Impact Expert Review

impact.com’s pricing page contains a headline, a paragraph, and two buttons. No prices, no tier names, no feature comparison, no starting figure, no range. Among the partnership platforms reviewed here this month, PartnerStack at least names three tiers and lists what each includes; Awin publishes actual rates. Impact publishes a page called Pricing that answers no pricing question at all.

  • What it is: A partnership management platform spanning affiliate, influencer, referral, B2B, mobile, and Amazon programmes, for affiliate marketing at enterprise scale.
  • Best for: Larger brands running several partnership types who need one system across all of them.
  • Pricing: Not published in any form. Demo required. Verified July 2026.
  • The honest catch: You cannot shortlist Impact on cost, or even establish an order of magnitude, without a sales process.

What Is impact.com?

Impact is the broadest partnership platform available, and breadth is genuinely its argument. Where most tools handle one partnership type, Impact covers affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, referral marketing, business development partnerships, mobile partnerships, SaaS partnership marketing, and Amazon Seller programmes from a single system.

impact.com’s pricing page, showing only a headline, a short paragraph, and two buttons — Request a demo for brands, and Sign up as a partner for creators.

The platform is organised into named modules that map to the partnership lifecycle: Discover and Recruit, Contract and Pay, Track, Engage, Protect and Monitor, and Optimize, with Performance, Creator, and Advocate as product lines above them. That structure is the tell — Impact is built for organisations running partnerships as an ongoing programme with contracts, fraud monitoring, and attribution, not for bolting an affiliate scheme onto a store.

It is also two-sided. The same page that asks brands to request a demo invites creators, influencers, and publishers to join the marketplace.

How impact.com Works

  • A modular platform covering discovery, contracting, payment, tracking, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Multiple partnership types in one system — affiliate, influencer, referral, B2B, mobile, Amazon.
  • A two-sided marketplace connecting brands with creators and publishers.
  • Managed services available for influencer programmes.
  • Fraud protection and monitoring as a named module, unusual in this category.
  • No published pricing of any kind.

impact.com Pricing

There is nothing to reproduce. Impact’s pricing page states only that “partnerships can be your company’s fastest engine of growth” and offers two paths — a demo request for brands and agencies, and marketplace signup for creators and publishers.

What is published Detail
Price None
Tiers None named
Feature comparison None
Starting figure or range None
Purchase route Request a demo
Partner side Free marketplace signup for creators and publishers

Bar chart of published price figures on each vendor’s pricing page: four for Awin, zero for PartnerStack, zero for impact.com.

What this means for evaluating it:

  • You cannot compare Impact on price at any stage of a shortlist. Not roughly, not by tier, not by order of magnitude. That is a real cost in evaluation time, and it is worth deciding early whether you are willing to spend it.
  • Ask for the pricing model, not just the number. Partnership platforms charge in different shapes — a platform fee, a percentage of tracked revenue, per-partner pricing, or a combination. Awin publishes a monthly fee plus a percentage of sale value; establishing which shape Impact uses tells you how costs will scale with success, which matters more than the opening figure.
  • Breadth is what you are paying for. Running affiliate, influencer, and referral programmes in three separate tools costs three subscriptions and produces three sets of attribution data. If you genuinely run several partnership types, consolidation is the argument — and if you run one, it is not.
  • The modules suggest where the value sits. Contract and Pay handles partner agreements and payouts across jurisdictions; Protect and Monitor addresses affiliate fraud, which is a genuine problem at scale. Those are enterprise concerns, and they signal the customer Impact is built for.
  • The marketplace is free on the partner side. Creators, influencers, and publishers sign up at no cost, which is standard for networks and is how Impact builds the supply side that brands pay to reach.
  • Compare against a platform that publishes. Awin’s advertiser pricing — £99 a month plus 3.5% of sale value, or from £199 plus 2.5% — gives you a reference point for what this category costs. Whether Impact is above or below that is exactly what you cannot tell from its website.

Who Should Use impact.com

  • Brands running multiple partnership types. The clearest case, and the reason consolidation justifies enterprise pricing.
  • Companies with partner fraud concerns. Protect and Monitor is a dedicated module rather than an afterthought.
  • Organisations paying partners internationally. Contract and Pay handles the agreement and payout complexity.
  • Agencies managing client programmes. There is a dedicated agency partner programme and directory.

It fits poorly for small brands starting a first affiliate scheme, where the evaluation overhead alone outweighs the benefit; for buyers who need published pricing to shortlist; and for B2B SaaS specifically, where PartnerStack is purpose-built and at least publishes its tier structure.

Honest Pros and Cons

Strengths

  • The broadest partnership coverage available — affiliate, influencer, referral, B2B, mobile, and Amazon.
  • A genuine lifecycle platform with contracting, payment, and attribution built in.
  • Fraud protection as a named module, which most competitors treat as a feature.
  • A large two-sided marketplace, free for creators and publishers to join.
  • Managed services available for influencer programmes.
  • Established at enterprise scale, with an agency partner programme.

Limitations

  • No published pricing whatsoever — not even a starting figure.
  • No tier names or feature comparison on the pricing page.
  • Demo required before any cost information.
  • Enterprise-shaped, so likely oversized for small programmes.
  • Evaluation is slow compared with published-price competitors.
  • The pricing model itself is undisclosed, not just the amount.

impact.com Alternatives and How It Compares

  • Awin publishes its advertiser pricing openly — £99 a month plus 3.5% of sale value, or from £199 plus 2.5% — and has over a million publishers, focused on retail.
  • PartnerStack is built for B2B SaaS partner programmes and, while also quote-only, publishes its tier structure and feature lists.
  • ShareASale, part of Awin, remains a separate retail-focused network.
  • CJ Affiliate and Rakuten Advertising are the other large enterprise networks, similarly quote-based.
  • Everflow and TUNE let you run your own tracking rather than joining a network.

For a broader survey, browse our affiliate marketing directory.

The Verdict

Impact is a serious platform for organisations that run partnerships as a discipline rather than a channel. Covering affiliate, influencer, referral, business development, mobile, and Amazon programmes in one system genuinely solves a problem that multiplies with each partnership type you add — three programmes in three tools means three contracts, three payout processes, and three incompatible views of attribution. The module structure reinforces this: Contract and Pay, Protect and Monitor, and Optimize are the concerns of a company with a mature programme, not one running its first affiliate scheme.

The pricing page is the problem, and it is worth being direct about it. It contains no prices, no tiers, no features, and no range — a headline, a paragraph, and two buttons. Quote-only pricing is normal at this end of the market and we have said so about several products this month, but there is a spectrum within it: PartnerStack withholds numbers while naming three tiers and listing exactly what each includes; CaptivateIQ withholds rates but discloses how seats are counted and that a setup fee exists; Awin publishes everything. Impact publishes a page titled Pricing that answers nothing.

If you evaluate it anyway — and for a multi-programme brand it may well be worth the time — go into the demo with the right question. Ask for the pricing model before the price. Partnership platforms charge as a platform fee, a percentage of tracked revenue, per active partner, or some combination, and which one you are agreeing to determines how the cost behaves as the programme succeeds. Awin’s published structure of a monthly fee plus a percentage of sale value is a useful reference for what this category charges; whether Impact sits above or below it is precisely what its website will not tell you.

FAQ

How much does impact.com cost?

Impact does not publish pricing in any form. Its pricing page shows no figures, no tier names, no feature comparison, and no starting range — only a demo request for brands and agencies, and a free marketplace signup for creators and publishers. Cost is disclosed after a sales conversation, and the pricing model itself is also undisclosed.

Is impact.com free for publishers?

Signing up to the marketplace as a creator, influencer, or publisher is free — the pricing page directs partners straight to “Sign up as a partner” at no cost. That is standard for affiliate networks: the supply side joins free, and brands pay for access to it and for the platform that manages the relationship.

What does impact.com actually do?

It manages partnerships end to end across several types — affiliate, influencer, referral, business development, mobile, SaaS, and Amazon Seller programmes. Its named modules cover Discover and Recruit, Contract and Pay, Track, Engage, Protect and Monitor, and Optimize, so it handles partner discovery, contracting, payouts, tracking, fraud monitoring, and attribution rather than tracking alone.

impact.com or PartnerStack?

PartnerStack is purpose-built for B2B SaaS partner programmes, with payouts designed around recurring subscription revenue, and it publishes its three tiers and their feature lists even though prices require a demo. Impact is broader, covering influencer, referral, mobile, and Amazon alongside affiliate, and publishes nothing at all. Choose PartnerStack for software partner programmes, and Impact if you genuinely run several partnership types and need them consolidated.

Why is affiliate platform pricing so often hidden?

Because costs typically depend on tracked revenue, partner counts, and which modules you use, so vendors prefer to scope before quoting. That reasoning is defensible, but the practice varies widely: Awin publishes a monthly fee and a percentage rate outright, PartnerStack publishes tiers without figures, and Impact publishes neither. The variation shows how much of the opacity is genuinely necessary and how much is a commercial choice.

"Big fan of Impact"
What do you like best about Impact?

Impact is probably the best affiliate network out there. They do a great job of keeping their price competitive while providing the most robust platform in terms of reporting, insights, commission flexibility and always releasing new features.

What do you dislike about Impact?

Impact can be a little buggy at times. More so than other networks the interface will go down (tracking won't be disrupted) and will take 30 minutes to get back up. They also tend to release new features that are very complicated and take additional training to figure out (the new commissioning rules for example).

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Impact is a great network to run your affiliate program from. You can also get great insights on how other channels perform in relation to affiliate and really find the true incremental value of affiliate.

"Review of Impact"
What do you like best about Impact?

The fact that I can manage multiple small partners via this platform

What do you dislike about Impact?

Pages don't load and system crashes often. Error message pops up. Also when you set a date range and use the back button, you have to always re-set date range for pulling reports. This is a huge pain as i'm constantly going back and forth between two to 3 partners and their reporting.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accounting, invoicing, data pull. Impact does all of this for me after the one time set up so I am not manually managing multiple small partners.

"Great in almost all regards but one!"
What do you like best about Impact?

Very intuitive and easy to navigate, love that you only need one login for all clients unlike some other networks

What do you dislike about Impact?

When needing to schedule multiple commission increases for the same publisher in advance for promotions that are in close proximity. Having to wait until one promotion is over to schedule another as not to disrupt any previously scheduled terms is quite a nuisance. A great example of this is that I have to remember to schedule a commission increase over this weekend for a client because they have one promotion that ends on Saturday and I have to wait until they return to their base terms before scheduling the terms for the following promotion starting on that Monday. It'd be great if I could schedule all client commission increases throughout the quarter in one sitting when it's first secured opposed to having to set calendar reminders and constantly push terms throughout the quarter. If Impact could emulate ShareASale on this feature that would make the platform flawless in my opinion. The process to add new clients to your personal drop down list is also seems very cumbersome and overly complicated.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Impact has made me much more efficient with creating and sending assets and commission increases for all clients.

"Excellent Affiliate Platform"
What do you like best about Impact?

The insights as to which partners are driving value at different points in the funnel is extremely helpful. The ability to cleanly export reports to other stakeholders within the company saves tons of time.

What do you dislike about Impact?

It is difficult to find and recruit new partners compared to some legacy networks which is included with the costs. There are also some attribution tools that are not available out of the box.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Affiliate attribution and how our partners interact with other channels is a problem we can solve with Impact.

"Highly Recommended Affiliate Network"
What do you like best about Impact?

I have been using impact along with other affiliate networks. Some stores are available on multiple networks. However on impact, I noticed that I have access to more detailed reports, specially invalid clicks report which is very helpful, fast updates on commissions/sales as compared to others. And on top of all these, their support for publishers is super awesome.

What do you dislike about Impact?

I don't like one thing in impact and that's the logout time settings. Like I am inactive for some minutes and refresh or navigate to another page inside impactradius, I have to login again. It would be good if this time is increased. If not, I am still Okay with that.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing as of now.

What do you like best about Impact?

Impact Radius has been the tool fuboTV was looking for, we can track hundreds of campaigns from traditional affiliate to biz dev deals to influencers Automation. Reporting, ownership of our program is vital to us, and we're happy Impact was able to provide. The impact team was very accommodating and helped us build the program we wanted.

What do you dislike about Impact?

As is with any growing company, we had early struggles with our custom direct link tracking to dealing with a tech support team in a different timezone didn't make things easier. A dedicated account manager made things much easier.

"Radius by Impact - Supportive "
What do you like best about Impact?

Radius by Impact has been one of the most supportive and successful accounts that I’ve had since starting affiliate marketing. Although, I haven‘t contacted support too many times. I can say that when I do, the Radius by Impact team also has been super friendly and always willing to help whenever I do reach out to them. I enjoy their quick clear responses, and they always provide you with instructions on what will happen next, which I find really helpful and professional. The most helpful thing about Radius by Impact is there are many programs under one roof, which will allow me to manage everything in one place. I didn’t find out about the other programs in the Radius by Impact network until sometime later. However, what I’ve learned in between the time of discovering this gold mine, is that it’s certainly a hassle whenever affiliate programs are scattered all over the place. Therefore, having the affiliate programs located under one roof is a lifesaver. I am really looking forward to man more years to come with Radius by Impact. Plus, as a beginner, I am happy to announce that I have seen success with Radius by Impact. I'll admit at first, I didn't think that Impact was going to work out. Only because, I wasn't seeing any changes to my balance or improvements to my account. After some time, I was more than impressed with my Impact account. So, indeed I'm happy to say that I didn't give up on this platform. Therefore, I would recommend Impact to friends and family. Therefore, I would recommend them to you too. I know you will be just as happy with them, as I am. The bottom line is, I’m really looking forward to many more years to come with Radius by Impact. I know things can only improve from here.

What do you dislike about Impact?

Although I really have enjoyed my experience with Radius by Impact there are some things, that I wish were adjusted on my account or were at least improved. #1. Navigation – It’s hard to navigate the account. I wish the navigation of the account was a little easier than it is now. I would say it took me almost a year to find out that my Radius by Impact account was more than just associated with one affiliate program. Surprisingly, it’s an entire affiliate network which involves many more programs than what I’ve imagined. So, I would definitely say the navigation of Radius by Impact is something I dislike. Other than that I really have enjoyed my experience with them.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems I am solving with Impact is to help others improve their user experience and gain better usage out of their Impact account. The benefits of this are to allow all members to see more success and enjoy their stay as an Impact member. I think this will not only help me as a member but, many current and future Impact members.

"The Radius by Impact platform has been one of the most robust affiliate platforms I've worked with. "
What do you like best about Impact?

The platform's tracking and reporting capabilities have been by far more advanced than what I've seen with other platform partners. Its UX/UI is pretty user-friendly and modern. I've appreciated the newsletters Impact sends over to keep our team educated. I like how Impact actually takes its users' feedback into consideration and is always looking to improve and scale their program. The team at IR is obviously very busy, but the team is smart, helpful, and tactful.

What do you dislike about Impact?

I'd wish for more account support in terms outside of tech support. Other platforms offer to advise on publisher relationships, account growth, and strategy- something I've yet to really see from IR. Granted I haven't asked for these things, but if it's possible to make happen I'd love to tap into it.

"Best SaaS platform by a longshot"
What do you like best about Impact?

There is always a way to make something happen with Impact. Whether or not it's a work around solution or straightforward there is 98% of the time a way to make things happen that you are looking to get done. If there isn't it usually winds up on their roadmap relatively quickly

What do you dislike about Impact?

I think at this stage one of the most exciting initiatives is media rails and right now it isn't fully integrated across the board. I would like to see it fully integrated as soon as possible. Potentially the other issue would be like of program management directly under the Impact umbrella.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pixel tagging and MTA is one of the main new initiatives that Impact is solving. Apart from the entire program management this is the newest.

"Exactly what we need"
What do you like best about Impact?

Impact takes the hassle out of affiliate marketing. From legal agreements to billing they handle everything.

What do you dislike about Impact?

There's a lot of "coupon" publishers that are worthless for our product and service.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Impact allows me to manage publishers all in once place. It saves time and headaches. I'm able to reach a broader audience of publishers than before.

"Scalable partnerships on a global basis."
What do you like best about Impact?

An efficient platform for us to launch, manage & optimise clients and media partners wherever you are in the world.

What do you dislike about Impact?

Marketplace causes quite a few issues when it comes to inviting partners to join specific programs (sometimes they disappear altogether and/or partners have trouble receiving invites). I'm aware this is being addressed with the rollout of Mediarails.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We think Impact offers the best partner marketing tracking & management solution in the market. That's why we chose to work exclusively with you.

"Amazing platform!"
What do you like best about Impact?

Impact is absolutely top notch and a MUST. Their technology will help take your Program to the next level. Their data insight is the best I've seen! My Impact Favorites: - Ability to commission on 1st vs. Last touch - Various ways you can commission and bonus partners - Data insight reports

What do you dislike about Impact?

The main thing is not paying partners if an advertiser payment doesn't make it to impact on time. Would love if there could be crediting terms or a little cushion.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incrementality with some Affiliates was in question. Our impact team showed us reports to help us find that answer to this.

"8 Years Working With Impact"
What do you like best about Impact?

I have worked in Affiliate Marketing for almost my entire career and have used many different software products within this vertical. Impact has by far been my favorite tool to work with for a number of reasons: Their UI is extremely intuitive and user friendly, their level of granular reporting has helped me reach client goals and lastly, the team at Impact has been the best i've ever worked with. They've got an amazing group of individuals who seem to truly enjoy their jobs and it shows through their work.

What do you dislike about Impact?

There is not much I dislike about Impact because they are consistently improving, however, I find their finance settings and reporting to be confusing and have had a number of clients find it to be confusing.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving a myriad of issues for our clients. They have a need to track many granular data sets and Impact is able to customize those; this has been the biggest benefit of partnering with Impact.
