It is very precise and easy access, I use it every day.
Nothing, it is also very safe so the verification methods can take a while but are totally worth it.
I Can see all my payroll status with easy access.
Gusto is very easy to operate. Monthly payroll can be done in a minute.
I don't see any issue with gusto as per our use case.
Tax setup is automatically done. Which was not the case in our earlier payroll system.

Ease of use and guided way of running HR and Payroll. It helps to make it easy to hire and onboard new employees but also with integrations easy to offer benefits and HR services to employees. Quickl to run payroll and employees love it as they get additional benefits.
Does not offer scheduling for hourly workers and very basic timecards only.

Easy to use, easy to navigate, I love being able to add recurring charitable donations, and get to my benefits quickly.

I don't like the a AI chat vs a human but I understand why it's being used.

Gusto has done a great job managing all aspects of the Payroll process, by integrating all online, the business has saved money, as compared to the payroll services I have used in the past.
Gusto makes payroll and offering benefits to our employees super simple and user friendly.
there are very few downsides, there have been a couple of times when I can not find certain information, but every time I have called support they have helped me find what I was looking for. there were some minor hiccups in understanding how benefits work for new hires since it was all online instead of getting to talk to some one about benefits in person.
it handles filing payroll taxes as well as helping with rolling out benefits in a way that was easy for our company to understand.
Gustos is the best platform I've used for digital payroll and income taxes. I find other platforms like ADP to be cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated. Gusto is straightforward and provides exactly what I need.
I don't have any criticism to offer. I really like the platform.
