I think there is no dislike about Fiverr. However, maybe one thing that can be. There are many sellers, so it is hard to reach people. Fiverr can give an opportunity to new seller.

I am a freelancer. I live in Turkey. I used different freelance websites in Turkey, but it is not ideal. I want to develop myself. I want to do other jobs in foreign languages I know. Fiverr solves my problem with that. I can contact people in foreign languages like English and French.

The best thing about Fiverr is that it is a very diverse marketplace of talent. You can find someone to do freelance stuff for you on almost any requirement. I also like that as a buyer I always feel safe in my transactions, I have never had any issues with delivery or quality from one of my purchases. The whole process feels very safe and secure. The talent that I engaged with so far across multiple purchases was also very good.

This isnt exactly a dislike but at some point I would like to see an option to request talent to create first drafts to see if you would like to keep the engagement going. It would help out a lot on larger projects.

I used this to have someone create short videos and some voiceover stuff for our requirements. That is work I could not have done myself and it would not have made sense to hire a resource for 3-4 small projects. And going through an external consultant would have been far more expensive. Essentially I got the job done for cheaper at a very good quality.

It's literally that simple. I've been an avid user of Fiverr for a long period of time and they haven't failed me once. Excellent marketplace to scout for both short and long-term freelancers.

The only thing I don't like about this marketplace is its fees, and with full honesty, it is still a lot cheaper than other marketplaces. However, the way it is structured is not good for a customer as I usually agree on a specific price with the freelancers then Fiverr's fees are added at the very end of the process just before the payment if it was a bit earlier or if there was more transparency that would be much better because I would be able to properly negotiate a price with freelancers.

Fiverr is making it easy for businesses to find quality freelancers to fulfill their requests or tasks in a timely manner without breaking the bank. This makes me as a business owner still continue operating while maintaining low operating costs. Which ends up in more profit for the business.

Need to make sure that the opposite person is genuine though fiverr does its best to remove unwanted users. But need to take care so that the opposite person doesn't cancel the contract in between.

Overall I like Fiverr but I feel they can improve the search results. Sometimes when I search I see some gigs that are not relevant. I Also don't like hidden fees, it might show the price as $5.00 but then in checkout they add $2.00+ fee. I wish they would show that before the checkout page. Overall I still recommend them.

I'm not a fan of this new model where you no longer have access to the "buyer requests," Instead, you wait for Fiverr to "make a connection for you." I don't think it has ever happened, or maybe once. Since then, the rest of the projects I've gotten were from returning clients I knew from before the change. I hope the switch back soon.
