Work life can be chaotic, but Gusto makes it easy and convenient to do what I need to get paid and access documents I need.

There's nothing I dislike about Gusto, so far.

By boss doesn't have time to worry about payroll; it's nice to have it handled for us.

As a small business owner, Gusto has made things more streamlined for my business. I love the simple interface that it has and it is user friendly. They also have been easy to get a hold of if I have any questions. They are connected with many great organizations to help with benefits and other things. I would highly recommend

My experience with Gusto has been nothing short of great. Their service is incredibly fast and efficient, which is particularly appealing to a finance geek like myself. I am drawn to their friendly branding and the simplicity of their transactions. Using Gusto makes running a business seem more enjoyable and less daunting. I'm enthusiastic about their platform to the extent that I happily recommend it to anyone involved in business operations or considering starting their own.

Not a dislike but I would love if Gusto had task management like Clickup.

Although I don't own a business, I'm impressed by how incredibly easy Gusto is to use for checking my paystub and history. I particularly appreciate how I can see multiple companies I work for under one email seamlessly. This simplifies my interactions and allows for easy access to all my information in one place.

In my opinion, Gusto is streamlined and well put together. In particular, navigation is intuitive, and it's easy to find information on paystubs, time off requests, and employee documents. I also thought that integration with taxes and automated W-2s were very helpful. As a small extra bonus, the ever-changing animations on the website and on paystub emails give it a genuinely fun and personalized touch; I'm actully excited to get my deposit emails.

I struggle to think of any major negatives to my experience so far. I suppose that Gusto could further broaden their charity options in the giving tab, as the main one I wanted to donate to wasn't available.

From my perspective as an employee, Gusto is a nice central hub for tracking and requesting time off, viewing/selecting benefits, and getting paystub and tax information.

Really easy to use and lots of great features. Intergrated time keeping features make it quick and easy to run payroll.

Nothing, it's great for us. Provides everything that we need.

Makes it so I am compliant with the Gov. and State. with the necessary fillings. Saves me time and money not having to run payroll myself or have another person that charges alot to do it.

Knowing where to go to see my year-to-date pay and PTO and each individual pay stub.

Gusto is solving the issue with not getting paid on-time, and this benefits me because who doesn't like to get paid on-time?!

Very simple user interface, and great payroll updates. We added benefits this year and it was easy on our team to understand their options.

Expense reimbursements are a bit confusing, it seems like it's running the full payroll early each time I add an expense reimbursement.

It helps me handle payroll taxes and withholding easily.
