

Theres not much I dont like. If I have to say something, it might be that the project needs to be audio tested on several systems to make sure that the levels are where you need them across the board.

This is a powerful tool that I can tell I will use a lot. It is so easy to add text, select voiceovers, and then adjust the voices, even changing pauses, tone, accents, and speed. Is it expensive? Yes, but it is less than paying a studio and voiceover artist, so it's well worth the money.

Saves cost of hiring voice-over and studio time

Previously I was doing my own recordings. They can be time consuming and there's a lot of editing when I stumble on a word or inflection. Now I just type in what I want and if I dont like it it's easy enough to change. So much easier!

Most of the voices still sound very 'ai' and there's a lot of editing required in the pronunciations and pauses. But, overall if I dont need something that sounds 100% like a human this will work. Still a bit robotic but my usage that's okay
