I'm very happy with the speed of my websites and the level of service. Litespeed servers and caching can really change website responsiveness. I'm very satisfied. Live chat support and prompt ticket handling are really worth it.

None that I have noticed as of now. Everything seems to be working really well. The sites have no downtime. The only thing is the steep renewal pricing for the next year.

Speed and reliability issues from my previous web hosting companies. Host Armada servers give me consistently near-perfect mobile speeds. There have been no downtimes issues also.

I liked best their customer service. Quick response time and having a person that will immediately responding to queries is always a good thing.

I wish it was more popular. But I guess they are just starting.

I was having a hard time configuring the required DNS records for a custom mail client that I was building. I've contacted their customer service for assistance. Bogdan was very helpful and got me through the process smoothly for about 30 min.

The hostarmada support team is the best hosting tech team I have ever found. Their SSD hosting plan is also one of the best and faster hosting plan among the others. I will recommend everyone o use their speed reaper plan.

For larger database query their mysql server goes down in shared hosting plan. which was really very bad experience for me.

Everytime I needed any kind of technical support I found their tech team on standby and within a couple of minutes, they responded with the solution.

Speed, support, usability, stability - You name it HostArmada has it. I was hopping from host to host before landing at HostAramada and to be honest, I was sceptical at first, but as soon as I migrated my data over, I knew I made the right decision. My site's metrics have drastically improved especially the TTFB - The support was outstanding, they eased any concern I had within minutes. I don't want to sound biased, but it's really hard to say there's anything particular I dislike about HostArmada, I just haven't faced any issues with their services. I just wish they keep up their service the way it is, that will be more than enough to win me as a lifetime customer.

It's super simple, they offer hosting services, and I need one, but I don't need ANY type of hosting services, I need to know that I'm hosting my data with a reliable, fast and secure provider, and I get that with HostAramda. I had bad experiences with hosting providers in the past, and it was a dire problem for me to find the right solution, and HostAramda turned out to be the solution I needed.

What I like about HostArmada is that they really, and I mean really care about their customers. I've never had such an amazing experience with any other hosting company I've worked with. Every time I needed something, HostArmada has always been there to support me and make sure that I have everything I need.

No matter how hard I think about this, I can't think about a single time when I had a bad experience with HostArmada.

HostArmada is solving every problem I've ever had with hosting my website and the biggest benefit is that I don't have to move my finger most of the time to make sure everything works as expected.

I need to import 17 websites from 2 different servers. They sorted them all out and had them up and running without issues within 24 hours. If ay issues did occur they fixed them right away. Ticket service is top notch and the tickets are answered within a minute or two and problems solved almost instantly. Excellent amount of resources for what you pay. Great service all round.

Nothing. They have solved every issue I have come up with so far and the technicians seem second to non.

By moving to Hostarmada I could have all of my websites on the samer servers and deal with all issues easily. With my old company (WPX) they were fast to respond, but not always quick to solve. The biggest drawback was the fact you only had 10gb to play with and a max 5 websites unless you upgraded substantially.

The prices are cheap, performance and service are good, support is very good.

The cost is so low, it’s almost free compared to usual prices nowadays.

To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about them. They are doing very good at all kinds of support.

One day, I purchased a link shortener from Code Canyon but I didn't know how to install it. I was thinking of checking with them on how to install it on my hosting, but they did it for me instead. I know this is not within their service scope. But they still did it for me. I really appreciate it!

This hosting service provides speedy results. My only difference was losing google email which is subscrib based anyway now so it's far and few between to receive that, especially for package pricing. This host is great priced esp on black friday, provides a smooth setup/transfer, and provides fast loading for site performance. I had issues on a previous host with shared server performance causing site crashes on wordpress and ecommerce but never had an issue with hostarmada! Customer support is fast and very reliable. The ease of integration for my site trasnfer and new site features was simple and easy, and all included with the package! SSL! Woo!!! And CDN!

The email portion was difficult to setup with apple mail app, it took multiple attempts but finally synched

my website was stuck in migration from another hosting provider and hostarmada solved migration issue just in 30 minutes. I chatted with customer support and they did within 30 minutes.

The best is the technical support, which I need because I am really not so educated in IT, which makes it the hardest part I have to deal about in my job as an enterpreneur. Host Armada makes it always easier.

Well the price is not the most economical one, but I prefer to pay a little more and get a good service. In the end, it is once a year and it is also not unaffordable.

Everything on the technical side. TOday for example I had some issues with the SPF of my emails (first time I heard about was today) and they solved it immediately.

Malware Scan, Malware Removal and support service

Till now, I have not faced any such problem whose solution is not with them.

The dashboard of one of my websites was not working due to some plugin solved by the support service at their end, and now my website is working correctly.

Host armada is solving my cloud server problems and my corporate email issues. also they are saving me from scammers who try to hack my SSL and it an advantage because i understand my money covers my website security as promised by host armada

The hosting server is lightning-fast, the support is top-notch, and it has multiple server locations to choose from.

Can't think of any at the moment, but if it has the server location of my country, that would be fantastic.

There are some issues with my WordPress, and the images and pages are not accessible, HostArmada quickly restored that for me.

It's just enough for the minute it takes for the bot to hand you to a real human being to take your concerns. Among the number of features their chat app has is the ease of implemention for a transcript copy sent to you via the clever and thoughtful email feature. One would never be shy to frequently use the chat feature of HostArmada.

Consistency. Not all Technical Specialists are consistent with their customer service skills. Additionally, tickets can take days to resolve, forcing the use of "URGENT" for almost all matters.
