Impact Expert Review

impact.com’s pricing page contains a headline, a paragraph, and two buttons. No prices, no tier names, no feature comparison, no starting figure, no range. Among the partnership platforms reviewed here this month, PartnerStack at least names three tiers and lists what each includes; Awin publishes actual rates. Impact publishes a page called Pricing that answers no pricing question at all.

  • What it is: A partnership management platform spanning affiliate, influencer, referral, B2B, mobile, and Amazon programmes, for affiliate marketing at enterprise scale.
  • Best for: Larger brands running several partnership types who need one system across all of them.
  • Pricing: Not published in any form. Demo required. Verified July 2026.
  • The honest catch: You cannot shortlist Impact on cost, or even establish an order of magnitude, without a sales process.

What Is impact.com?

Impact is the broadest partnership platform available, and breadth is genuinely its argument. Where most tools handle one partnership type, Impact covers affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, referral marketing, business development partnerships, mobile partnerships, SaaS partnership marketing, and Amazon Seller programmes from a single system.

impact.com’s pricing page, showing only a headline, a short paragraph, and two buttons — Request a demo for brands, and Sign up as a partner for creators.

The platform is organised into named modules that map to the partnership lifecycle: Discover and Recruit, Contract and Pay, Track, Engage, Protect and Monitor, and Optimize, with Performance, Creator, and Advocate as product lines above them. That structure is the tell — Impact is built for organisations running partnerships as an ongoing programme with contracts, fraud monitoring, and attribution, not for bolting an affiliate scheme onto a store.

It is also two-sided. The same page that asks brands to request a demo invites creators, influencers, and publishers to join the marketplace.

How impact.com Works

  • A modular platform covering discovery, contracting, payment, tracking, monitoring, and optimisation.
  • Multiple partnership types in one system — affiliate, influencer, referral, B2B, mobile, Amazon.
  • A two-sided marketplace connecting brands with creators and publishers.
  • Managed services available for influencer programmes.
  • Fraud protection and monitoring as a named module, unusual in this category.
  • No published pricing of any kind.

impact.com Pricing

There is nothing to reproduce. Impact’s pricing page states only that “partnerships can be your company’s fastest engine of growth” and offers two paths — a demo request for brands and agencies, and marketplace signup for creators and publishers.

Bar chart of published price figures on each vendor’s pricing page: four for Awin, zero for PartnerStack, zero for impact.com.

What this means for evaluating it:

  • You cannot compare Impact on price at any stage of a shortlist. Not roughly, not by tier, not by order of magnitude. That is a real cost in evaluation time, and it is worth deciding early whether you are willing to spend it.
  • Ask for the pricing model, not just the number. Partnership platforms charge in different shapes — a platform fee, a percentage of tracked revenue, per-partner pricing, or a combination. Awin publishes a monthly fee plus a percentage of sale value; establishing which shape Impact uses tells you how costs will scale with success, which matters more than the opening figure.
  • Breadth is what you are paying for. Running affiliate, influencer, and referral programmes in three separate tools costs three subscriptions and produces three sets of attribution data. If you genuinely run several partnership types, consolidation is the argument — and if you run one, it is not.
  • The modules suggest where the value sits. Contract and Pay handles partner agreements and payouts across jurisdictions; Protect and Monitor addresses affiliate fraud, which is a genuine problem at scale. Those are enterprise concerns, and they signal the customer Impact is built for.
  • The marketplace is free on the partner side. Creators, influencers, and publishers sign up at no cost, which is standard for networks and is how Impact builds the supply side that brands pay to reach.
  • Compare against a platform that publishes. Awin’s advertiser pricing — £99 a month plus 3.5% of sale value, or from £199 plus 2.5% — gives you a reference point for what this category costs. Whether Impact is above or below that is exactly what you cannot tell from its website.

Who Should Use impact.com

  • Brands running multiple partnership types. The clearest case, and the reason consolidation justifies enterprise pricing.
  • Companies with partner fraud concerns. Protect and Monitor is a dedicated module rather than an afterthought.
  • Organisations paying partners internationally. Contract and Pay handles the agreement and payout complexity.
  • Agencies managing client programmes. There is a dedicated agency partner programme and directory.

It fits poorly for small brands starting a first affiliate scheme, where the evaluation overhead alone outweighs the benefit; for buyers who need published pricing to shortlist; and for B2B SaaS specifically, where PartnerStack is purpose-built and at least publishes its tier structure.

Honest Pros and Cons

Strengths

  • The broadest partnership coverage available — affiliate, influencer, referral, B2B, mobile, and Amazon.
  • A genuine lifecycle platform with contracting, payment, and attribution built in.
  • Fraud protection as a named module, which most competitors treat as a feature.
  • A large two-sided marketplace, free for creators and publishers to join.
  • Managed services available for influencer programmes.
  • Established at enterprise scale, with an agency partner programme.

Limitations

  • No published pricing whatsoever — not even a starting figure.
  • No tier names or feature comparison on the pricing page.
  • Demo required before any cost information.
  • Enterprise-shaped, so likely oversized for small programmes.
  • Evaluation is slow compared with published-price competitors.
  • The pricing model itself is undisclosed, not just the amount.

impact.com Alternatives and How It Compares

  • Awin publishes its advertiser pricing openly — £99 a month plus 3.5% of sale value, or from £199 plus 2.5% — and has over a million publishers, focused on retail.
  • PartnerStack is built for B2B SaaS partner programmes and, while also quote-only, publishes its tier structure and feature lists.
  • ShareASale, part of Awin, remains a separate retail-focused network.
  • CJ Affiliate and Rakuten Advertising are the other large enterprise networks, similarly quote-based.
  • Everflow and TUNE let you run your own tracking rather than joining a network.

The Verdict

Impact is a serious platform for organisations that run partnerships as a discipline rather than a channel. Covering affiliate, influencer, referral, business development, mobile, and Amazon programmes in one system genuinely solves a problem that multiplies with each partnership type you add — three programmes in three tools means three contracts, three payout processes, and three incompatible views of attribution. The module structure reinforces this: Contract and Pay, Protect and Monitor, and Optimize are the concerns of a company with a mature programme, not one running its first affiliate scheme.

The pricing page is the problem, and it is worth being direct about it. It contains no prices, no tiers, no features, and no range — a headline, a paragraph, and two buttons. Quote-only pricing is normal at this end of the market and we have said so about several products this month, but there is a spectrum within it: PartnerStack withholds numbers while naming three tiers and listing exactly what each includes; CaptivateIQ withholds rates but discloses how seats are counted and that a setup fee exists; Awin publishes everything. Impact publishes a page titled Pricing that answers nothing.

If you evaluate it anyway — and for a multi-programme brand it may well be worth the time — go into the demo with the right question. Ask for the pricing model before the price. Partnership platforms charge as a platform fee, a percentage of tracked revenue, per active partner, or some combination, and which one you are agreeing to determines how the cost behaves as the programme succeeds. Awin’s published structure of a monthly fee plus a percentage of sale value is a useful reference for what this category charges; whether Impact sits above or below it is precisely what its website will not tell you.

FAQ

How much does impact.com cost?

Impact does not publish pricing in any form. Its pricing page shows no figures, no tier names, no feature comparison, and no starting range — only a demo request for brands and agencies, and a free marketplace signup for creators and publishers. Cost is disclosed after a sales conversation, and the pricing model itself is also undisclosed.

Is impact.com free for publishers?

Signing up to the marketplace as a creator, influencer, or publisher is free — the pricing page directs partners straight to “Sign up as a partner” at no cost. That is standard for affiliate networks: the supply side joins free, and brands pay for access to it and for the platform that manages the relationship.

What does impact.com actually do?

It manages partnerships end to end across several types — affiliate, influencer, referral, business development, mobile, SaaS, and Amazon Seller programmes. Its named modules cover Discover and Recruit, Contract and Pay, Track, Engage, Protect and Monitor, and Optimize, so it handles partner discovery, contracting, payouts, tracking, fraud monitoring, and attribution rather than tracking alone.

impact.com or PartnerStack?

PartnerStack is purpose-built for B2B SaaS partner programmes, with payouts designed around recurring subscription revenue, and it publishes its three tiers and their feature lists even though prices require a demo. Impact is broader, covering influencer, referral, mobile, and Amazon alongside affiliate, and publishes nothing at all. Choose PartnerStack for software partner programmes, and Impact if you genuinely run several partnership types and need them consolidated.

Why is affiliate platform pricing so often hidden?

Because costs typically depend on tracked revenue, partner counts, and which modules you use, so vendors prefer to scope before quoting. That reasoning is defensible, but the practice varies widely: Awin publishes a monthly fee and a percentage rate outright, PartnerStack publishes tiers without figures, and Impact publishes neither. The variation shows how much of the opacity is genuinely necessary and how much is a commercial choice.

"Not user-friendly interface and problem with withdrawals"
What do you like best about Impact?

I didn’t find any pros and I can’t say anything good about Impact

What do you dislike about Impact?

1. Annoying captcha with pictures (not google, but even worse). You need to use it every time you want to visit the site. The site does not remember your session and you need to enter your username and password with captcha again and again. It's horrible if you need to work with your account often. 2. Not a user-friendly interface. It is difficult to find the information you need. The site requires a lot of unnecessary data about you, such as your address etc. Technical support closes tickets after a few days without being able to read their contents or reopen them. I didn’t have time to read it and had to open new tickets for the same question 4 times. 3. Withdrawal issue. Spent 2 months to withdraw a small amount 13,762 RUB (~$200) and lost ~$25 on fake commissions. There were 3 or 4 attempts to make a withdrawal to a bank account. I have sent all the bank details that I have. These details are definitely correct, because I use them, for example, when working with the WIX affiliate program. I was charged a commission for every attempt. After a while, a new withdrawal method was added through the paypal. I used it and finally got my money (of course again with a commission). When asked to return the wrong commission to me, I received only an apology.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

I solved the withdrawal issue, but it was very difficult.

"Nothing actually works"
What do you like best about Impact?

A few of the biggest retailers work through impact. If it worked well, it would be a great home base for multiple affiliate income streams.

What do you dislike about Impact?

I have been trying to work with Impact for two and a half years--there are always, always technical bugs that prevent me from getting anything done. For a solid year, I thought I was doing something wrong. Then I talked to other successful blog and website owners, and absolutely everyone has had massive failures. A few even said that their income skyrocketed as soon as they used a different platform.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm only having problems by using Impact.

"Great for existing affiliate programs, but bad marketplace for finding new affiliates & high cost"
What do you like best about Impact?

Easy to use interface and dashboard allows you to quickly see how different partners are performing. "Goal" options allow you to see positive ROI goals and current progress. The automated payouts to partners based on their performance is super valuable and makes running an affiliate program pretty hands of. If you already have a large affiliate program that is making good revenue, ImpactRadius' monthly cost with no added transaction fee is great for you.

What do you dislike about Impact?

The pricing is pretty high for a product that is basically a glorified js tracker with some automated ACH payments. We hoped and were told during the sales cycle that the marketplace would have plenty of partners that would be a great fit for us. Realistically, the marketplace is filled with foreign "coupon" websites trying to make a buck on pushing your promo code. If you are growing an affiliate program, or looking for new partners, other affiliate program products might be best for you to start. While other programs and services usually have per transaction fees, the monthly cost is usually way lower.

What problems is Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were trying to find additional strategic partners that worked for our affiliate program. If you are looking for your store and promo codes to be scattered across the internet, this is for you. If you are looking to find meaningful partnerships that might work for your product, ask the sales team for more examples (as you will not be given access to look at the marketplace listings before the dotted line is signed). We were able to give our existing partners a piece of mind working with us as all payments were automated and accounted for.
