I love the labeling feature and the fact that you can add colors and emojis to coordinate emails easily. I'm also a huge fan of the snooze feature and the ease of ability to see archived emails. The commenting feature within each email is also huge. I can easily communicate with my team, but also leave vital emails or even URLs right there in the email for personal notes. 10/10 recommend.
I don't love the web version, so the desktop app is where it's at. I also don't like that you can't @ mention people directly in the email like you can within Gmail or Outlook. Where you basically tag someone in the email, and it automatically adds them to the send/CC field of the email.
Before Front, my team used to work out of a shared inbox by using labels. Front allows us to assign emails to the appropriate teammates, ask for help, and easily stay organized within the shared inbox.
Helps me keep my day to day tasks more organized. Being able to TAG someone.

I don't like that front doesn't send meeting reminders but Avoma!

Assigning, Tagging, Commenting on emails or part of the email, super quick search option and many more features that help me work effectively with my team.
Sometime it confuses me, if I delete tagging email, will it delete the original copy? Deleting the assigned email will delete the original email? AHA not sure.
The Front analysis says & our vendor/team have exercised the productivity boost and efficiently communicating with team & others.

It is pricy for what it is and there are paywalls that would have been a dealbreaker for us had we not been a legacy client.
Full transparency and visibility of all client email comms. This gives senior members of staff a better picture of the state of client relationships and performance of our account managers. Collaboration on email threads is the biggest benefit for any user.
The comment section within an email thread. This area is what sold me on Front. It is a great tool to use when assisting a client on the back end as well as with a new employee in training.
I don't love the out-of-office feature. I would like to see it more like the version on Outlook because it is obvious that the OOO has been turned on. i often forget that I have my OOO on via Front
It's assisting our department with email traffic and keeping it to a minimum.
Ease of use- very user friendly- and there are so many features and options to minimize or expand what's needed to reduce distraction- I have never had a cleaner email
i don't get an audio notification on my desktop for new emails or messages, so I don't see something for hours sometimes if I'm busy. Causing a delay in response when I could have replied immediately if I had been notified
everything in one place- minimizing the need for additional windows to be open, saving me time, and ease of mind everything is right where I need it

The desktop app has a calendar and the mobile phone app doesn't and I believe the email and calendar need to be two separate applications on mobile phones.
The ability to block email senders works great. Thanks to that feature I spend less time digging through junk email. The ability to have chat threads and discuss an email with a colleague is so important and sadly didn't know we need till we saw it and started using it. The share inboxes as well has been incredible. To have one email address share among each us and having that inbox separate from your personal email is good as well.
What I like the best is how front has become some kind of to do list that i can archive once i am done with my task
