The staff is so patient and knows where to fix the problem. Not just give you the instruction and rashly say 'Are you still there' and 'Goodbye'. I had a problem with the last host which couldn't fix it, and I asked them at least 4 times for the same questions. But Marc can point out where the cause is and instruct me how to do it, saving me much more time. I truly recommend their price and service!

I haven't faced any problems with HostArmada so far given I just started the plan with them one month ago, but compared to my last host, they are much better in terms of profession, service, and website speed.

I had a problem with my domain, a very basic foundation for building a website. I couldn't figure it out quickly for the domain extension com.au. Although I did a lot of research, most of the information was talking about a normal situation for setting up a domain name. Finally, HostArmada showed me the way to solve it.

Excellent service, attention to detail, prompt replies, and above all, way better prices than the competition. It took me a while to search for the ideal VPS, but with HostArmada, my network can grow and they have the capabilities to match the growth. I really appreciate that their so straightforward, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I don't have to run around for answers, the chat and support tickets work very well! Thanks to the HostArmada team, I'm really happy with them!

I haven't witnessed any downsides with using this company. As my VPS hosting company, they provide everything we require and more. WIth their service and knowledgeable tech, I always get answers right away.

Great speed, reliable hosting company, with my site always being up and running and optimum speed. They also have great security features and enhancements and very reasonable pricing.

They give us valuable service after sales ,,we purcahse hosting play last month after that process we plan to change our web page with new updates,,after we requst them to help us to change that web page ,,, they help us to solve that problem THANK YOU VERY MUCH,,,,!

I recently switched to a platform from another provider, and immediately felt the difference in service! We are not talking about the price, we are talking about the quality of work and technical support. I especially want to note that the client is tied to the center at the location and will be helped by a professional with deep knowledge of programming and networking, and not an agent from the other side of the world, poorly trained, but polite, with a knowledge to copy/paste answers, who in reality cannot do anything and will only open a ticket at your request :)).

it was a misconfiguration php-email-form, the techsuport agent was able in 10 secs to fix it

Unbelievable support. What lies beyond Exceptional? HA is THAT. I have been with them almost 2 years. The product keeps getting better, faster, the tech support is spectacular, I'm just blown away every time and I have used support a lot. I wish wish my company could be as incredible as host armada. Never seen such amazing support. Like ever. If I had a few hundred million bucks i think id try buy this company. Don't even think about those cheap services. You ALWAYS get what you pay for. I don't even care what HA charges me, its no longer relevant in my decision making after experiencing this company as part of my "team". Thanks HA for just being epic.

There is Nothing fto dislike. Everything about HA is beyond i could even imagine creating in a hosting company. They put everyone I have used in 30 years to shame, hosts AND all othe rocmpanies.

I dont even want to think about running our agency clients on anything else if HA is not by my side. I'd just rather go fishing. I count on HA for everything technical, super fast everything. Their tech support respons before I can even receive the email of my ticket lodged. Unreal.

I have found Host Armada provides very good malware protection and technical support. Every technical query I have had they have been able to immediately answer via their live chat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends!

Nothing at all that I dislike, I found them very helpful indeed.

They were able to successfully help me to upload my sites locally to their server and walk me through how to access them easily as well as installing wordpress.

Their quick replies (They do not send an automatic acknowledge and their quick replies are really from their technical support) and technical clarifications.

There is no downside in my opinion. This was the third time I corressponded with their technical support with great experience.

I had an issue getting emails from my website to my email. the administration email needed to change but I couldn't do it. Support changed it for me and all is fixed now
