I see dramatic results for cold emails. We implement tones of best practices from them. Before we sent all the emails from 2 senders, we never respected the sending limits, added links, didn't have a valid signature, and BIMI. Their success team helped us to divide sending volumes on different subdomains and senders. Additionally, they set up adequate DNS records for each outreach tool we use in our practice. Permanent warmup for each mailbox that sends cold emails helps us maintain high open and reply rates.

Their warmup is excellent; you can modify templates and check template preview, adjust volumes sent. But I never did it; the platform suggests the proper volume itself. The emails are automatically deleted and never overwhelm my mailbox. Maintenance is highly effective for solving deliverability issues.

Deliverability rate impacts all the following metrics: delivery, open, reply rates, and then the success of all the email campaigns, so we perceive it as a necessary tool to integrate with our ESP. Email deliverability is more fragile than it seems and needs to be improved permanently. The whole email campaign could go in spam because of several spam reports.

After that, there is a routine, such as warming up the mailboxes and spam checking. So I can recommend Folderly as an additional, but necessary tool to have your emails sent to the Inbox.

About the software, I’ve enjoyed that there’s not that much you need to do, it’s automated, but you really see the metrics grow. We could track a great increase in the open and reply rates. The support team does their best. I have enjoyed working with them.

Despite a price higher than the average on the market, their software is worth the money. The support team plays a significant role here. They have helped to set up all the DNS records at the beginning. After that we just had an overview in the dashboard on a weekly basis. The tool works for you and doesn't need big-time involvement, we were just tracking improvements in our deliverability rates.

Folderly is a working tool that helps to solve all ranges of email deliverability problems. The platform is intuitive and quite easy to use. Everything is shown on the dashboard. To mention, I appreciated the enthusiastic work of Daria from the customer success team. She helped with the process and was always there for us to have all the updates and questions answered.

The goal for us was to improve deliverability of our email campaigns and get them out of spam and promotion folders to the inbox. We have definitely solved our problems with Folderly. Our mailboxes are warmed up, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are reset correctly, deliverability increased so we have high open and reply rates.

The platform is easy to use and intuitive. I could set it all up even without being a tech person. Understandable dashboard, and, importantly, we could see the results quite fast. I really enjoyed the approach of the support team, they are very responsive and responsible about everything they do.
