Too pushy - the payment flow just gets up in your face and pressures the shit out of you to close the transaction now now now now. Time - no contractor I've employed has ever finished by the delivery date. Too expensive. Every seller posts their tiers for pricing, and not one single seller I've ever contacted has quoted a price within that tier. Every seller I contacted just wants to "milk the cow dry." This has happened to me in 100% of all interactions with fiverr contractors - I've since deleted my account and won't be coming back.
Can't think of a single one.
Used the platform for several years did not have any issues till last month. But after the case that happened to me would never recommend using fiverr again as they have very bad support that ignores you and do not try to help in order to keep their commission
The business support keep using general messages when I have issue with the seller that provided the product which is not working at all. They did not even tried to help while keep playing a ping pong game changing all CS and asking for extra tasks that I have already given. The seller pushed me to make a fast confirmation of the product while not testing properly on my side (partially was my fault). The product does not work as specified and I proved that to the fiverr team but still they keep ignoring messeges and the seller ignores me. Poor service/team and the company. Will never use fiverr again and DO NOT recommend to use them to anyone. Stay away as scammers and poor support will never benefit you and your business
Did not solve any issue that recently arised with the order. They just closed the ticket and wished good luck talking to the seller and the seller ignores my messages as well. This is business CS imagine what will happen to a regular accounts
I feel like that they have pretty good freelancers and they respond rather quickly.
their customer service is terrible. They will ban you for no reason and then did not explain why. don't spend a lot of time or effort into this software because you never know when you're going to be kicked off with no explanation.
