How easy it is to schedule all my meetings

Makes remote work easy, and the world can be accessed from anywhere. It is our main tool to keep communication open with our clients, I can open and start working faster.

GoTo Meeting has the ability to record presentations and demos and send those links to my customers. You can also use the Web App to host your meetings from your Google Chrome web browser and your clients don't need to download any program or even buy anything. they can just use it.

It's kind of difficult to do the presentation but if you get someone that knows what to do then it becomes easy. It would be better if they are video clip next to the format to make you understand it easy, especially for the first time to your website users.

COVID 19 issues are still floating around with the government and people the community are still scared to visit businesses or even get out of the house. My business "DEPARTMENT OF SERVICES" began to use GO TO Meeting instead of other companies. because of the connection and the speed of the video. "It does- does does da-da- doesn't stop. (Get it). lol

Better pricing and control features over the meeting compared to zoom. The organizer also remains in control and can mute people.

No background changing or soft lens filters.

Economical compared to Zoom if you have a group of more than 3 people you need to meet with.

GoTo Meeting strives to be a seamless platform for collaboration through screen sharing. You can screen share any part of your computer or phone, including specific windows and the whole screen. GoTo Meeting allows you to give keyboard and mouse control to one specific user in the conference during screen sharing. This feature is very helpful during customer service conferences where we can assist them in specific tasks where a verbal explanation is inadequate. GoTo Meeting has excellent integrations with other GoTo applications, allowing you to convert meetings to webinars with ease for broader features and capabilities.

GoTo Meeting isn't free from the get-go. Although it's excellent software and probably more intuitive than Zoom for customer-related queries and meetings, many are turned away from using it because it's not easily accessible.

GoTo Meeting solves the problem of connecting with customers and tending to their needs relating to their web development needs. Through screen sharing and allowing us remote access, we can solve issues with missing plugins, image files not loading on their page, etc. With reusable meeting rooms, we can maintain long-term communication with people and retain discussions from interactions for references. GoTo Meeting is available on any device, so we can attend meetings and have calls on other devices when we're away from our workstations. It also allows us to have swift meetings set up for team collaborations on projects. For emergency meetings where the primary focus is to discuss, GoTo Meeting benefits us by saving time as we're already intensively using it to communicate with our clients. Any software for video conferencing that we use with clients must have the facility to record, which GoTo Meeting does. We can record and view meetings including all events that take place such as screen sharing, presentations, etc., within the duration of the meeting. We can also share files through direct messages or rooms with multiple people at once.

GoTo Meeting is a great space to have quIck meetings with my team when we are in different places.

I can not think of any disadvantages in using GoTo Meetings. It works for me all around the board.

What I like most about GoToMeeting is their integrations with Zoom, Calendar, and Calendly. Integration can be an important feature when selecting business software.

There is nothing that I dislike about GoToMeeting. Everything works properly and the app is user-friendly. I recommended this product to business colleagues across platforms.

Using GoToMeeting is solving the problem of limitations of spaces where people can collaborate easily. Yes, I am more productive and business dynamics has improved.

It has such great features as whiteboarding, screen sharing, and presentation. I use Powerpoint to present my presentation. It is a competitor of Zoom, meet, and teams.

Changing the video quality, this feature is not available. The Goto meeting is not free, but we can use it in the trial version. They can decrease the price of the plans so many users can use it.

In the meeting section we can see the upcoming and past meetings, Goto meeting account can be connected through the google calendar so the upcoming meeting schedule is already set to the calendar.

For me the best thing about this product is that it allows me to leave any participant as the conference organizer and I don't need to be present during the whole session.

I would like to be able to define the organizer from the scheduling of the conference with the definition of an email. So far I have not been able to unify the administration of the 3 accounts I have on a single platform.

With Go To Meeting I have been able to solve the problem of being able to schedule 2 or 3 meetings at the same time without having to be present all the time, I just open the room, define the organizer and leave.

Meeting virtually with inside and outside clients.

I like that it is very user friendly and if you can't call in via video/computer you can call via phone and you can easily remove participants

There isn't much to dislike go to meeting has been around for a while.

You can talk to anyone from anywhere in the world, you don't have to be in the same room or country to attend the go to meeting.

intuitive, fast and reliable. I just use it on windows ambient, so not sure on android or any other device. It s a productive tool to generate meetings inside or outside of the company.

Outlook integration/calendar doesn`t seem to be too good, its a little tricky. I didn't try it with any other mail tool/calendar. but it`s ok once you get used to it.

GoToMeeting makes webinars so easy to access. I have been using this software for almost 3 years and it is the only one I will use for this type of service. Its much easier than teams or zoom

There is nothing I dislike. This has made meetings so much easier. I used to have to physically travel to a location in order to meet and now its all done online.

Time management is the biggest problem solved. I no longer have to travel to meet. I can also use this service to "meet" with someone across the country. My business performance has increased greatly.

GoToMeeting offers free/paid and easy to use for everyone who is working in any organisation or a non-organisation people like students or universities.It's simplicity to use is the best part I like the most.

Sometimes when the meeting is organised for a huge audience then during thr meet it shows some screen lagging and voice lag issues btw no issues when its hosted for small audience.

The screen record feature helps the clients and our team to recognise pros and cons during the project presentation , also we are able to resolve our project issues by organising the meetings.

You can connect from anywhere at anytime. It is very convenient and user friendly. It is a secure site as well so you know you can trust it and your information is protected.

It is a bit pricey but ultimately it is worth it. I really don't see any negative things about GoTo Meeting though. I have been very satisfied with the program.

We are on a hybrid work model and this allows us to do all work we need to do any day anytime. We don't have to wait until everyone is in the office to have meetings.

GoTo meeting is kept on improving ever since it launched. It is giving good competition to its competitors. It's very user friendly and you can just sync your calendar to it and you won't miss a meeting. I liked the app very much for scheduling the meeting and its UI is also very attractive. It also provides functionalities like screen sharing during the meeting.

There is nothing much to dislike about the GoTo meeting app. It is just perfect enough to go ahead with. It should be advertised to a large audience for its use cases.

It has so many benefits for students and learners to connect and grow in their respective fields with video conferencing.
